In person, Richard maintained friendliness, was clearly knowledgeable in his work, walked me through the warranty process, and just made the battery replacement process seamless. I have been very impressed by the level of service. They tested my car battery and found it was still good but went the extra mile to clean and spray the terminals to extend it's life for free. When I had a car battery that was completely dead because the car had sat for eight weeks they recharged it overnight for free. I could not ask for more than that.

I stopped by a couple weeks ago for my mother's Camry that wouldn't start without a jump -- Richard was awesome!! Tested the battery , I needed a new one , it was 10 years old. Great, speedy service, and quality advice. I stopped in to drop off a dead car battery and obtain a replacement. I figured any sort of exchange for this battery, that was less than a year open, would be a hassle. It actually took about 20 seconds, and the person helping me even took the battery out to my car in spite of being quite capable myself. He also provided sound advice on a weather-resistant trickle charger. Definitely recommended.

Stopped in feeling pretty sure I needed a new battery. I was meet with a cheerful hello and a smile. Richard tested the battery in my car and confirmed it was "failing". They looked up my battery, found it not under warranty but close enough to be pro-rated. Popped out the old battery. Popped in the new and we were on our way in under 45 mins!! Exceptional service provided by Richard and the crew at Interstate Batteries! Will be going here for all my battery needs in the future!!

My battery died today, I called Interstate Norwood, Richard answered and told me that he had my battery in stock and to come down. This was at 4:00pm, their closing time. Richard quickly and efficiently replaced the battery and took the time to run a diagnostic of the charging system. Thank you Richard!

5 Stars PLUS! Was in need of batteries for my Dad’s Hoyer Lift that stopped working so time was of the essence. Manager was so helpful phone, product available and prices amazing. He even helped me install batteries in control box and all was fixed and operational before end of day on a Friday! So appreciate you and your kindness and help!

Needed to replace my interstate battery backup on a sump pump that was 5 years old call talked to Richard told him I would be over the next day to pick it up . Went over he had it all changed and took it out to the car . Great service and made a new friend . Unfortunately you don’t find this at too many place today. Thank you Richard

richard was a pleasure to deal with and having checked my battery found it to be weak (not unlike myself) and in less than 30 minutes from the time i walked in the door I was driving away with a new battery at a fair and reasonable price. p.s. being in the automotive business years ago I found Interstate batteries to be the best on the market.

Richard took care of me right when I walked in with no appointment. His customer service was top notch and advised me what kind of battery I needed and quoted me a price. After installment, he explained the warranty process fully. He is definitely an asset to Interstate.

It was a bitter cold afternoon. My battery needed a jump start for the second time this season. I started looking on line as I kept the car running and saw really good reviews about Interstate in Walpole, Mass. I was heading to another store closer to home initially but turned around to go to your store. I was greeted in a friendly way and within a few minutes Richard Furtado went out and tested my battery. I was not surprised to see that it was on it's last leg. He showed me some batteries and waited while I called the other store...I realized it was a very fair deal and what really impressed me was the installation. It was not so easy. My car is an old Subaru Forester and there were some old connector wires. Richard was taking all sorts of pains to make sure he didn't make things worse. The battery is a big one. Anyway, it was so cold but he just kept at it until it was seated and connected securely and all was working great. I got the best deal for the car I own...I wasn't oversold in terms of product or warranty and Richard was great. I would recommend them without hesitation. It looks like they have other services for fobs and some interesting products....and they are right next to McDonald's if you want to go sit and have a coffee while you wait or you can go to one of the near by stores in the adjacent Plaza. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Buying batteries for my boat has never been an easy thing... But I've been a fan of Interstate for a long time, and the folks at the Walpole store made my $750 decision this time around an easy, confident one. The explanation of all the parameters and installation guidelines were spot on and very helpful. Their assistance was very much appreciated!

Robert at Interstate took good care of me today. I was having some trouble starting my car and he was able to test my battery and figure out it needed to be replaced. He tested and replaced my battery for me in less than 15 minutes - not to mention it was the coldest day of the year. He also made sure that he got the best deal he could for me.
