Great repair service. Steve throughly explained estimate and described risk of sensor surprises. Luckily surprises did not occur. Work was completed on time and on estimate. I would us Wenzel's again if needed.
Dan is efficient and kind. Had a sunroof implode and his team patched it up. They cleaned all of the shards and suggested I go to the dealership. Wenzel’s is a professional organization that I will now use and recommend

Never ever would I give them my business or encourage others too. NEVER endorse the insurance check and give it to them; before or after the work is complete. Do not even tell them the amount of the insurance check. Get a repair quote(s), and pay for the repairs yourself, making sure all parts replaced are NEW and working properly. If you feel uneasy for any reason (like they are TOO friendly), trust your instinct and go somewhere else.

Great service at Wenzel's Auto Body & Glass after my truck was hit in a parking lot. Although the truck was in the garage a little longer than I thought it would be, the team there did amazing repairs and were easy to work with. There was good communication during the process. Also they took the time to basically clean the exterior of the vehicle and vacuumed the inside front too. Really impressed with the service overall.

My truck was repaired on time with the people at the shop being in regular contact with me about progress. When I got it back it was spotless inside and out. It had been cleaned and topped off with gas. Anybody on Cape Cod or Southern Massachusetts that would bring their vehicle to anybody else but Wenzel's for auto body work is not making the right decision. Five stars only because not I wasn't allowed six!
Wenzels staff were friendly, easy to get ahold of, and communicated with my insurance company throughout the whole process. They provided updates throughout the repair process. They did a great job fixing the damages, my car look like new! They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle, returned it cleaner than when I dropped it off.
I highly recommend Wenzels. They truly care about the customer and treat your vehicle as their own. They know the ins and outs of navigating the insurance company red tape. We’ve used them multiple times (through no fault of our own) on several of our family vehicles and they have been consistent in their craftsmanship. They definitely keep up on technology along with the latest techniques. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, it’s only Wenzels for my family vehicles.

Extremely professional shop with great staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in MA. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and they updated me through each step of the repair process. I was able to drop off my car at Wenzel’s and send my insurance adjuster there to look at it.
When I picked up the vehicle, Dan went through everything with me before I took the car. It looked better than new! This shop is a certified collision repair center by pretty much every car company, so the repair process is done to manufacturer standards. They went above and beyond and were able to answer all of my questions, and accommodate for minor cosmetic aftermarket parts.

Just had body work done to fix accident damage. Looks great and very pleased with the results. Nice touch was detailed cleaning of interior and exterior. Paint match is perfect. I recommend Wenzels highly.
The best body shop i have ever dealt with and experienced. They repaired my wife's BMW drivers door as good as factory. The paint work ( tough 3 step color matching ) was spectacular and blended to perfection. I cannot say enough accolades for the way you are treated and communicated with during the process. Nobody wants an accident but if it happens be assured Wenzel's does great work
