I was in a two car collision, rear and front got hit. The process was smooth and they accepted my insurance. Arkadi took his time to walk me through the deductible and kept me updated. I was thankful they took great care of my car, using original Mazda parts instead of third party, and even included a detailing! I got my inspection sticker done as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a down to earth quality shop.

Usually i don't write reviews but i have to say that out of all the body shop's i've ever been to, this one felt the most comfortable. The person i worked with (i believe his name is Raffi) doesnt give off that "vibe" that you usually get when you go to a typical body shop. He's actually very personable and it doesn't feel like you're about to get ripped off like other places. They also did a great job fixing up my car and i will for sure come back if i need any new services. Highly recommend this place - 5 Stars!
The gentleman that worked this past Saturday (May 22nd, 2021) was awesome ! It was our first super hot day this year and everyone was out to get a state inspection sticker *just like me *. There was at least five or six cars infront of me and 2 behind me, while I sat in my nice air-conditioned car, this gentleman worked hard ! He was the ONLY worker I seen the entire time I was there, and for a hot sunny Saturday afternoon, I was impressed with how quick and efficient he was !!
I will absolutely go back to Western Ave Auto Body in the future because of that gentleman with the awesome attitude and great customer service !! THANK YOU

I always come here for my state inspection. They're professional, efficient, honest, and even stayed late once when I rolled in right before closing to get my inspection done.
Wow... I mean it just had to be the fastest inspection ever!!! Very professional, and the service I received was beyond expectations. Left Valvoline instant oil change after getting an oil change done but the oil light was still showing on the dashboard which can be annoying. No one there figured out how to reset it... Thank god for Mike! He did it all. Took him literally 30 seconds to reset it for me after my inspection was completed. Blessings to Mike, inshallah

Went there on a Saturday (which is awesome they are open) and they had me in and out within 10 mins. Mike the inspector was also friendly and precise I would recommend anyone to go there for inspection
I realized my inspection sticker had expired on a Saturday and I my normal garage was closed. Mike told me to come down and within 10 minutes I had a new sticker. No appointment needed. Fast, friendly, professional service. I will use these guys again.
This is the only place I will go I travel from east Boston I pass 20 Autobody and inspection shop on the way but I choose WAAB becaus there service is A1 not to mention the fella mike is a great guy and treats me like family I bring all my family members vehicles there for stickers bodywork or detailing they are simply the best in the biz you will not be disappointed..

Great place. Mike's the man! Originally had a not great experience at a previous shop when going to get a car inspected. This was over all 100 times better than the one I went to that failed me. Even the guy inspecting my car was shocked that the previous shop I went to didn't offer to fix what failed my car. Overall I recommend.

I would recommend Western Ave Auto Body over any repair shop without hesitation! I needed new brake pads and rotors, and had one windshield wiper that was not working. I had been procrastinating having repairs done due to the frustration that accompanies being without a vehicle for a number of days, as well as the fact that Chevrolet had quoted me a very high price for labor and repairs. I have always been resistant to take my car anywhere but the Chevrolet dealership, but now I regret not coming to Western Ave sooner. I got in touch with Mike, who assured me that they would make every effort to get my car back in top shape. I had my car towed and within an hour and a half they had completed ALL of my repairs, and they even renewed my inspection sticker for me! I was in utter disbelief. Most auto repair shops would have taken their time and overcharged for labor, but these men are truly honest and trustworthy, and are not just trying to make a quick buck. Mike made sure that my car was safe to drive and that I had nothing to worry about, and I didn't even need to miss any time at work due to their extremely quick and efficient service. I was even able to avoid spending $300 for a wiper transmission because their mechanics were able to repair my problem without costing me a dime. If I had taken my car to Chevrolet, they would have charged me for several hours of labor and work that I could have absolutely avoided. I can not express my appreciation and gratitude to this team of skilled professionals, not only did they give me piece of mind to feel safe driving in my car, but they helped me avoid the anxiety associated with having to arrange alternate transportation to work, school, and appointments as well as saving me hundreds of dollars. These gentlemen are sincere, proficient, and attentive to the needs of their customers. They have a genuine interest in making sure that every vehicle that they work on is repaired in the most efficient and cost effective manner for the customer, not to mention holding the safety of the customers driving the vehicles that they work as their highest priority.
