Entire process was very smooth.
Bought 3 yards 3/8 stone on line, was delivered as discussed prior.The driver and his dog were very pleasant and dropped the stone perfectly.

I ordered J &J mix of mulch. It was made of great material. The delivery came quickly and on the days I requested. They called about 20 minutes before delivery to confirm and dumped it exactly where I asked. Great customer service.
We ordered 3/4 inch brown stone, it was delivered when they said it would be and it the spot we requested. They called ahead of time to let us know the truck was being loaded. We live in Richmond RI.
I ordered 6 yards mulch online through these guys and the experience was seamless and easy! Delivery was on time and communication was great. I will be using them again in the future!
Drove for an hour to get to Bourne/Pocasset location today (Saturday). Both Google Maps and J&J's own Web Site show it is open on Saturdays, 7am-12pm. Upon arriving, found a piece of paper with 'CLOSED' on their door. The hours below show they are closed on Saturdays.
How hard would it be to update your hours online??? It seems you don't really care about your customers.
I came in a few minutes before 3 o’clock on Thursday, December 26th. The place was already closed down with nobody in sight, despite the posted hours of operation between 7am and 3pm. It is inconvenient enough that they have short hours and are closed on Saturdays, resembling more a government office type hours than a business, a now they don’t even keep those short hours that they do post.
Customers and competitors are taking notice. Too bad…
They have great products, but they have now closed on the weekends and an hour early.
Also half the time I pull in to pick up product they will not load the truck saying it’s to heavy when unknown to them, the last team/ crew loaded it with what I have asked.
So sadly to say but I am very disappointed since it slows down business.
Everyone was friendly, service was fast. My truck broke down in their yard, the yard guys helped get me out of the way and were very cool about it, didn't hassleme at all. Thank you for the service.
