Auto zone Hyannis can’t care about their employees or customers if they leave the parking lot like this. I’m rating it the worst plowed parking lot in hyannis. They didn’t even try and it’s been a week since the snow arrived. Need 4x4 to get a parking spot. Despicable.

Harry and company were fantastic! They helped keep the cost as low as possible for the parts I needed and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and compassionate while I was very upset over having to make the unexpected, very expensive repairs to my car!

I had been trying to solve a small issue with my car and honestly it turned into a whole headache. I went to the AutoZone in Yarmouth first and the American staff there treated me a bit rude, like they didn’t really care to help. Then I tried another store and got the same attitude, a little arrogant, not patient at all. I even stopped by NAPA to see if someone could help, and nothing. At that point I didn’t even feel like going to the Hyannis AutoZone anymore, but I still gave it a try because I needed the part. And that’s when I met Milena. The experience was totally different. She understood what I needed right away and helped me fast, without making me feel uncomfortable. She was kind, attentive, and honestly just made everything easier for me. I left the store relieved and super happy with her service. My family members have also been helped by her before and they told me the same thing, she always treats everyone with care and respect. Milena, thank you for your great service. It really made a difference after all the trouble I had.

I just came from this poor excuse of an auto parts store. I'm in my 70s and asked for a case of six gallons of antifreeze. This unmanagerial type went back came back with five separate gallons; with the one I brought to the register; that made six total. Carrying six gallons of antifreeze, in two hands, was not fun. Just give me a box or a cart. Poor in all respects.

no manager on duty. 2 ladies who could not communicate or undestand how to find wiper blades and refused to install. No sale will not return. There were three other patrons ALL complaining about misinformation, being told parts were in stock but the said they knew nothing. There is serious issues with this Auto Zone. I have used aauto Zone for years, in many states and have never experienced such a disarray in product knowledge or customer courtesy. When my daughter tried to do me a favor she was chased out the door with one girl who didn't know how to commuicate in English demanding my daughter buy the wipers and put them on herself or come back tomorrow for installation. That store manager needs to realize your website promises installation if purchased there and requested. Very disappointed. I may try another Auto Zone but there is O'Reilys.

one of the workers there had followed me to urgent care after i had tried letting her exit bank of america and took to long to go so i went she then threw her hands up yelling and flipping me off which she got in return and proceeded to yell at me and act crazy for that happening at urgent care taking pictures of me and my plate, total harassment and humiliating for her. she then decided to call the cops almost 3 hours later and lied about the incident without knowing i have a dash cam that caught everything. she had told them i “cut her off” and followed her which i don’t understand how that would be possible with both going totally different directions and her flying up behind me getting on top of my vehicle, which is ironic since she works at a car part store. i only know she works at auto zone because she was a poorly representing the company wearing their jacket and a name tag she conveniently covered so i couldn’t get her name. i called the store right after this occurred to ask for her name but they were unsure of who i was talking about since she was not there yet but were apologetic for the type of person they hired and gave me the district managers number who is also now hopefully taking care of this with further action.

Went into the store today. I guess I should say I’m with the VFW Auxiliary first. We are holding are annual fundraiser raffle that supports a bunch of Veterans organizations. The “manager” a female was SO rude even said to me there’s a sign on the door no soliciting. Totally different response than Auot Zone in Orleans. She really should work on her people skills if she’s a manager. I’ve shopped here many times thru the years and have never been treated like that.

I stood there for close to 5 minutes trying to find the car wash soap while the doofus employee ignored me as best he could. Finally made him help me. Nowhere to park bc the lot is full of rental cars. Staff lacks communication skill.

Today being my birthday, the last thing I expected was for my battery to go in my vehicle. Myself and my husband went to the AutoZone location on route 28 in Hyannis and dealt with Alex who was absolutely phenomenal. She was Extremely knowledgeable and has impeccable customer service skills. Alex had us walking out with a smile and she made my birthday a lot less stressful. Thank you, Alex!

Derek was very helpful. I believe he was the manager of AutoZone and he was very helpful and straightforward. I’ll definitely come back again if I ever need any help in the future great service and great advice.

I went in to get a fuse which they did not have in stock. Was told they could have delivered by next day at noon and to expect a call shortly afterwards but I had to pay for upfront. It was just $9. . Next day comes and no call. Call later in day and told probably coming tomorrow. Asked to have it canceled -can’t do that till it’s delivered. Call back next day and still not delivered. Asked to speak to manager but instead employee was told how to credit me by the manager apparently. Next day still no credit. Overall just crappy customer service that didn’t need to be like that over $9. I ended up disputing charge with CC company and of course won.

