I own a recreational vehicle that's built on a heavy duty Mercedes sprinter body. Mine is the Sprinter 3500. Over the previous 5 years it's been almost impossible to get a proper wheel balance. Recently, the dealer told me that my wheels must be damaged. I decided to call Sullivan truck division and see if they-d take a look.
And now--- the good news!!! Ray at the North Attleboro location took me in and his excellent technician inspected it and did the balance job right! Ray personally checked to make sure it went well and that my wheels were ok. Afterwards, all of my problems have gone away! My front wheels drive like a dream with NO SHAKES!

I delivered a load of tires to this facility and yes I was late but called first thing in the morning to let them know & the gentleman that answered the phone was nice & understanding but yet when I got there the manager was very rude & unprofessional! He used foul language to other drivers about me & in front of me and had the audacity to leave my paperwork in my trailer & not inform me that he was finished unloading me. If you don’t have to take a load to this company don’t unless you want to be talked about and cursed at. Never again will I do business with this company!
The guy that unloads trucks had terrible customer service skills! He refused to acknowledge on several occasions even though we made eye contact several times. Even when he finished his job duties he still ignored me.
After 10mins, he says "What do you want? Back up here!". After he finished unloading me, he banged on trailer then threw the bol on the ground... Even purposely crumbled up the bol so now I'm stuck with the hassle of trying to make it scannable so I can get paid for delivering the load! I gave 2 stars because he unload me within 20mins.
Everybody is a very friendly peoples very goodone thing mr. Sullivan do you have to start spend some money and do some remote in the buildings in our new computer
