The towing company share detail the ET time. I don’t want it to arrive. They notified you. The driver was very good very respectful very helpful and he give you details of what is happening, making sure that he secure your car to bring it to the towing company.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I had a really frustrating experience with this towing company and would not recommend them. From the start, communication was poor and the wait time was much longer than what I was told on the phone. I was quoted one price initially, but when the driver arrived the cost suddenly increased with little explanation. The driver also seemed rushed and not very professional. Instead of explaining what he was doing or making sure my vehicle was handled carefully, the whole process felt careless and disorganized. When you’re already dealing with the stress of your car needing to be towed, the last thing you want is more frustration. Overall, the service felt overpriced, unprofessional, and poorly managed. There are plenty of other towing companies out there, and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I was on a business trip and on my last day I got a flat tire. Since I didn't have the lug nut key, I had no way of removing the tire (nor was AAA able to help), I called this local company. They had a driver there in 30-40min and got me and my car to the dealer before they closed. I was able to make the long drive home afterwards and see my family, because of them. Both dispatch and driver were very professional and understanding. The world needs more people like them. Absolutely recommend.

Despite the owner of the auto lot my vehicle was towed from - not leaving my car key in the vehicle for the tow truck driver to pick up vehicle - this company STILL made a way! They still delivered my vehicle to me safely at home and tomorrow I’ll just grab the key from the shop. The tow driver was BEYOND hilarious and sooo friendly. After such a crappy day, this driver really brightened my spirits! I highly recommend going with Legacy! Please be patient and considerate of the storm causing delays! They’re working VERY hard to make us all happy! Thank you again yall!

The driver really helped me out of a tough spot. I was stuck on a loading dock curb and he was able to lift my vehicle up without issue.

I had my car battery jumped and the car was towed this afternoon and was so happy with the level of service that I received. The service was above and beyond what I had expected. He was super friendly too!

I had a scheduled pick up today for a tow. Driver denied the tow due to “too much snow around and on top of the vehicle, also the vehicle was facing the opposite direction”. I asked why couldn’t they have jumped the car and moved it, was told they did try and it wouldn’t start… Getting dropped off for alternator repair. Car jumps and runs. Called another tow, jumped and towed vehicle without hassle

Came really quickly! Thought I needed a jump or a tow but they were able to diagnose the real issue and had me up and running within minutes. Saved me several hundred dollars and a lot of time! Still cost me quite a bit but could have been worse.

The Legacy transport came after two other tow companies just no showed, after taking the job from geico as part of vehicle towing. The men from Legacy transport were professional.They were friendly. They wanted a picture of where the car was, before they took the job, which is a good sign. I sent it to them and they were able to get in there with a long truck and get it out. This is what you want. Someone who thinks ahead and gets it done. Because it is part of my insurance it was free.

Tesla Roadside Assistance!! Chris of Legacy Transport was the best. Called me within one minute of getting off the phone with Tesla Customer Service and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He gave me location updates and He came exactly at that time he said he would. Got the Tesla up on the precisely, safely, and quick! Even gave me a ride back to Tesla Service Center. I highly recommend this company and advise any other company to use them.

Awesome service. My landscaping trailer had a flat tire and needed someone to quickly to transport it on the weekend. Called several places, and none could help. Legacy Transport came right out to help me when I needed it and transported it a half hour way. Huge life savor! Would highly recommend.

I recently was in a car accident and thankfully, no one else was involved and I did not have any injuries. I was experiencing one of the worst moments of my life as I had to say goodbye to my baby since it was completely totaled and the accident left me very emotional. I called Legacy Transport to ask the employee how much the quote would cost me to deliver my car to my hometown. From the very beginning, the employee Chris, was very nice and genuine and I felt the empathy he had for me. Once I got the quote, I needed to confirm what my family wanted to do so I told Chris I would give him a call back and he said "No problem. Let me give you my personal number so you don't have to call back this number." He gave me his number and I confirmed that my family was okay with paying a towing company out of pocket. Before calling Chris back, I called another tow company (which I will not name) to see if I could get a better quote. Immediately, I did not like the attitude of the other towing company. They were impolite and didn't really care that I was in an accident. I received the same exact quote so I knew I had to go with Chris. I gave Chris a call back and I told him I would like to use his towing services. He said great and that he will be there in 40 minutes or so. Once Chris arrived, he immediately greeted me with a fist bump and was doing everything he can to make me feel better. I didn't have the cash on me to give Chris money before dropping my car off so I asked if he was okay with me paying him once he delivers my car to my home. He said he was okay with it and from that moment, that's where I truly appreciated Chris and that I do not regret my choice in using Legacy Transport. I am grateful for Chris towing my car to my home that was 40 minutes away and grateful for his empathy and understanding of my situation. To anybody that fully read this review, you will not regret picking Legacy Transport and Chris for your towing services. I wish them nothing but more upcoming success for their business.

Wonderful service. They were clear and Cery Fair on the pricing. They showed up fast unlike most tow services. They were polite and friendly which goes a long way when your day seems to be going down hill. I will be recommending them to all who ask for a reliable tow service!

I got a new truck and needed it transported halfway across the state. After looking at different places on google for flat bed transport services, Legacy Transport stood out with the best reviews. After calling Chris from Legacy showed up within 30 minutes and got the job done same day. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. I don’t know where to start. I’m gonna keep it short. Legacy Transport LLC came and saved me on the highway yesterday night. My car has a defective fuel sensor and I ran out of gas on the highway with my pregnant wife in the car. Surprisingly wifey didn’t panicked and was very supportive. Legacy Transport LLC came with their tow truck in less than 20 minutes. I told the tow guy I think I ran out of gas. He said he could tow me to the nearest gas station so I could fuel. He did just that and gave me and wifey a ride given that we had no other way to travel to the gas station. He gave us A1 service and was very attentive. Thank you.

Chris came at the perfect time today when I broke down. He was knowledgeable about the specific issue (bad starter) and had my vehicle loaded quickly and professionally. He had a clean cabin and pleasant personality. I greatly appreciated his empathy and support.
