Casella trash pick up in Richmond has always exceeded expectations
They really went above and beyond today
We were late in brininging our trash out yesterday and missed garbage pick up
However one of the gentlemen picking up the recycling (came after the garbage truck) alerted the Casella team that some ppl still had garbage out and today Cari (super kind and professional) from Casella came out in a pick up truck with a smile on her face and threw all our trash in the back of her pick up
Using casella waste Management to dump my trailer was quick and easy the staff is always extremely helpful and the price was more than nice will be a return customer highly suggest going
PLEASE OBEY the town laws of Lenox Mass. and stop collecting trash before 7am (which is the law). You wake up everyone everyday and are causing harm to me and my health issues. If you collect after 7am, which is the law, then we don't need to hear your OBSCENELY LOUD backing up alarm (which can be heard OVER a mile away) . The police have been notified. I've tried to write to your company but - surprise, surprise - no replies. We will have to go to court if that what it will take for you to obey our bylaws and stop disturbing the peace to the degree you do everyday by VIOLATING local bylaws on hours of collection.
We rented a dumpster and was very pleased with the service. The administration was amazing and informative. The delivery of the dumpster far exceeded my expectations. I didn't catch the name of the fellow. He noticed the driveway had been recently paved and and put boards down so the dumpster did not damage the new work. He took extra time and care to do so and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