My husband and I were going away for a few days. He noticed the right headlight was out. We called Auto zone the next morning (Sept 1, 2023), and Jade was right on it. She told us not to worry, she would help us and she sure did. Thanks to Jade, we were able to be on our way a few hours later. Jade went above and beyond!!!!!! Thank you, Jade John and Kim D February 2025 Jordan was of great assistance to my husband. We were concerned about our car having difficulty starting. Jordan was able to help us with a diagnostic test. It was the battery. We were able to get AAA to come to our home thanks to Jordan!!! Thanks again John and Kim D

When I went into the Falmouth Store there were no other customers just myself and a clerk I needed a diagnostic reading on my vehicle so the young man told me he would have to get the supervisors attention he tried with no success he also told me when I asked about texting his supervisor on his mobile phone and the young man said he wasn't allowed to do so . So no one could help me I left extremely annoyed and dis satisfied. My Father owned and was a master mechanic at his Gulf Station many years ago . So I expected more ! I will not go back to Falmouths store until this situation is firmly addressed ! Thank you Ann J Roderick-Dumaine

Just bought a wiper blade. Brought it home to install and there was a piece from the old blade left on the arm. Rather than break something sent back to the store and they immediately came out in the cold and installed it for me! Thank you!

Terrible customer service after trying to call the store on 2 different occasions to find out if the Battery for my classic car was still under warranty and being kept on hold for very long period of times and being hung up on a couple of times. The guy I spoked to told me that if I came into the store they would be able to look it my information and check the warranty status. I went into the store and after waiting around for several minutes I was waited on. After giving the Gentlemen all the information, He told me there was no record of me purchasing a battery in the system. I gave him multiple pieces of info and it was the same story. Then he told me well only way I can do anything for you is if you have the receipt. wasted hours of my time between calling and going into the store. I would avoid Auto Zone if I were you.

The manager was really nice he helped me fix my back blinker. I thought the bulb was out but it was the blinker housing. He had it fixed and working in no time!

While on vacation Thanksgiving weekend on the cape, my battery died. Called six places, autzone said that they had a battery and would install it. Mike in Hyannis was very professional as he changed the battery and tested the electrical system. He made the experience very satisfying!!

Was on the way to North Carolina and had a light on my trailer go out, I was helped before I even walked through the door and was given a free installation. I was so happy that I tried ripping the gentlemen who fixed it but he refused and was just happy to help. One of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Just want to thank assistant manager Quinn from the Hyannis location, he replaced my battery and had to deal with replacing a corroded terminal. This young man did not hesitate or complain just did what had to be done with kindness and a smile. How awesome to deal with pleasant, knowledgeable people. Thank you for your help you made a rough week that much better!

Highly recommend! Our car battery died. We are camping in Brewster and had to jump the battery to get it to AutoZone. Patrick and Spenser took great care of us. Replaced the battery quickly and answered all my questions. Very professional.

Great prices and service. Eric, the store manager, has a solid understanding of what constitutes customer service, and how that translates to customer satisfaction. If every corporate manager was able to replicate Eric's talent, in any customer service environment, they would likely discover that customer loyalty would be enhanced, even when prices are not the lowest. AutoZone in Hyannis, is not the closest auto parts store to my home, but it is where I always buy my parts.

i came in to change my battery in my key and i had no clue to actually accomplish that goal. i walked to the counter and met and man named mark and he helped so well. He explain what i’d need to do, got me the right battery, help me open the key, and then replaced the battery for me. The key working perfectly and i could be more happy. Also funny dude so i enjoyed that interaction and made it super easy. 10/10

At first I needed oil and had no idea where to get it or what kind I needed because I had my girlfriend's car. I asked to employees who didn't really speak English and they help me but it ended up being what I did not need. Then I met a gentleman named Josh d. Thank God for him. He had everything I needed in and out in 5 minutes. So I believe that Josh D deserve some recognition from whomever he could receive it from. Great great great customer service.

I go here whenever I need something for my car. The staff are always professional, amiable and helpful. For example, I needed new windshield wipers and since I did know how to take the old ones off and replace them asked this staff member to help me. So, he followed me to my car. Within a very short time the new wiper blades were on and with a smile from both of us😄. I find the prices very reasonable and the store clean. I do suggest you get an Awards Card to save even more money! 👌👏🤗😄💚
