two workers were super rude when i came in asking how to change my oil, im literally a kid and was asking for some help. one of them had like four teeth so i guess its nothing to be to upset about but so so rude

I ordered something online and paid extra for same day delivery. I never received a confirmation email like I was told I would shortly after payment. I waited about an hour and then called the store and they were confused about the delivery because they said they don't offer that and maybe I should call doordash or ubereats?? I then asked what does that have to do with a delivery from an auto parts place especially because I ordered it from your corporate website. I was brushed off pretty much and then I called corporate. They basically had no answers for me either and told me to call back later to check on my order. I waited until about 4:00 and finally called back and to no Surprise again I was met with no answer. I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours to talk about my order and to let me know what the next step was. This was confusing to me especially because I paid extra for same day delivery, so if someone's calling me back in 2 days how does that help me and where is my money going for the same day delivery?? I now have to pick my order up myself and wait 5-7 business days to get my refund for the delivery that I paid for. The whole reason I did a delivery in the first place is because my battery is completely dead and I can't physically drive my car to the store otherwise I never would have did this. I just think it's ridiculous that they offer a service and not only do the store employees not know anything about it but they can't even find drivers to deliver the stuff. I highly recommend anyone that's thinking about ordering something online to just avoid this so you don't end up like me. Go across the street to O'Reilly's and save yourself a lot of stress.

I just got a brand new car 2 months ago and the wiper blade ripped (probably all the stuff falling from the trees...) anyway I went in there and said I need a new wiper blade for the driver side and the super helpful guy figured out what kind I needed and then even installed it for me! I am so grateful and it will definitely be back there again and again and again!!!

Went in looking for a rethread tool, 3 associates working couldn't help me with measurements on what I needed to rethread. Might want to look into the type of staff this location has. ( I work retail and would never treat my customers this way)

Customer service is excellent. Anything you need they will help you out. Darius was super helpful and went outside with me in 20 degrees and helped me out with my car. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be back because of the great customer service.

I needed a new headlight bulb and key fob battery. Krystal was so very helpful. She not only found the products I needed but also she and John put in my new bulb and replaced the fob battery. I will never go anywhere else for any car parts, ever. Thank you for hiring and training very helpful staff.

Stopped at AutoZone today to replace a headlight bulb. Very friendly staff and equally helpful. And, as I was hoping, the gentleman was able to install it for me at no additional cost! In and out in 15 minutes... problem solved. I tipped him and was happy to do so. Very professional service and I can highly recommend AutoZone for your car-part needs! Update: Needed another headlight bulb replaced today (9/29/24) and again was impressed by the service. The gentleman... I think his name was John... put in extra effort to remedy a problem encountered during install. All the while, he remained friendly and courteous. And bottom line, he got it right. So thanks John (hope I got the name right), and AutoZone for having such a dedicated staff.

Came to get my battery changed today at the N. Attleboro Auto Zone. A gentleman named Darius helped me swap my battery out and run some test on my vehicle. Amazing customer service, very helpful, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any customer service needs you may need. Thank you Darius!!

I had a great experience with a helpful and patient employee, Darius B, at the north Attleboro location. He was well informed, kind, and not only told me what I needed but how to use it correctly. He is an asset to your company. He had the patience of a teacher and would be a great example of a leadership team in my opinion.

Day shift on Monday wasn't helpful and never let me ask anything I wanted to ask about properly diagnosing my issue. My goal was to find out options for a quick diagnostic of my A/C , or at least the first steps.(Preferably at little to no cost) instead I left with no answers, and no next steps. I will be going to other autozones possibly out of my way. As this one will no longer be receiving any prospective business from in the foreseeable future.

I am writing this review because of Darius Baker. Rhode Island received new license Plates with renewal of your registration this year and I did not have the hand strength ( I do have a portable screwdriver with a bunch of bits but I could not locate it) and my bolts were rusted. Why my bolts were rusted is quite perplexing because my car is not that old and is always garaged. I could not get the bolts off to put the new license plates on and the date of June 1 was the day the new registration began. I procrastinated and needed the plates on ASAP, being that it was the 1st! I have obtained my MBA, MFA, and MSc and I work as a consultant for a major firm. I am aware of what it takes to be an outstanding employee. We in the business refer to these individuals as being “Great hires.” Darius Baker is as such. Not only was he professional, he has such a fabulous personality. An employee who is able to possess these qualities is a rarity and a wonderful asset to your company. He deserves the recognition for being such an outstanding employee. His dedication to the consumers was second to none. I hope your company values his diligence as much as I did.

I stopped by AZ today. My car had just broke down. Robert was quick to help me. He reassured me it was only a minor problem. And indeed it was. I'm blown away by how knowledgeable, helpful and kind he is. Since covid it seems like this level of customer service has faded. It was refreshing to meet such a amazing youth man helping more then he needed to. Thank you! I will be referring all my friends and family to this location.

John saved the day. Having battery issues, he helped me pin point the problem and solution. Went out of his way to make sure we knew the issue before having to go to a dealer. Saved me time and money, made sure I was a priority. Great service here and Great knowledge on diagnostics.

Darius was the most helpful employee I’ve ever come across . He helped me diagnose my car problem and really helped me resolve it . It recommend coming to see Him at auto zone for your vechiles needs. He stoped what he was doing to come out in the cold to help me . What a great experience.

Excellent customer service from assistant manager Darius Baker, helping me find the correct battery and installing it. If I could give him more stars I would. Really really helpful. He provided excellent customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable. I will be returning to this particular Auto-zone for any future needs.

Darius, the Assistant Manager helped me determine if my car had an alternator problem. I had just received an estimate from a mechanic shop where they would charge me $800 for the part replacement plus labor. Darius determined I just needed a new battery, he recommended one and installed it for me. A gentleman with an excellent attitude, willing to help and very friendly. Highly recommended.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I totally would. Sunday night near their closing time had to pull a code on my car due to a sudden appearance of a couple dashboard warning lights, one of them being check engine. They totally helped me out and it ended up not being something serious at all. I also purchased a cabin air filter and got some really awesome advice of what to do next. They told me it was totally ok to drive my car home. April, Mike, Christian - are all amazing people who know so much about cars and really do a superb job suggesting car products to the new customers. I will come back to this store again and will recommend it to everyone locally. Their attention to detail and superb customer care truly stands out. I felt like they all went an extra mile to help me.

Went into there knowing nothing but I know I needed a taillight bulb. April at the counter ready to assist me, did just that. Without her here I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to find exactly what I needed. April was attentive, caring and charismatic. She is exactly what AutoZone needs. Give that girl a raise!

I came in to test my battery this afternoon and it turned out that I needed to buy a new battery. The employee helped find me a new battery and he installed it for me. I am very grateful for the amazing customer service I received today! I forget the mans name, I think it was John or Matt but he was very nice to me.
