had the pleasure of east coast taking care of me and my family many times.. each time has been a great experience. every time they send me an exceptional technician.. just recently my van broke down, they came to my house & towed me to a local mechanic shop.. the young man Nathan, had the sweetest personality, and was very caring.. if you ever break down, you need to call east coast.. 1# towing company....
We had quite a trial with AAA. 4 hours in, we heard from Nathan of your company who had just received the call from AAA. He was so polite, knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us make it through the final chapter of getting the car home. He is a gem! Give him a raise!!!
Today I was helped by a gentleman named Jamie. I had gotten a flat tire & the lug nuts wouldn’t budge. Jamie pulled up very friendly & ready to help. Despite the rain & how stubborn the lug nuts were Jamie worked his butt off to get those lug nuts off & put the spare on for me. Great guy & great service. Thanks again Jamie!
Had a lockout last night. Devin from East Coast came and had us unlocked in a few minutes. Thanks Devin! He was friendly and had us laughing! It took a bit (3hours) but AAA needs more workers like Devin who want to work. Thank you East Coast and Devin!
Called AAA for a tow and east coast was dispatched. First kid came out 4 hours later and said it couldn’t be done with regular tow truck. Then a dolly truck was sent out 6 hours later (now a total of 10hrs waiting) to be told they couldn’t do it due to mud need more equipment. Then they dispatched them again at 3:30am. With all equipment. They never came or notified us. We called a tow company and paid $210 out of pocket at 6:30am . The company came with regular tow truck and had it on and towed within 15 minutes I am utterly disappointed in the service East Coast towing showed us. We lost a night of sleep and another day of work. Unacceptable
They drive very unsafely. Almost hit by one of these trucks. It looks like I'm not the first to post this complaint so it seems like an ongoing problem...if you are going to plaster your business name all over your trucks, maybe you should drive more safely. Would not trust them to drive a vehicle let alone tow one.
East coast towing and recovery is quite predatory. They approached the business I manage at asking to be the go-to towing company. When denied, they began towing random vehicles in my parking lot. The company would wait in an adjacent lot until a customer exited the vehicle. Once the customer is inside, they tow the vehicle without authorization. I've had this happen 5 times so far today. It's unprofessional. I called the towing company and they lied; stating that they had a contract. We do not do contracts. Please stop towing our customers vehicles
Our car broke down late at night in Massachusetts as we were heading back to Rhode Island. Fortunately, AAA dispatched East Coast Towing to assist us. Chris contacted us promptly, reassuring us with an estimated arrival time and confirming he could accomodate both of us in his cab. His upbeat and confident demeanor immediately put us at ease. Chris turned a highly stressful situation into a manageable experience. Thank you, Chris!
Jarred R. at East Coast came out promptly after a call to AAA because of a blowout on Rt 24 south in Dighton. I was not in the safest place to be with a narrow shoulder and not in a position to change the tire. He was very efficient and professional getting my vehicle loaded and getting us both out of an unsafe location. He gave me hope for our younger generation. He seems to have good work ethic qualities and common sense that has not been common with younger workers in the last few years. You guys are lucky to have him.
