Laughably bad client service, insane how rude the person on the phone was as they claim to be professional in another review, IN ADDITION to damaging the car. Please learn to interact with customers or hire someone that can. Very glad I kept proof and records.
I would give zero stars if I could. This is hands down the WORST towing company I’ve ever dealt with. After my car was towed, I tried calling them to find out where it was, they HUNG UP on me multiple times! No information, no explanation—just complete rudeness and zero customer service. It’s like they’re trying to hide something!
After finally getting someone on the line, they refused to tell me where my car was. Seriously? How is that even legal? The whole operation feels shady, like they’re holding my car hostage or something. It’s beyond frustrating, and I have no idea what’s going on.
I wouldn’t trust this company to tow a tricycle, let alone your car. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away. This company is a joke.
SCAMMER BEWARE! they used my credit card after I left the lot I was charged 100$ for “tiktok credits refill” on my card not sure what this is but I think this place is a scam !
Do not trust this place with your towing needs- some girl named Roxy I think her name was ; was so mean over the phone , she charged me for 100 miles without telling me when I only was 20 miles away from where I needed to be.. they charged my credit card AFTER!! Then… when they dropped my car off- my tire was so damaged I couldn’t get it fixed, and they said it wasn’t their fault.
I had the unfortunate luck of having them assigned to me by BMW roadside assistance. I initially got an ETA of 60 minutes at 10:26pm then another one at 10:35. I called around 11:30 to see what’s going on and was told 30 minutes more. Then after that BMW called them and told BMW that I’ll be another 20 minutes. The operator is useless and didn’t help at all. I asked if I could speak to the tow truck driver and she said he’d call me. And he didn’t of course. If your roadside service dispatches them, then request another company. The time I wrote this is 12:11am and still no one … Urgently called the operator to check the status and said “the provider was very rude and said that the driver is in the area and that she doesn’t have an ETA” car was picked up at 12:35am
Your company towed my car on Jan 21, the driver wkdnt take my car without cash. I gave him 149 then found out I was covered it shld hv bee. Free the Mgr SD the employee d I don't take my money and he trust his employees. I'm pressing charges I hv 2 witness
I locked myself out of my car today and well they responded fast and acted quickly. Took the gentleman less than 3 mins to open my door. I'm very grateful. Thank you Milan towing!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These people kept me waiting for hours, giving me all kinds of explanations for the delay, while I’m stranded an hour from home. They then cancelled my service WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM & told me it was my road-side assistance provider who cancelled the call. They are the most unprofessional, dishonest, immoral business I’ve ever dealt with. They have zero sense of integrity. 100% untrustworthy.
God Bless Them , If You Live or are visiting the lynn area i recommend this towing company, it was late at night like 11pm on a saturday, i had just came out from a church service, I had left my keys inside the van to warm and the van locked on itself and in 10 min they came to the rescue, less than 5 min they open my van
Best customer service ever!!!! Came to tow me in about 30 minutes!!! Soo quick I was amazed!! Phenomenal customer service driver( opps forgot name) was so professional and understanding!!! Helped me above and beyond!!! Definitely will use again and recommend
Called Milan Towing, Roxana was very nice and helpful. Tow truck driver named Roosebell came in time and was able to get my car on the tow truck with no problem. Definitely will refer Milan Towing to anyone that needs roadside assistance.
Extremely professional and detailed in providing me the information I needed for the service required. I was kept updated on time-line for when my service would arrive. Service was provided efficiently, and I was explained in detail what was going to be done. I will definitely use them again!!
This place is the best tow company around in Boston. They took care of my g37 coupe from start to finish. Was on time very friendly and most important very professional. I would give this tow company 100 stars if possible. I will use them for all my tows in the future and refer any friends or family to them. Because they took care of me and my car like we was part of there family. I am extremely happy with there service and will do business with them for all my towing or road side assistant.

This one of the most professional towing services I have ever used in my life. My car broke down on Route 1 & they towed it to my place of work, then they towed it to the dealership for me a couple days later.
It's obvious that I was having issues, but they worked with me & they are very trustworthy.
Milan is great! I keep hearing about them from other friends for years now, but I was lucky that my car never gave me any issues -until now. My car died and I thought of Milan and called right away. Not even 25mins later driver was there; I had an excellent customer service experience!!
Never had car issues before and I don't have any experience with getting my car towed but Milan Towing made me feel super comfortable and safe. From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment my car was dropped off at my home the service was EXCELLENT. The driver, I believe his name is David, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They accepted my payment via debit card and the price for the towing was VERY reasonable, compared to other quotes I obtained online. If i could give this business 10 stars I would.
They were assigned to pick me up by Liberty Mutual. They seemed friendly enough on the phone when I called to give them specific directions on where my car was located, but.......THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! After first explaining that the driver was coming from Salem to Boston, I waited and waited 2 hours and nothing. No communication, nothing! I called Liberty Mutual, they tried to contact Milan, he told me the woman HUNG UP ON HIM and he suggested that I try to call. When I called the phone rang and finally went to voicemail where the mailbox was full. Then Liberty Mutual gets a call saying they are cancelling because the truck was stuck on a call. Please take my advise and keep it moving. These guys could care less about you and your vehicle.
I had one of the Milan tow truck drivers pick me up today, and I don't think I have ever experienced a nicer tow truck driver. He was extremely polite, and asked if it would be ok if he stopped for gas. He then went in and bought me a water, without asking, as he knew I had been waiting for quite some time due to rush hour traffic. It was a very kind gesture that made a rather unpleasant morning start to turn around. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. I highly recommend Milan Towing if you are in the unfortunate need of a tow truck.
I needed to replace a tire.. Milan Towing took the call from NStar & Cadillac knowing it’s a 2018 Cadillac Escalade.. the truck showed up after a long wait. The technician was NOT skilled and had no idea how to even bring the spare tire down. We had to stand outside in the freezing cold temperature watching YouTube videos on how to get the tire out.. we finally did but their jack wasn’t strong enough to lift up this SUV.. when I asked him he said we don’t work on tracks .. so what were they thinking when they accepted the call.????
I gave him the option to use my SUV Jack he didn’t know how to get it out and he admired that he had never worked on SUV.. the moment he start using his screw driver he almost Brock a cover I told him it looks like you don’t know what you are doing .. he called his office and told them I was rude !!!
He decided to leave me in the middle of the street at very unsafe location and just walked away.
They will be hearing from consumer affairs.
I’m still waiting as I’m writing this bad review..
I will never ever use them neithe recommend them to an enemy .
Got a tow from them today very good service I rode in the flat bed with them very good people make you feel like you’ve known them for a long time. I would highly recommend the customer service is top notch better experience than other companies.
