Stopped by for an inspection sticker.They took me right in. The young man behind the counter and who did the inspection was so polite, kind and well spoken. I definitely recommend this place for inspection stickers.
I stopped by asking if I could get the state inspection. No problem I was told, but please wait for 5 min. OK, sounds good, I said. In 5 minutes I was asked to wait another 10 minutes. 10 minutes work for me I said. In 30 minutes I had to leave because no one really cared about me waiting.
Nathan was great help! Was riding my motorcycle on the way to the cape and I ended up breaking down near the shop. Everyone was very friendly and they assisted me with my bike repair! Excellent place! Very clean shop.

I had a sudden and urgent need to replace my vehicle. I saw something that appealed to me in the parking lot of Empire as I drove by. I stopped in to check it out. I'm so glad I did.
I was happily greated by Nathan who was running the front desk. He greated us enthusiastically and offered us water as he inquired as to what he could do for us. We mentioned the vehicle that interested us.
Nathan then introduced us to Pamela who was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, gracious, accomodating, vivacious and professional. She very proficiently answered our questions concerning the vehicle we were considering.
Pamela showed us the automobile and quickly had us in the driver's seat taking it out for a test drive.
The vehicle was a pleasure to drive as well as a very comfortable fit. the condition inside and out was immaculate.
We drove it to our mechanic who went over it before giving us a thumbs up on the purchase.
After returning to Empire Automotive, we were once again met with an enthusiastic and happy greating from Nathan. Pamela soon appeared and brought us to meet Cleuvis with whom we discussed the details of the sale.
Cleuvis was another, friendly, personable, professional with great knowledge regarding the products and services he offers.
At no time did I ever feel pressured into making a hasty decission. I remained very much at home and comfortable with the staff of Empire Auto. I felt taken care of and appreciated.
We made our purchase that same day.
As can happen with previously owned automobiles, there were a few glitches that had to be worked out. The team at Empire did so without hesitation. They kept me informed of the progress being made on a needed repair, and offered me the use of a loaner car for the one day I needed it.
My vehicle has been an absolute pleasure to drive.

I left my Maserati with the team at Empire to fix the brakes, pads, and discs—and wow, they worked their magic! Not only did they take great care of my car, but they also returned it sparkling clean, like it just came out of a showroom. I felt like I was driving a brand-new car again! One of the best places to get your car serviced. The worker here are great and friendly. Any questions you have they answer. Any car problems that my car will have 100% I will go to empire. Amazing group of guys here - everyone’s kind and more importantly, trust worthy. I’m a backyard warrior when it comes to mechanics and know my way around a wrench, so much so that I’m no stranger to ripping apart engines and putting them back together. That’s why I can stand by these guys and tell you, no bs, no up sells, no down sells, they’ll shoot it to you straight and work with you to get the job done right. I no longer have the time or resources to get involved with larger jobs anymore, that’s why I entrust the guys at Empire auto with my foreigns and domestics. Thanks guys!
Can’t say enough about this place. They were very thorough. Checked my vehicle from front to back before even calling me with an estimate and then allowed me to choose what works best for me, was very honest and transparent. I will definitely visit this repair shop again if need be. Made sure that my vehicle was running correctly and safe to drive and had me in and out of there within 24 hours. I also felt that the price was fair.
I came in for an inspection and they found a few issues. They explained the issues thoroughly and worked quickly to get my truck repaired. The pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. This process was very smooth and I would recommend empire to everyone.
My car was making a horrible noise on my way home from work. They offered a quick examination to make sure the car was safe to drive ( it wasn’t). They than fixed my car in less than 24 hours ! They are kind , hard working , fair pricing and I would highly recommend!
Great service! I had a car problem that was very time sensitive and everything was fixed in timely manner, and cheaper than some other mechanics in the area. This was my second time getting my car serviced here and both times were great experiences. The mechanics explained all the details of the issue and the prices, and where very understanding of the situation. Be coming back here again if I have any more issues.
