Do not recommend. They will keep your vehicle weeks and weeks when they quoted it would be done within 3 days. This was a simple repair on the heat. They will also lie to you when you mention that the brake light that showed up on your dash must have happened when they were fixing your vehicle and say it was always there and tried to cover it with the microphone. They also quoted it would be a $600 job and then when I showed up, the bill was $1,200. They never communicated it would be more of an expensive repair than originally quoted. This establishment is incredibly unprofessional. I will NEVER be coming back here.
Got us in quick to check exhaust gave a great estimate and had our car fixed that afternoon! My used 2008 honda odyssey minivan has never been so quiet nor run so good in the 3-4 yrs I've owned it...seriously!
We hit a pothole on the highway on the way to visit family and it broke the rear shock mount. Kopec’s was able to look at it and fix it immediately, we were in and out in an hour. Everyone was super nice, overall great experience.
Very honest and reputable. Thought my tire sensors were bad. They informed me that they were OK and didn’t need to be replaced. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks
Always feel confident working with them. They get the job done right and they're always willing to listen to my concerns. They even got me credit on a part that another shop put in, incorrectly, from NAPA.

Car was towed on a Friday night. There google hours say they are open Saturday they are not. Went to try and fix the situation and the owner came out (he was working on his race car) , he helped me and tested my battery. No charge. Any mechanic that helps you and does not charge you is one that you can trust.
Went in without an appointment and was greeted without a wait time. He checked out the car and gave some good advice on what to do about the random check engine light, and was very kind and easy going. Definitely recommend!
I'm a mechanic for BMW and I use kopec's for all of the exhaust work on my personal vehicles as I do not own a welder. Very good exhaust work at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff I have no doubt they are capable of fixing just about anything.
went to high school with the owners son and thought They would do a good job hahaha yeah nope .!!went to change my girlfriends spark plugs and it took them all day, then finally got a call saying they broke one of the heads and would have to keep it over night , two days later told me they couldn’t get it out and I would have to pay for the labor . Go to a real shop and save ur time and money
Staff here are very friendly. It's a small independent shop where I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell like dealerships often do. I will definitely return to Kopec's.
My husband and I were traveling from Upstate New York last Friday when we experienced severe car trouble on the Mass Turnpike. With the help of a wonderful AAA driver we found our way to Mr. Kopec's garage. Not only did he stay an extra hour to help us, but he also took the time to diagnose and repair our vehicle enough to put us back on the road. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kopec for any kind auto service. He was wonderful!! Thank you, Mr. Kopec, for going out of your way to help us.
