Gone are the days when staff would actually help you. Instead they cash you out and that’s it. I watched numerous people come in needing simple help such as which wire to connect to her battery or a check engine light and the man gave her the machine and told her plug it into your car yourself. Poor woman had no idea how to use it let alone where to plug it in. Another woman came in needed a gage to show how much air was in her tires and asked if someone could help her use it as she had a child with her and she didn’t know how to use this tool. Nope- the man said it’s easy you can do it yourself. Autozone used to be helpful and go the extra mile. Not anymore.
Absolutely the best staff I have ever dealt with. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. They go above and beyond. Does Auto Zone pay these folks residual income? They definitely deserve it
Horrible service. Given wrong parts twice now for brake job even when they have been provided with vin #. Long story short manager said kid working desk is new. I saw the manager in the store while purchasing my parts so if it was the case he could have lent a helping hand. Basically his answer was “ bring them back we all make mistakes” but this mistake cost me a lot of time and my time is valuable. If your time is valued I suggest visiting another location and not Franklin autozone.

I brought in a lug nut looking to replace it. The woman behind the desk couldn't help me. Even with the actual lug nut in her hand . She couldn't figure it out. She ended up selling me the WRONG part. I like Autozone because it's close by however they need some THINKING employees.
My grandsons check engine lot was on - pulled into auto zone - they loaned me a tool to hook up to the car and read the error code - brought it back inside and they gave me a report of what was wrong ! Luckily just a loose gas cap ! Great service and saved a ton on money !!
AutoZone is the place to go for free battery checks and to have error codes read for free by the staff. While you're there, grab wiper blades, engine air filters, cabin filters, washer fluid, engine oil, or just about any accessory that you need. Chances are that they have it in stock or can point you to another store nearby to get you what you need.
Went in morning of 9/9/24 and the guy working there (Colin I think but may have gotten his name wrong on here) was so helpful. He did a diagnostic for my car and helped me figure out the problem and I was able to fix myself, probably saving me tons of $ getting it looked at a mechanic. Very friendly and really appreciate the service here!
took my daughters jeep/patriot 15’ to the store after her battery light went on. the employee there offered to test it for me. he was able to rule out the battery, starter or alternator. he gave some additional things to check out .. loose belt and corrosion on post. very grateful for his efforts and the store.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rental tools are wicked useful, and they even gave me the credit for a battery I forgot to return from like a year prior. 10 out of 10, not the garage that stole John Wicks car...
The employees at this location are honest, friendly, kind, and ended up saving me a lot of cash today. They tested out my battery for my Mazda 3 for free, after Valvoline in Milford lied to me saying I needed a new one, and I am very grateful for that. Good people working here with a great sense of humor and excellent customer service skills! Go here and give them your business. I highly recommend these wonderful people. Always looking out for you!
I was so proud of myself for trying change my battery for the first time. Well that went out the window when I dropped the battery hold down screw inside the car, never to be found! I figured they must be a universal thing and headed to the Franklin MA AutoZone. Mike with the beard and hat, started looking through bolts and I stated that I drove my sister's car to the store and it was the same make and year. Mike grabbed his wrench and out he went. He took out the same screw from my sister's car and matched it to something they had in the store. He was so nice and helpful. If you need a part or even advice, I suggest going to AutoZone in Franklin and ask for Mike with the beard!
Not trustworthy. Workers lied to my face about battery change services. They were going to charge me for a service that comes free with purchasing battery at said Autozone location. If you dont want to perform the services your job provides, you shouldnt work there.
Great people at this place. Been going for four + years do a lot of business with them. Warranties are great easy to deal with. Even if I have five pages of purchases they will take the time to go through them without any problems looking them up!!!! Great people friendly even that guy Mike with the beard!!!
Today I was having a hard time with my Toyota Rav 4 and I went into the autozone in Franklin Ma, there was this very kind approachable gentleman his name is Zack he assists me ....... excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️he helped me with changing multiple headlight Bulbs on my vehicle... thank you again your awesome!!!! and I will definitely be shopping at this autozone again.
Awesome Service - You Tube lied again a 5 minute job on You Tube turned out to be more than that - With help from Charlie my issue was resolved but not after some hard work in tight places Thanks to Charlie and Steve for all their help
I am NOT very good under the hood or in this case under the trunk - I just needed a brake light - the manager kindly assisted me in the installation - I know it took him less than 5 minutes, if I tried it it would have been at least an hour. This is very consistent with the customer service I have received every time I go to Auto Zone - Thanks!
Horrendous customer service, and a bunch of freakos work here. The first time I came in, they were too busy and distracted talking about their love of Power Puff Girls (not even joking!) to help me with my pursuit of getting the correct battery for my trailer, which apparently uses a marine type. After realizing I got the wrong one, I tried to return the brand new battery that didn't even have the right connectors for what I needed. Some lady promptly and angrily told me how I was lying because there was a mark which I didn't even put on it on one of the terminals (the other one still had the red seal on it) and had been used. I couldn't have used it, I could even connect it! 😡
Horrible! My husband went for a replacement battery right after his car was jump started. He did not have the tools to replace it and they refused to help even after he had mentioned being in the Army. He serves this country and they cant help with a quick battery replacement.
I really like going here to get my auto parts,as well as oil and filters. They have very helpful associates who really know what they are talking about. I dont like going to some parts stores where they make you feel stupid because you don't know what you need and they make you feel like you are wasting their time. I don't get that feeling here.
AutoZone let's see I order parts from them they say it's going to get shipped to my house it doesn't it gets shipped to the store then they ship it from the store back to where we came from then says it got shipped to my house and this is all over and air filter and some wiper blades I'm sorry not wiper blades rain gaurds I always liked the store until I moved to Franklin and seeing how they operate it and they always a quick to blame that it must have been the new guy well that don't fly in my book so probably the last time you'll ever see me at this AutoZone deuces
I went in their tonight thinking the worst with my Audi. Staff is always VERY helpful. They downloaded my codes, explained them too me, gave me recommendations and a printout for my mechanic. Put my mind at ease. I buy everything I need their because I trust them. That's not easy these dayd
Free tool loans, free oil disposal, free code checking, and good prices. My preferred auto parts store. Online orders take a while to ship-to-store and online coupons do not work in-store.
The people at this Autozone are great. Come in with a question, and they'll help you sort out the best product for your application. They do it with a smile without trying to "sell" you a bunch of stuff you don't need - but they will offer you a few options for you to consider. Ask "which of these products do people seem to be happiest with, or buy the most?", and you'll get honest feedback to help inform your choices instead of saying "the brake cleaner sprays are over there". Just ask. I've always had good experiences with the folks at this location.
