Norwood Auto Care went above and beyond to help me with a tough situation with getting a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer inspected. The dealer was difficult to deal with in terms of the pre-buy inspection, but Amy and Alan of Norwood Auto Care did a lot to help look at the car and help me make a decision regardless. They clearly really care about their customers and communicated non stop with me through this frustrating situation. Their advice is much appreciated, I cannot recommend this place enough. My son found Mr Massih’s repair garage through a friend of a friend, and I’m thrilled. My Acura Integra needed rear break pads, and the work was done at a fair price , quickly and with no insisting on further work, like the other garages we had approached. Wonderful to find an honest and skilled mechanic!

This week, I called Auto Doctors, only to have Alan pick up the phone and explain that AD had closed. This was a shock to me, as I have been a customer there for 40 years! I sen up two appointments with Alan for my cars, as he told me that AD had trusted him with their phone number and customers. Well, I was blown away! Excellent service, helpful, clean waiting area and bathroom! Alan gave me a fair price on all the work, and was willing to accommodate my special requests. I have found a new place to bring my cars, and I fell I have upgraded!!! Oh, and they do Inspections stickers too!!

I went there on a Saturday to have a couple of tires mounted and balanced. They were very honest and fast. I was in out of there in less than a half hour.

I lived in Norwood for 8 years and never came to this place , although I passed by thousands of times. Nonetheless this morning I was in desperate need for an inspection sticker that has expired last month?. I arrived around 8:15 am and was out within minutes (literally). Not sure how this will be later on in the day but I would suggest to get here early if you want to be in and out!!! Everyone seemed really friendly and they have a cute, clean, cool( scorcher today 91•) and quaint waiting area, that offers a lil fridge with waters to keep hydrated, television, comfortable sofa and chairs. Well pleased with the service I received and will return if needed! Great job fellas

By far the best mechanic I have ever been to, cannot recommend them enough! Great bodywork, quick repairs, and incredibly fair pricing. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and show genuine care for the people they help. Helped me a lot with a comprehensive crash backed by insurance and went above and beyond to return my car in better condition than I found it. They are very honest, and will never over charge you, and only charge you for something you actually need. As a young woman it is hard to find an honest reliable mechanic like them. Allen and his team are amazing. I was buying a used car, and my Dad wanted to get it just briefly checked out by a mechanic before we purchased. Allen was available the same day, had it thoroughly checked out, and was so informative and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others.

Allen, Jose and the rest of the team are excellent. They communicate through every step of the service and explain why something is needed. They never sell you anything you don't need, and they're super friendly. Would recommend for any auto repairs.

⭐️ If I could give another half star, I would…Admittedly, I’m a harsh critic on our auto repair industry professionals as I’ve been swindled in the past by dishonest people taking advantage of my ignorance. I went in there as a first time customer the other day, desperately needing a brake system overhaul because my car wasn’t able to stop in a safe manner and longer. I called them with about an hour and a half left in their work day and asked Allen if they could take a walk-in for a brake job. He was very quick to respond with the fact they would. Elated, I went there and they were expecting me with an open bay. We briefly spoke about the situation and he broke down a plan of attack and what they would be doing. I felt confident in Allen. Why four stars? As I said, I’m a harsh critic. There’s always room for improvement and I rarely hand out 5 stars unless everything is perfect. ⭐️ I heard Allen dealing with other customers as I waited. What I heard impressed me. His front facing customer service skills are superb and left me feeling like I chose the right place. ⭐️ He and his team went above and beyond for me (and others). ⭐️ They were swift and actionable, new top tier pads, rotors, line bleeds, and some lug nuts… ⭐️ The quality of the work I received was outstanding. I have had many excellent experiences at Norwood Auto Care. Allen the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making sure to explain everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He makes sure the car leaves in perfect condition. The staff were efficient, meticulous, and thorough, and my car was ready on time. The pricing was amazing, and I felt confident that I was getting quality service. I highly recommend Norwood Auto Care for anyone in need of reliable auto repairs and maintenance at an incredible price.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! I took my vehicle to fix the engine light and get a inspection sticker. Paid over 1000. My car was returned with engine light still on even after driving a few miles. Returned my car to have this corrected. Allen kept my car for 3 weeks!!!during that time never followed up avoided my phone calls and finally I had no choice and showed up to pick up my vehicle. Check engine still on, gas cap was replaced and faulty, and zero gas and still no inspection sticker. Took it to a new facility where they diagnosed it within one hour and ready for pick up the next day. Save your time and money. Allen is not trust worthy and has no respect for people's time.

I own a 2013 Honda CR-V. I needed my front struts and exhaust fixed. Allen is extremely friendly and flexible with my time. Pricing was fair and in very happy with the results! Update: I went back for repairs to my wife's Honda Odyssey. Again, very happy with the results. The staff is very courteous and are willing to work with us around our busy schedule.

Looking for a trustworthy and reputable mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack nowadays, but Allen is exactly that. I have had an excellent experience every time I go here for any of my car needs. He has gone above and beyond multiple times to help assist me with my car and make sure the process was stress free! I've had both of my cars serviced at Norwood Auto Care for new brake pads and rotors. Each time, the work was done promptly and the price was very reasonable (certainly cheaper than going to the dealership). Allen is very courteous and it is obvious he cares about his customers. I'm happy to trust him with my cars.

Allen is not only a great mechanic but he is an honest guy. I have had major work done to my beloved old BMW at Norwood Auto Care and my car rides like new. I have been back many times and the service is always excellent. I live in Boston but can take the train out to Norwood Central and walk 9 minutes to his shop (he even offered to pick me up)!
