I’ve been to the Palmer O’Reilly Auto Parts a few times, and everyone has always been kind and helpful, but Ryan’s customer service goes unmatched.
He helped change my car battery and even assisted with my remote starter. He took the time to explain my options and recommended the best battery for my car. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but his professionalism and honesty made me feel confident in the decision. After the experience I had, I can say it was money well spent! .
Ryan is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Because of him, I will absolutely be returning to the Palmer location for my future car needs.
I was in on Friday 1/30/26 and a nice man named Andrew helped me. I was there to get a headlight and a bulb for my license plate. It was freezing cold outside, but this kid was so good. He installed the head light for me and he put it under warranty because I had just had it replaced it a few months back and with that, I decided to get wiper blades as well and he installed those too. He did all of that in the bitter cold with the smile on his face and even offered, if there was anything else He can do for me
That IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. which we don't get very much nowadays. You have a wonderful employee. I will continue to do business at your location because of your staff, they do make all the difference.

I needed a new battery today and Juan went above and beyond to exchange and install one for me. He even fixed an issue with the connectors it had so that I didn't have any extra issues with it. Very nice man. Would highly recommend him, thanks again!
This was my first time visiting an O’Reilly Auto Parts store. I needed a new headlight bulb for my 2014 Honda Accord and I saw they had advertised that they gave free installation.
So I stopped into the store in Palmer, MA. And so glad I did! The person who took care of me-Juan was spectacular! He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and I literally was in and out of there in like 15 minutes, even though the store was busy. I’m blown away with the level of service I received today and I will be recommending O’Reilly Auto Parts to all my friends.
I had the best experience thanks to Juan. He was awesome and a wonderful person. My battery needed to be changed and Juan installed the new one for me and checked my alternator also to make sure there was no issue. He took the anxiety out of all of this due to be super nice, very kind and very professional. Very impressed!
Just stopped in to buy a brake light for a 2016 Elantra. Ryan took one look at the bulb, instantly knew the number, grabbed one off the rack and got me out of there in 30 seconds. Amazing!
One of the workers made a suggestion on what to buy but more impressive was he on his own wanted to see the damage to my mirror. That says alot about his professionalism and the level of care he shows to his customers 👍
I just went there this afternoon at O'Reilly Auto Parts looking for brake lights for my Honda Coupe. Ryan helped me get the right one and also assisted me in replacing this too. Thank you for being very helpful in getting the right one for me as well as fixing it for me. I will definitely be back here for auto needs for sure!
Ryan has helped me a couple of times before to get the right part I needed and provides great customer service and knowledge. Today he went above and helped change my bad battery for a new one and was an amazing help.
you lost a customer today,in palmer today I came in for an engine and cabin air filter, told the guy there was no need for expensive filters but I guess he either didn't listen or he figured to slip one by the customer and slip one by he did, I had a lot on my mind then so I didn't really pay attention after that, took the parts he gave me, paid with a card and didn't look at the receipt until later, $70 it cost me for those two parts when it should have been less than $20, last time I go in there for anything
As a person who uses a wheelchair. The service I received from Ryan was excellent. He was happy to take my debit card and purchase a new battery and put it in for me, so that I could stay in my van. I Definitely will be returning for future help with my van.

However, the manager was tactless and rude as he yelled to our serviceman to get inside to handle customers while he was in the middle of finishing our installation. You could use some retraining my dude
May 18, 2025 : I love going to O'Reilly Auto Parts, Palmer, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, today Ryan sold me the correct wipers for my Jeep and even offered to installl them for me, which he did lightening fast and correctly. ~ Lynne Sullivan 😀
We had a very positive experience purchasing a battery here. Ryan was quick to test the battery and shared the results indicating a bad cell. He discussed the range of options available. He then changed the battery in an efficient and professional manner. We recommend this store and will use their services again.

I needed new windshield wipers and Ryan came around from behind the counter to find the ones the fit my car and show my the various options by price and durability. And, despite a steady rain, offered to come outside and install them (I gratefully accepted). The store is clean, well organized and lit and has reasonable prices.
I also noticed that this shop offers loaners on some tools and will scan your engine if the “check engine” light comes on so you have an idea what you’re dealing with.
Can’t beat that II d of service!
So Ryan at the Palmer O'Reilly absolutely outstanding!!! I went in for a reverse light and left with the best customer service I've ever received!! He didn't even cash me out but due to me being the only customer offered to help replace my bulb, which I was extremely grateful cuz I was going to YouTube it!!! So while opening the car for him to help me he noticed my car fob was broken and said they fixed those as well!! Perfect!!! I had 2 but both had their own issues and he fixed both all under 20 minutes!!! All while keeping a professional attitude towards coworkers and other customers!! Absolutely outstanding service at this location!! I have nothing but great things to say about all the workers there!! But this was outstanding out out the way service you don't see in this day anymore!! Thanks so much Ryan for your service and even though you went out of your way to put the little screw on a piece of tape for me, I think I lost it!! But again that extra effort was amazing!
