I had a very frustrating experience at this NAPA Auto Parts location that left me feeling disrespected as a customer. The salesperson I interacted with was rude, impatient, and clearly had no interest in providing decent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed — as if my presence was an inconvenience.
When it came time to check out, instead of giving me a moment to get my card ready, the employee abruptly told me to “hurry up and put your card in,” in a tone that was completely uncalled for. There was no line behind me, no urgent situation — just unnecessary pressure and a lack of professionalism.
There’s a big difference between being efficient and being pushy. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m holding up the day just for taking a few extra seconds during a transaction. I came in to give them business, not to be talked down to.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for auto parts where customers are actually respected. If management sees this, I hope they take steps to improve how people are treated — because this kind of attitude drives customers away.
Seldom is anyone willing to help. The older bald guy is pretty much a lost cause. If it happens to be his cigarette break...forget it. Just utter disgust that you interrupted him. I just drive right by and go to O'Reilly. Less stress over there. I call it "No No Napa...not today "!
I went to try to order 4 locking lug nuts for my car I am Deaf Hector was very cranky and seem not wanting to deal or help me today He wasn't very friendly that's a huge turn off
A business in this modern era should be capable of keeping their hours of operation up to date on Google as opposed to closing an hour earlier than listed....
03/23/2024 - Not really the most motivated employees. No books to lookup parts so I asked at the counter. Took around 8 minutes to get a headlight. Walmart is cheaper and you can you look up part numbers for common parts yourself. And Amazon will deliver right to your door if needed. Two stars deducted. :-(
2020 - Good location and service at this store. Knowledgeable and attentive employees. If you have to shop for car parts in this area this is your place!
You wanna go somewhere that has a knowledgeable staff, this is the place. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it. Even some obscure parts I've needed they've found for me. Highly recommend! Oh yeah, and top quality parts
My go-to place for auto parts. The quality is a little better than the competition. For example, the NAPA gold oil filter is made
by Wix. They are identical in construction and are made on the same production line.
Great service is all I can say. Driving to Chicago I stopped here and the techs behind the counter couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. All just for a pair of wipers.
If I lived closer I'd be back!

We had a great experience here, buying windshield wipers. A very helpful employee worked very hard to install wipers on our car and when one brand didn't fit right, he continued trying different brands until he found the perfect match. Thank you very much!
Good service, but one of thet employee's, Tristan I beileve his name was, gave me a dirty look that seemed to say "it's 8'o clock, get out of my store!" So that was disheartening! Also there was no free food, which was a real let down!!
I had to go here 3 times today to get all the parts for my project. Tristan and Pete were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I had a great expierience. Thanks guys.
Good selection of merchandise. Custom mixed auto paint. We needed a small quantity of paint for a vehicle we had that was not a traditional color. The staff mixed it up, total cost under 15.00. looked great . Needed paint for another vehicle, they had a spray can in stock. Looked great after applying and blended perfectly.
If YOU know what you're looking for, or want aonething simple, Napa has great prices and can get it quick. A few of the employees are knowledgeable, and a fee cant figure things out unless you are giving them the NAPA part number yourself.
