I had a blow out on my truck and i was parked outside Luke’s autoshop and he gave me all the tools to switch out to put on my spare and when i tried to offer him money for helping me in my situation he declined it what a great guy with good morals many thanks luke you saved the day !!!!!
I am from out of town and had a tire pressure light come on in my car. I tried using an air machine at a nearby gas station but it was not operating properly. I randomly pulled into this garage and these fellas not only checked the tire in question but all my tires then reset the computer in the car. I can not thank them enough as they went above and beyond to ensure my 3 hour trip home was a safe one.
Mastroianni’s has been my go to place for high quality low mile used vehicles. I’ve purchased my last four vehicles from them and handed them down to my children. They’re very friendly, informative, and not pushy! That’s what brings me back. The truck I just bought they found it for me, I told them what I was looking for and in a week they had it.
Luke was amazing he did what it took to get us the car we, or I wanted not so much the husband. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible! The care for the car and customer service was phenomenal! Definitely made my first financed vehicle less stressful! Highly recommend! Freshly washed full tank of gas… it’s the little details that show they care!
2 year update! Been daily driving a dodge charger that I bought from them 2 years ago. Absolutely love the car! 18k miles and I have only had regular maintenance to perform from wear and tear as a used vehicle. The owner was really down to earth, honest, had a unique inventory, and provided a great 1 on 1 experience for financing my first car. Great experience, and great dealer! Highly reccommend to anyone

I just have to say thank you so much to mastrionis! I broke down on the Massachusetts turnpike in Sturbridge and not knowing where I should have my car brought to, I looked up car services and repairs came up in Palmer ma. So at three o’clock in the morning it was delivered and by 11am the next morning after paying 125$ for an Uber back to Newport RI where I’m from, Wiggins the service guy at mastrionis called and said my car was all set for pick up it had been fixed. And he’ll leave the key in it for me. I said ok how much do I owe you? He said you know this is an honest business and I don’t owe anything it was a very simple fix. I said well I won’t have a ride back for a few days to get it. He said to pay it forward! This place is one of the last remaining car service garages that make an honest living and I will forever remember this and be traveling to a place called mastrionis to have my car serviced and so should you! Thank you so much Wiggins!
I was driving through rain to Boston from Albany, NY and my windshield wiper flew off! I stopped in here and I am so glad I did. They called around and were able to pull strings because they didn’t have the part... fifteen minutes and only $20 later I was back on the road and on my way to Boston! They were very nice and professional. I highly recommend them.
I’ve bought many vehicles over my lifetime, this has been the best buying experience ever! Zach did a fantastic job with his pictures. I talked with Luke, over the phone, he said it looked and ran great. We negotiated a price, if it looked and ran as described I’ll buy it. Drove two hours down from N.H. I was amazed. After our purchase we found the vehicle spotless top to bottom and a full tank of gas! from start to finish the experience was top notch and easy. There is no place better place than Mastroianni’s. I bought my teenagers their first car from Mastroianni’s last year and with Luke’s advice we chose the perfect, safe vehicle for our son and daughter. I then bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles and could not be happier. The mechanic is friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoy getting my oil changed and tires rotated there. Jack is THE BEST and I will never go anywhere else.

I knew my car needed an oil change and planned on getting on when I got back home from dropping my sister off at school. Before I could get her back to school safely, my car's check engine light came on and my car started shaking on the highway. Thankfully, we were approaching the exit. Google provided me with two near by options who both turned me down. I stopped at Mastroiannis, after telling Luke my issue he immediately came to take a look at my car. He told me he didn't have someone on hand to take care of a full oil change but he could give me some oil to get back home with no issues AND reused to let me pay for the oil provided to get me home. I really appreciate these guys for helping me out here. Their customer service is more than enough reason for you to give them a try! If you live in Palmer, MA or in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend Mastroianni's Auto Sales.
