I am disappointed with my experience at Audi Lenox. The sales team initially appeared professional and straightforward, which is why I chose this location. However, this also made what followed even more frustrating. This involved a brand new Audi Q5 that was delivered with an emissions-related check engine light already on. I was told it was normal and that it would resolve itself. It did not. Within days of driving the vehicle, multiple serious warnings occurred, including limited brake functionality, loose wheel alerts, emergency and driver-assist systems disabled, and complete loss of climate control in below freezing weather. My brand new vehicle was unsafe to drive after just a few days of having it. Audi Lenox kept the vehicle for over two weeks, during which time the only actions taken were a software update (that was released well before my delivery), and a test drive. This raises serious concerns, as the vehicle clearly should have undergone a thorough inspection and required software update prior to being sold. Delivering a new vehicle in this condition is simply inexcusable. Communication throughout the process was disorganized and confusing, with multiple people involved from different departments, and no clear ownership. While those involved, including leadership, initially seemed interested in a resolution, communication dropped off entirely toward the end. A new technician was introduced who offered only vague, generic responses, and the rest of the team went silent, even Shelley, the Customer Care Manager. Perhaps she's not even a real person and just an AI bot, who knows. There was no closure, no clear direction, and no accountability, which signaled that the priority was simply to make the issue go away rather than truly resolve it and maintain trust with a brand new customer. The loaner vehicle provided was also disappointing. It was a lower-grade model than the vehicle I purchased, was dirty, and had a flat tire that required daily inflation, adding further inconvenience during an already stressful situation. Sadly, Audi Lenox has lost my trust.

I have made my second vehicle purchase from Audi of Lenox, and I couldn’t be happier with my brand-new 2025 Audi S8. Much thanks to my car sales representative, Miguel Rosado. This gentleman was very responsive, honest, and communicative. Not only this, Miguel took his time to tighten up various loose ends throughout the closing process that could've made my buying experience negative. Last but not least. I'd also like to thank the General Manager, Mark Hoch. Mark not only took time out of his schedule for a sit-down discussion about my experience, but was also receptive, kind, and reassuring. Mark even took it a step further by providing me with a resolution, a plan of action, and resources to improve my future experience. Thank you!

October 26, 2024 Mr. Hotch, I got my first Audi in 1984 while I was living in Washington DC. I have loved Audi‘s ever since. Every three or four years. I would get a new one. It would always be an Audi 6 with a black exterior with an all black interior. I think people thought I had the same black Audi for 20 years or longer, About a year ago, I realized it was time for me to continue that routine of getting a new car every few years. While I was living in Washington DC, I bought a home here in the Berkshires. Eventually, after I retired, I moved to the Berkshires permanently. For the last 15 to 20 years, I purchased my Audis at Flynn’s dealership on Merrill Rd. in Pittsfield. Several friends of mine told me that Flynn had recently sold the dealership and it was now under new ownership and they were not pleased with the service provided by the new management. They suggested I go to Springfield or Albany. I put it off until after hearing that this dealership was building a new Audi showroom down the street from where I live. The convenience of the new facility minus a trip to Springfield was enough of an incentive for me to head over to the old Flynn dealership and see if my friends initial impressions were correct. There I met Matt McDonough, one of the salesmen, and immediately knew I was dealing with someone of integrity and character … someone that I could trust completely in purchasing my new (and 12th) Audi at this “new dealership”. Everyone I met there were professionals who were friendlly and extremely patient. But it was Matt who stood out. He provided me with a comfort level I never experienced in all my years with Audi. His honesty, integrity and genuine concern allowed me the time to get the answers and thorough explanations to the many questions and concerns I had. I say this with absolute honesty, Matt provided me with the best service in my almost 40 years in dealing with Audi in Washington DC and here in the Berkshires! Well I understand it’s a used 2023 Audi a4 car but I pointed out some blemishes on the exterior and a ripped floor mat. I was told it would be taken car of it wasn’t. I tried to get payment lower they said they would fix those things so I took them at face value. I was also told after I brought up the 40k mileage service was never given an answer but indirectly that they will look into it. So I highly doubt that got done. Also the car was listed online for $28,495 or something I realized a day later that I paid $29,500 or so. I asked for a bunch of Audi merch and accessories but got a hoodie worth about $1000 not. I do not recommend this place for used cars to buy. Took a week to get it during that time was told it’s in the shop getting new tires. It had the same tires on it as when I looked at it. I will not be returning to that place for another used or new car just from my personal car buying experience. Not impressed!! I really should have just gotten an old school beater with a heater and saved myself getting lied to again by slimeball car salesmen. Next car I get it’s going to be a beater!

