Reserved a battery online, which stated pick up in 1 hour. I decided to go there as it is close to house. Walked into store female on her phone another assistant on the store phone. Told her that I put in an order for a battery, apparently I was troubling her as she had to get up and go ask person in back. She comes back to desk. Oh we don’t have that in stock. Seriously it took them two hours to figure that out. Went next door to Autozone and left with same battery in 10 minutes. Definitely will not be going back to oriellys

They have people who don't want to answer a call, if you call to make quotes they hang you up, they tell you directly that they don't want to sell you

Very comprehensive selection and excellent customer service! Was replacing my own wiper blades for the first time, and Jesus came out to my car and walked me through the process. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. Did not condescend to me when I struggled with the process. They have my business forever now!!

Stopped in to O'ReillyAuto Parts in N. Attleboro today. Christian was behind the counter, and asked if I needed help which I did. The part wasn't in stock being an 2008 car. He offered to order it and search for it then gave me the part #. A great young man at O'REILLY Auto Parts! Thanks Christian

I needed a few things for two different vehicles, the guy was great and had a sense of humor and was not a robot…. They often are! So thank you for the correct parts.

Came in this morning to grab a new battery for my car, Jesus showed patience and was extremely helpful!

Broke down. Far from home.I walked into this store in the rain when Toyota didn't have my belt in stock. These guys had my belt, and drove me back to my truck. Good people.

I have to say ! The kid that manage this company Jesus is out of this world ! Super knowledgeable, very accommodating, I didn’t know what was wrong with my Mercedes when it died at the gas station, I went for help to O’Reilly and Jesus came all the way to the gas station in a nasty rain with some equipment to start my car, my battery was defective, I got a new battery from him and he also address me where to go to get it stall, because he didn’t have the proper equipment to do it. I don’t know how many people, will go all the way out there to help a person especially with the strong rain we had that day, but Jesus did. I been telling everybody that need help with their car to see him Kudos to you guys, thank you very much Jesus.

The technicians knew their stuff, and even though there was no immediate financial benefit, they found a way to go and help me figure out the alternator was the culprit.

Just want to say the gentlemen working today went above and beyond. ( also said he was new to the store ). He looked up what my car needed for me as I was clueless. The people that changed my oil told me they didn't have what I needed and to go find a brand no one has ever heard of. (A coolant called oats) So not only did I get laughed at, at auto zone , I was just flustered and over it. ?. This gentlemen was nice enough to help me with everything I needed and even offered to carry my things to my car. It was much appreciated after the morning I had. If you need any auto parts I would def recommend coming here !!!

Just want to Thank Lewis for his exceptional customer service. After pulling in to get a windshield washer cap and fluid on a 5 degree night. I noticed a d Antifreeze leak. Lewis tried to help me every way possible. He went above and beyond and showed true concern for me and my daughters safety. Even insisted on continuing to try to find ways to fix the issue even when the store was closing. Thankfully we got home safe and got my car fixed the next day due to his assistance. Highly recommended.

I was amazed that they were able to order and deliver a front end part for my 18 year old Volvo the same day (4 hours). The part selection is great and the service is outstanding. Very knowledgable and great to work with.

Always friendly when I go in, helpful, every time I go in, looking for odd parts, they have them... Like that! Just bought a set of triple square bits, the place down the street no luck at all. Shopping here 1st from now on.

Feel bad for the one guy busting his chops working while the other two walked around looking lost. Not enough staff. I waited 5 minutes alone at counter and then left.

Way overpriced, go to auto zone for parts. If your looking for basic stuff like wipers, oil, filters, and things like that go to Walmart

My new go-to for all auto needs, Ethan was awesome friendly and just great customer service installed my wipers in a heartbeat, no more AutoZone for me!!!

Really great customer service from the front and the back of the store. The exactly what I needed and even help me to put it on the truck. It was nice to be able to going to a store and get what ask for something and actually find what I was looking for.

Hey, it's new and clean and well stocked. Customer service is decent. But why do we need 4 auto parts stores in a one mile stretch of road. Did anyone do any demographic research before had? Naw

I left my vet just down the street with my dog in the car heading home and realized I had a flat tire. I pulled into O'Riley Auto Parts to see if they could help. Knowing that is not what they really do. I can't say enough. Joey, Kyle and Tim were all amazing. Instantly offered to change the tire and put on the donut. Which was 11 years old and flat . No problem. We will get the compressor and blow up that tire so you can get home safe. When all was said and done, none of these guys would accept any money from me. I am so thankful for these 3 young men. They saved my day. So THANK YOU to Kyle, Tim and Joey. You three guys know customer service and professionalism. Greatly appreciated .

Great selection of parts in stock. Usually when AutoZone doesn't have it, O'Reilly does from my experience.

I was extremely surprised with this visit. I went in looking for a bracket to mount a front licence plate on my car. Since I just moved to MA from out of state, I did not have the holes already drilled in the front to attach a plate and I wanted to buy a bracket that would screw into the tow hook hole at the front of my car. The gentleman who offered his help at O'Riley's looked at me like I was crazy when I explained what I was looking for - as if I didn't understand what a tow hook was and where I could put it on the front of my car. He walked outside with me and opened up the exact area on the front of my car where a tow hook would screw in and told me that's not for a tow hook and I couldn't buy a bracket like that for my car. Instead he told me that a sensor was located in there. He even stuck his finger into the hole (where you can clearly feel where the tow hook would screw in) and told me I was wrong. Regardless, O'Riley's didn't have the bracket I was looking for and I left. I drove 1/2 mile down the road to Advanced Auto Parts and asked the sales associate there the same question and told him what I had heard from the Sales Associate at O'Riley's. The Sales Associate at Advanced Auto Parts knew exactly what I was talking about and told me how he gets a lot of customers coming into the store that get incorrect information regarding their cars from O'Riley's customers. Needless to say, I ordered the bracket I wanted online and when I received it, it screwed into the tow hook hole and worked exactly as I expected.

Much better auto parts stores than AutoZone or Advanced Auto. They carry more selection and their database is more accurate. I don't trust other stores other than Napa or the dealer.
