I had a great experience here! I got into a minor accident on Saturday and called to see if they were able to help. Nate took a look at it that same day and was able to give me an estimate. He explained EVERYTHING to me which I loved! Very knowledgeable and great personality!! He was able to fix it. It took a little longer than I expected but was absolutely worth it. He did everything he could to save what we had and was able to make my car look brand new. They take a lot of pride in their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I found my new mechanic!

I literally can’t explain enough how much this place has helped me and my partner this last year, first he helps me get my 2005 CRV running after I haven’t driven it for half a year, then he helps us with our 2001 Silverado, dropped it off the same day we spoke over the phone, had the truck pass its inspection with flying colors the same week. Most recently we had a 2020 Outback conk out at a light, the battery just completely shut down. I gave them a call and they were able to have it towed there same day, he even helped me with the tow truck who was jerking my car to get it off the back and he shut that down real quick. I picked my car up that night, no more issues with the battery. Every time we go he also explains everything he’s doing and why, and even lets us know where he sources materials if we were to ask. We’ve even gotten U-Hauls from them and haven’t had a single issue in that case either. All around 10/10, I could not recommend him enough 🙌

I had an awesome experience with this shop! I rented a U-Haul motorcycle trailer for pickup at 9:00 a.m. from D and M auto. I came a little early but was still greeted by one of the owners. She was very polite and despite me being early, she was still glad to help. My Tacoma was being stubborn and would not accept the adapter. She tried for a good 10-15 minutes and then she tried again with me helping. Eventually, we figured out that the electrical pins needed a little lube on my Tacoma and the adapter finally slipped in place. In my opinion, she went well above and beyond to help me get this trailer properly hooked up. I can't thank her, the shop, enough for all of the help she gave me. Sadly, I'm terrible with names, but thank you again for everything. Keep on being awesome!

Had my car detailed for the first time at D and M. My 9 yr old car looks brand new inside and out. Great young couple, so energetic,friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be using their service again and would highly recommend them.

Definitely don't count on them being around if you reserve a uhaul here. Might be decent mechanics but will also waste your time if it's not a service they feel like offering that day

I had the most amazing customer experience EVER 🎉!I was shopping around for a car my car just rolled over 290,000 miles. While everyone else was trying to wrip me off trying to sell there junk D AND M were there to give me the greatest customer service/sale service I have ever had in my life ✨️✨️✨️! We had another great experience with D and M Auto.. They got us up and running again with friendly service and affordable price. We appreciate them so much! There is something to be said about a local garage who truly cares about getting you back on the road asap!

My car broke down on I90 last month and we needed to tow it somewhere to get it checked out. We were close to Palmer and this shop came up when we searched. They said we could bring it by and they'd take a look and see if they could fix it. The (I assume) owner went right to work checking the codes and seeing what was wrong. He said he'd do his best to get us back on the road that day, and he definitely did. Very friendly, super helpful and diligent, and within a couple hours we were on our way. He told us what we needed to take care of when we got back home which we did. The car is still running great a few weeks later. Thank you so much for the quick save!

Well,found my new garage. Nate and his crew were amazing! Had a problem that would have left our vehicle down and out for the upcoming work week. Called Nate and he and his crew got me in and out on a Saturday. Job well done! Nice to have a local garage who really cares!

I highly recommend D and M Auto! I was leaving the Brimfield Antique show on a Friday afternoon when I experienced issues with my truck. A local, recommended D and M Auto. Nate and his wife were great to work with. He was able to repair my truck and get me back on the road sooner than predicted. He also came in cheaper than his original quote. I appreciated that he did not take advantage of a stranded tourist!

The people who own this business are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! So kind and such good people. Anything you need they can get done and they actually care. I recommend all your auto needs be done here! I’ll be going back for everything I need from now on. #forevercustomer

Nate helped me out big time I’m not even from around that area I was just passing through I had trouble with my truck. He was able to get me in a U-Haul so I can get the rest of my stuff back to Maine he made my truck a priority got it off of the streets and into a garage and had my truck fixed very quickly would I go back there absolutely it’s a shame there’s not more auto shops and people like that around

They were extremely polite and explained everything I needed to know about renting U-Hauls ( this was my first time). The lady there walked me through the process and got me in and out very quickly and the whole process went very smooth and simple.

Great experience with Nate and Megan! We needed a U- Haul last minute. Nate was SO accommodating. The entire process of reserving, renting, signing the paperwork and picking up/ dropping off was seamless. We really appreciate the great service! Highly recommend!

Great people. Best in the area. Bought my car from his brother and the owner. Hands down best in the area. Honest people, for honest work, and an honest price always. Have been using them for years, for anything I can’t do it’s always a pleasure. Has worked on numerous makes and models I’ve owned and always figured it out. All around great people and a great business. Never have had any type of issues or complaints with them on numerous occasions. Communication is amazing. 5 STARS.

I can’t say enough good things about D and M Auto! Nate and Megan are by far the best people to work with. I had an issue with my door about 8 months ago and Nate fixed it for an incredible price. Fast forward to this week and my door broke again. I reached out to Megan and she accommodated my schedule immediately. I brought my car in and Nate fixed it right on the spot at no charge. He explained the issue with my door and future issues that may come up as my door is a used one. The shop is about 30 minutes from my house and regardless of distance I will not take my car anywhere else!

The owner is a very helpful and professional individual if you have any questions or concerns with you're whip go to him and he'll solve it for you.

I've never had an issue here. Dave is a straightforward kind of guy, you tell him what you think is wrong he takes a look and gives you a quote. He has the absolute most reasonable rate for labor of any mechanics in the area, and he does not gouge you. To the guy with the transmission problem I suspect there is more to that story. Dave and Chris will razz on you, so if you can't take that then maybe he isn't for you. Joking aside, Dave has never been disrespectful towards me. The other reviewer Justin never even had his vehicle serviced, if you look at his reviews he tried to get a UHaul truck and had a bad experience and decided to be petty and give a one star just because the owner has a repair business as well.

I have never had a good experience here. The owner is rude, unpleasant, and insulting. I am giving you money for a service and then you act like you are doing me a favor. It's a wonder this guy is still in business. Same story repeated by everyone I know that has interacted with him.

Came to them with a transmission problem. They charged to replace one of the tranny cooler lines and gave us the vehicle back, leading us to believe it was fixed. Admitted to not test driving the vehicle afer I returned with same issue. Prob lied about that because he couldnt even tell me my tramny was shot. Probably not a bad guy but dave totally screwed me over. Trust these guys at your own risk.
