Jonathan was fantastic on the AAA road call.
He was very honest which you don’t find today. He tested my Battery and it was still good, just needed a charge. He was extremely knowledgeable about my Tacoma and gave me excellent pointers on how to take care of it.
He really cares about the customers he services.

Tow truck driver likes to change lanes on the highway without using his blinker, I have my son in car on his birthday. As I was exiting highway he swarmed into me trying to intimate me, fatter quickly going back into his lane! Will b showing dash cam video to DOT authorities
Jonathan helped me with my flat tire today on the side of the highway, he got there super fast I barely had any wait time, he was very professional and nice, he got the job done super fast and had me on my way in no time.

Jonathan came to help me when my car wouldn’t start. He tested my battery and changed it out at 9:30 at night in a dark parking lot. He had the right equipment so he could see what he was doing, he was very professional, and did the necessary work quickly. He was also very friendly and fun to talk with; he clearly cares about his job and the quality of his work.
Came here to get my breaks done. Had it done in a few hours for a very good price. Place was very professional and respectful, kept me informed about all options prior, even including cost of them ordering parts vs bringing my own and it was comparable, they dont try to nickel and dime you on parts either. Some shops may upcharge you but with these guys its just the convenience charges you would expect for the time and transport nothing more. Will definitely be coming here in the future for any further work needed on my vehicle from basic maintenance to mechanical work. 10/10 will recommend to a friend.
While out in public shopping making snide remarks to customers in front of you in the check out line is all I needed to hear at least do it in civilian clothing if your going to be that rude ! Now at least I know who NOT to call if i ever needed anything. When working for a company at least maintain yourself and be respectful while in uniform.
I received superior assistance from Johnathan when having to call AAA for a car start issue. He ultimately was unable to resolve the issue and stayed with me until the tow arrived, whom was Colin from this business. They both were exceptionally helpful and I cannot recommend them enough if you find yourself in need of auto assistance. Kind, knowledgeable and personable!

Having your car towed is never a pleasant experience. That being said having it towed to Brayton was a god send. Chris was so helpful when I called, and reassured me that everything would be handled by him to get my car towed back home. He not only provided me with a great customer experience, he was very helpful in explaining all the necessary next steps. He was so personable and reassuring. Brayton will be my new garage moving forward.
Jonathon from F.E. Brayton’s in Westport did a phenomenal job with my car battery replacement. He originally arrived in the morning to replace my car battery but instead tested and diagnosed a further issue with my alternator. From there I was able to get the alternator replaced and Jonathon returned later that day to re-test and replace my faulty battery with no issue. Great support, great job, and above all, great customer service.
F.E. Brayton responded to my home in Westport for a lockout. A New car to us with a alarm system we haven’t been able to figure out. Car was idling in driveway. AAA dispatch said I would hear from driver within 30 minutes or so, and that phone call came 15 mins into event.I drove my other car over to my neighbors house figuring it would be at least a hour. Driver called me 30 minutes after dispatch had called and said he was at the house and he was in the car and left the window down for me. I was thrilled and scooted home. The driver waited for me to drop anchor. I never expected them to be so quick to respond. The driver was very responsive and courteous. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. I hope if you have a lockout issue that F.E. Brayton is the one to respond, you will be pleased with the outcome. Exceptional service.
I have used this towing company for 35 years. I have used them to move antique cars, limousines, boats and for breakdowns. They are quick to respond. They respect your property as if it's their own. I usually don’t bother with reviews of places, but this one called for it. Jonathan from Brayton’s was the one who answered the AAA request. I have to say he went above and beyond. He was very friendly and kind. Even though I live a bit of a distance from the garage, I may start using them for service just based on my experience with Jonathan this morning. I’m glad there are good people like him left in the world.
My car battery was dead and Jonathan came out super fast to jump it. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
