I would give a negative star count if it was possible. On two separate instances the driver failed to show and claimed otherwise, when I spoke to the owner he stated he believed his driver. I offered to share my location to prove otherwise and he said it wasn’t necessary. Despite that I was left hanging for 5 1/2 hours and All Cape never showed and didn’t care.

The driver who took my truck for me was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I felt safe leaving it with him and he communicated very clearly with me about getting dropped at the transmission shop. Highly recommend!

Every time I need a tow, the tow truck driver has always been professional, friendly, and kind. When I went with a friend to get my car an inspection sticker the mechanic was friendly and polite. I remember I had a rod in my leg the young man told me just to stay in the passenger seat. Then on the 2nd of this month I had to get my car inspected the guy pulled my car right up to me so I didn't have to walk. They have always been so polite. Instead of going less than 3 miles down the road to get an inspection sticker I'd rather travel 15 to 20 minutes just because of the friendly service you get there. They care about you.

I HIGHLY recommend All Cape Towing. My daughter experienced numerous car issues while on the Cape this week. The people at All Cape Towing went above and beyond to help her until all issues, with the car, were resolved making the car safe to drive back to New Jersey. I am sending my sincere gratitude to everyone at All Cape Towing who helped my daughter and did so in such a friendly manner and at an very reasonable price. Thank you!

They are all about people - making sure they are taken care of and go above and beyond. They really helped make a frustrating scenario so much better. If you need services when you are on the Cape, you call them - no brainer!

Jermaine came out to my car after I called AAA. Needed to be towed and I needed a ride to my mechanic in Rochester and he told me he couldn't take any passengers. So I was stuck for 2 more hours waiting for AAA to get me a tow truck from another company.

Last Saturday my car broke down on MacArthur's Blvd and All Cape Towing was the service provider they called and Richard is great. Being on the side of a highway breakdown lane wasn't a great spot to say the least. Richard was professional and very nice to give me a ride home. Definitely recommend All Cape Towing for AAA and in general!

Awesome place. They've towed numerous car of mine and my clients. Professional polite always strapped down and the drivers can actually drive.

If I could give this establishment a negative rating I absolutely would -10. With a AAA call for a tow to mechanic shop due to bad alternator. Tow truck was unable to take my vehicle at that time due to being short-staffed. That I can forgive, as my job has also been short-staffed as well. What I can't forgive is being treated as incompetent because I'm a female, I also can't forgive the tow company losing my car, and having to fight with the tow company to deliver my car to the destination of the mechanic shop. No confirmation from the tow shop for drop off of vehicle. Vehicle was supposed to be dropped off first thing in the morning, and had not been dropped off until after 5:30 in the evening. Poor customer service when I attempted to call and find out where my car was and was hung up on. It took me asking my mechanic to call them to find my car, because they were unwilling to give me the information on where my car was. I did not owe them any money as this was a AAA call.

Lisa at All Cape Towing helped me out in E. Falmouth when a rental car battery died. The first jump pack didn't work, and she had to come back with another one. AAA closed the ticket, but she indeed returned with the right jump pack. It was Friday night of a holiday weekend, so it did take a few hours, but she did not leave me stranded!

John AAA tow truck driver last night was phenomenal!!! Did what I thought was impossible definitely a great worker you have I hope he is treated as such and paid as such I wanted to venmo him Bc he really did what I thought was impossible but he wouldn’t accept my payment so I just wanted to write this for you guys to see what a great worker you have and I hope you guys feel as blessed to have him on ur team as I did last night with him helping me out! Thanks again great trustworthy company fast reliable service

These guys went above and beyond anything we could have imagined! They towed our wrecked RV to an auto shop then to their own garage , hooked us up to their utilities and let us stay in it until we could rent a car. They even drove us to the car rental since no pickups were available. Over 500 miles from home and we were treated like friends. They are in the AAA network, do inspections and repairs, too. They were able to get our RV repaired enough to drive back home. We can’t believe how nice this crew is. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly!

Called AAA when my car wouldn't start after a gas fill-up. That call itself took almost longer than it took Doug to arrive at my location after I hung up! He was pleasant, courteous and efficient, knew exactly what to do. He didn't have the battery I needed, but gave the old one a jump so I could at least get home. It was after 4:30 by then, he had a few more jobs to do, but told me he'd drive to Pocasset to get a new battery, and come to my house and install it! It was after 6pm, but the man went out of his way to get the job done. It's rare these days to find someone who considers his work more than just a job, and does his best to give the highest level of customer service. Thank you, Doug!