Edit: My review has been edited because McGee/Lenox contacted me almost immediately after my review was posted and amicably resolved the issue. Their team is responsive and pleasant to deal with, I just didn't have the best experience with this particular vehicle. Purchased a 2025 RS6 in Late October from McGee. Purchase experience was smooth, however I was promised the car was "perfect", and instead the shipper noted 20+ small marks, scratches and dents on the (nearly new) vehicle. I did not get what I was expecting. I was originally promised $500 as compensation for a particularly noticeable dent on the rear that I wanted to have repaired, however after getting a quote (which estimated the repair at $1500), I have received no response from McGee for ~2 months now, and have to assume no refund or compensation is coming. Both of my keys batteries were dying, so I called the service department. Travis answered & had me come in to have them replace the battery. They showed me how to do it on my own. They were super helpful, friendly & the new location was very nice!

It's not a good look when you make an oil change appointment and they DON'T tell you that all future credit card charges will be subject to a 3% fee. This info was told to me as a "by the way..." as I handed over my credit card to pay. The all-country music playlist blasting incessantly in this Massachusetts dealership was a study in cognitive dissonance. Otherwise, service was relatively prompt, and my Audi customer service rep was very helpful.

One of the BEST car buying experiences we've had. Literally bought a car in about 30 minutes, including trade. We are tough negotiators and we got the deal we needed with a little push. Under the previous owners, we were never able to get a good price; these guys want their cars sold. Matt went above and beyond meeting up with me to get items I had left behind. No high pressure tactics. Very smooth, very quick, great price, great product and LOCAL!!! Highly recommend the new Audi of Pittsfield. Sales Manager Chris was also very helpful and efficient. There was also a young man training with Matt who was very attentive and great with the car's technology. I'm sure he'll be a great new addition.

I recently purchased a used Audi Q3 at Pittsfield Audi. Bringing it in for service, it needed to have the turbo replaced. Within two days, they replaced it and covered the cost. It feels good to know I can get the power I need from the engine when I need it. The dealership has been there for me.

Our sales person, Laura Lorance, was fantastic. She walked us through every step of getting the Audi we wanted and was patient as we changed our minds on the car color along the way. We were allowed to take multiple, lengthy test drives on our own as we decided on the model. We never felt pressure to buy a vehicle off the lot as she and the staff looked far and wide for the exact model we wanted. Highly recommend the dealership.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The dealership had a relaxed and comfortable vibe. Laura Lorance was my salesperson. She took the time to understand my needs and I never felt any pressure. I was amazed by her vast car knowledge. Both before and after buying the car she took a lot of time to explain things to make sure that I understood and was comfortable. She was very patient and kind. She encouraged me to contact her at any point with any questions about the car, none too small. I didn't leave feeling like I bought the car and now I am stranded with it. She informed me about the dealership history and the very experienced people in service. I intend to service my new Audi at this dealership. I was very impressed and will likely buy my next car here.

Laura is top notch. She has such an easy going approach to sales, yet is very much on top of things. Couple of glitches came up with the registration and insurance and she was all over it and got everything fixed without me lifting a finger. I highly recommend you giving her a call if you are in the market to buy a car. And they even delivered it to my door so don’t worry about the distance.

There will always be a glitch or two when getting a new car, but I must say that everyone I've dealt with at Audi Pittsfield has been terrific. And most of all is Matthew McDonough, a great gentleman with the patience of Job. Matt never does the car salesman thing. No selling, only telling. I think he's a fellow most people would like and trust. And he's serious about explaining parts of the vehicle that could be confusing. In other words, Matt is a true professional.

I highly recommend Audi of Pittsfield. I’ve had several negative experiences at various dealerships in buying cars throughout the years, and I have to say, dealing with this team was a refreshing change. Everyone was professional, efficient and most importantly; friendly. I worked with Danny and appreciated his laid back candor and transparency throughout the whole process. It felt more as though I was talking and dealing with a friend or colleague versus a car salesman. He stuck by his word, didn’t play any games, and never once did I feel manipulated. His communication was top notch. Thank you all so much for making what is typically an arduous, stressful process into a smooth and simple transaction. Hope to be able to work with you again!
