This is my first time going to AutoZone and I have no experience in cars or anything that has to do with cars in general and Cesar was very helpful. He accommodated me with all my recommendations and he had a lot of patience with me as well he definitely knows what He is doing, and he is very humble at heart as well I definitely recommend anybody to come to this AutoZone and Lynn and ask for Cesar he’s the man You will never have to rethink come on down, Thank you, Cesar!

Amazing customer service and expertise from Maynor. He went above and beyond helping me fix an error another store made when buying the wrong parts. He made sure I walked out with the right products and guidance to fix my car. I can really trust this store cares about its customers needs and is knowledgeable in their field. This will now be my first stop when shopping auto parts can't recommend it enough!

Came here for the first time and Cesar educated me and took care of my headlights extremely well! He even gave me a crash course on how to replace my headlights in the future. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and able to articulate and address my issue IN THE RAIN at ease! I’m definitely coming back here again!

Autozone lynnway is terrible, don’t bother calling dude looked up my vehicle then told me “let me switch phones” I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back to no answer. So now I’m going to waste more time to go there and if they don’t have what I need I’m going to waste more of my day. Customer service is terrible, knowledge around vehicles of the workers is terrible, I gave it 2 starts because it’s clean inside and organized.

The lady working there today 6-12-2023. Is plain ignorant, poor customer service skills. Just have a rotten attitude and speaks on things she don’t need to concerning customer issues. She needs to keep it strictly autozone business. That’s what ignorant uneducated people possess. Lack of communication skills and attitude problems.

This Auto Zone is this most UNPROFESSIONAL place I've ever been to in my LIFE! i bought a new car battery a week before this post. it died two days ago. i go to the store explained what happen. They tell me if dies again they will exchange it and put it on again. The car battery dies again. I go to the store but this time i talk to the manger named Fausto. He tells me that its not his job to put in the battery. which is weird because i bought the battery from them (same store) and if i’m not mistaking in their website says if i buy the car battery from them they can install it. i tell him that. Later he tells me they do not have enough people. let me remind you the store is EMPTY while one the employees is on his phone. the manger Fausto just didn't want to help me and do the battery. i recommend you to go to a different Auto zone because the manger here is LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL ! The worst experience i’ve ever had in my life!

Normally I come to this location and have excellent service but tonight my car needed coolant and was overheating. Tonight on 7/13/22 I showed up at 8:48 when the store closed at 9:00 pm. There were other customers in the store and my fiance and I banged on the windows where the two working employees just stared at us and ignored us. Had the customers inside not let us in I have no clue what we would have done as our car was overheating. Once we were in the store they were rude and condescending and rushed us right out which is sad because every other time I come here I usually have a great experience and the staff are nothing but helpful.

Nothing beats GREAT customer service and that is exactly what I got when I went into Auto Zone on the Lynnway last week. The reason for my visit was to make a return. At the counter, I initially had a gentleman help me out; he however, sought assistance from Leomarie to simply confirm what I was returning. Now here is why I truly appreciate the customer service I received that day and why I needed to leave a review: Leomarie's shift was over when her coworker called her over, yet with her personal belongings in hand she came over to assist. I had to quickly go back to my car to check on something as she continued to give her coworker additional instructions to follow, for when I made it back to the counter. Yet while I was outside, Leomarie walked out, and because I wasn't sure about being able to make the return, I asked her as she walked by if I could ask her a question regarding the part I was bringing back. She quickly said yes and walked over towards my car. As I told her my concern, she told me that she would take care of it and walked back into the store with me and completed my return. Thank you Leomarie! I appreciate you and the incredible customer service you provided. You made my visit to AutoZone and this experience such a great one! I will make sure to pass it forward.

I’m going to RAVE about Julio G for a second. First and foremost, what a nice person! Julio literally was polite and attentive from start to finish. I noticed he had the word manager on his name tag and that’s for good reason. He was able to stay fully engaged in our interaction, while politely getting the attention of another associate to help the customer behind me. He answered all my questions quickly and went the extra mile when I asked him to install my wipers for me bc I always break them and then printed an extra copy of the code so I didn’t have to make one myself. Julio was just amazing the entire time and I know I already said that but what am impact good customer service can have. Give him a raise please!!

I went to AutoZone on the Lynnway just the other day, my battery light came on and I was very worried. I called, Elguado was very pleasant on the phone. He informed me that they did have the part and to come right in they would be happy to help. Ronnie rung me up and helped me with the battery. These 5 stars are for Ronnie and if I could give him more I would. He was very helpful, personable, and accommodating. EXCELLENT SERVICE and very quick. Ronnie Your the Best!!! Jenny

This place has doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a piece that they said will be there by 2pm and they would call me when it comes in, 2 days later I called and they said the piece still wasn't there but when I called Almost a week later the manager said that the piece was there for a week. Then I go in to pick it up, standing in line and the Man behind the desk helps the guy in front of me and then the lady behind me. I said something and the guy said he didnt know but the line was obvious. He didnt even apologize. Dont come to this place they dont care.

They have a wide variety of items from small to big parts for most or all cars. The only problem which can be a big problem is that very very few people that work at these auto parts stores know how to even check to see if your battery can hold a charge Etc. They have no idea what fluids to use if you have a specific question about a specific car which years ago they had people working there that knew at least that much.

Needed wipers they had them, needed help installing them as easy as it seems the guy came out to assist. Bosch wipers on special $8.00 off on 2 wipers plus used my rewards card for even a better deal. Great place people were very helpful.

The staff ignored us while we were trying to order parts. My father got mad and mentioned it because we had been trying to get helped. Reasonable. The guy ignored us and every other staff member said he was the one who could help. Somebody else helped us and left out one item I needed.

In my opinion, the employees here are like family great attention and service. Diego has always delivered excellent experience to me and my family. The entire team are wonderful and authentic the store manger is great and fortunate to have magnificent employees.