They came quickly. Loaded car on truck very securely. Driver was very polite, and waited with me until my ride came to pick me up. Excellent service!!!

New location is great, much bigger. Great people, very nice and always helpful. Inspection services for Any size vehicle quick and easy, in & out!

I was locked out of my car in woodshole after trying to get a jumpstart. Not only was ALL Cape the cheapest they arrived quickly and the gentleman that came out was nice and very professional.

They damaged by vehicle changing my truck tire as they tightened the special nut too night and the Ford dealer mechanic had to drill out the stud to replace the tire. They refused to pay for the damage and now I have to go through AAA. They refused to call me and discuss it honorably and now I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars in expense. STAY AWAY from this company.

They towed my car thru triple a. Lied about it arriving at the mechanic. Told me I gave them permission to bring it late. Refused to let the second tow company take my car, literally ripped keys out of my ignition on them. N my car is not fixed on time now n I have children dependent on me driving them. Worst company I've ever dealt with n I'm a local. I would never ever recommend them. N they don't deserve their triple a contract. They didn't even apologize or try to rectify any of it. They didn't even call me themselves.

What a great company. Driver was friendly professional and on time. Through no fault of theirs, I was unable to achieve the service on my car and they helped me out just out of the goodness of their heart. I'm relatively new to the Cape but this will be my towing company for the rest of my life. Really really impressed

Called for auto lockout. (Not first time). They came within 15 minutes(faster than they said) and got in in record time. I highly recommend them. Fast, courteous, excellent service.

I wish I could leave negative stars... My car wouldn't start this past Saturday. I called AAA and Rebecca from All Cape Towing arrived 35 minutes later. Originally, the service was pleasant, but then my key went missing. I hunted for it everywhere - in the car, in the things I took out of the car, under the car, in the house, etc. I then politely asked her to check the truck. She refused to check the truck. She said it wasn't in her truck or under her truck. She started yelling at me and my 76 year-old mother. She said I was accusing her of stealing my key. I told her I wasn't. I just thought we should cover all bases. She started dropping f-bombs. We had a standoff in the middle of the driveway. Eventually, she said that was it, unhooked my car, and raised the truck platform. The key was under the platform, of course! She pointed it out. I noted that it was under her truck. She did not apologize. And then she towed the car away. She was verbally abusive and threatening. And it was a scary experience.

The tow truck drivers are great and I'm sure they are what make this company but, their receptionist needs to check her attitude at the door. I called to ask for pricing and it was like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Like I was interrupting. Very snappy tone. And when I called to have my car towed she again acted like she couldn't be bothered, she was in such a rush she didn't take down my information correctly and sent the driver to the wrong address. Tried to act like she didn't mess up. Said the driver waited outside. Lady my apartment is over looking my one way dead end road I can see everything at all times. No truck ever came. We would've heard a truck of that size backing in and out. I called for the tow at 8:30 by the time they finally got to me (and the driver confirmed that he was sent to the wrong road, so she did flat out lie) it was 12:30. My car was late to the garage and now I don't have a car till Monday. If it wasn't for their awesome drivers this place would go down fast.

Very friendly people experienced tow truck drivers. And when you need to get an inspection sticker the other ones to go to they'll be brutally honest with you if you got something wrong with your car that tell you upfront. They're definitely my go-to people when it comes to needing to tell or needing an inspection sticker.

My RV needed help with the older challenging systems on it. All Cape serviced it and I was able to enjoy recent trips in it safely snf comfortably. Kudos to the whole team there!

As the owner of a trucking company for 25 years i have never been treated so poorly by a towing co. As a business owner repeat customers are what keep you in business. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company one who believes in customer service. There are so many good towing companys out there this just isn't one of them .

Unbelievable service. Here is it Easter Sunday and my car battery is dead. They came right away. The young man, Anthony, could not have been nicer. He jumped the car and I was on my way. Low and behold I came out of Mass and the battery was dead again. Called and this time another young man, Danny, arrived and jumped the battery again. I was advised to get the car to a garage and have it check out asap. They could not have been more professional and kind. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you so very much.
