I used him for a tow he was extremely friendly and helpful even offered some helpful tips on what could be wrong with the suv he showed up 2 hours early and charged a flat rate that I thought was extremely fair price I will recommend him to everyone
Two times, this company has come through for our family in a big way!! First time, our son was involved in an accident, we were a 1.5 hour drive away and the tow driver was so nice to him while he was shaken up. Second time, he helped my sister-in-law with a tow- he was so nice to her and when he heard that she was traveling home from making final arrangements for her father who had just passed- he only charged her $80 and told her she’d been through enough. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! It goes a really long way!
Clear communication on availability and came within the time given. Friendly, on task, and generously welcomed us to the neighborhood. Reasonable pricing, and provided a good deal (thanks!). Highly encouraging to know that there are good people out there to help out in tough situations!
Called them when my son locked his keys in his car at a campground at least 30 minutes away. They were there within 40 minutes and helped him out. I tried to pay him them more than the charge, and they would not accept the extra money. It is great to know there are some good people out there. I thank you!!
This place is very unprofessional. I don’t know where to start the guy is very nice, I guess... but his girlfriend is very unprofessional. She started by posting stuff on Facebook about our personal life about my husband’s crash. Then I went there to see if Jamie was there to get stuff out of my car, he wasn’t there and his girlfriend got extremely rude with me. She was saying rude stuff to me about my husband who is lucky to be alive and then she wants to post a live on Facebook showing very personal stuff of ours and is talking about personal stuff and about what hospital he was going to across Facebook live, when we hadn’t even been able to get ahold of some of our family to inform them of the accident. This information should not be talked about across social media for family to find out that way before we could get in touch with them. This business is very unprofessional I will never take my business here again!!!!!!!!!!!
My Jeep broke down on the highway and Lock & Hook towed it up the hill to the rest stop so we could meet up with the other car in our group, let us transfer some coolers and things to make room, and recommended a very nice shop to have it towed to. Bummer that the Jeep broke down, but thanks to this guy, everything else went very smoothly. Definitely recommend!
Lock and Hook went way above and beyond for us. Rescued us with a tow and later rescued us with a ride! Felt like they would give you the shirt off their back, if you asked. So caring and generous with their time and talents! Angels in disguise for us!!
Late on a Saturday evening, (holiday weekend, too!) just before dark, we met a couple who'd accidentally locked their phone and keys in their car. We were at a remote parking lot about 12 miles out of town. Unfortunately, we didn't have our phone with us so we drove to the truck stop in Hancock. They had us call Lock and Hook. The guy was on his way to the rescue in a flash! I didn't follow up on it, but I'm confident that Lock and Hook took care of the situation in a professional manner. Thank you, LOCK & HOOK!

We ran out of fuel, he was there within minutes, made sure we got the vehicle running and followed us to the gas station.

What a blessing this place is! Our stand alone garage (with no windows or doors) had it's manual door break in the lock position. We were 5 minutes from taking a sledge hammer to the door when we called Lock and Hook. We called them at 5p on a Sunday and they were here in less than an hour. After almost an hour of working on it, they got the door open with no damage to the garage door itself. Their pricing was very fair, and certainly much cheaper than having to buy a new garage door. Thank you, Lock and Hook!
We were stranded with our rv in a rest stop today. They were there in 20 minutes and got us back on the road as quickly as they could after making sure everything was working properly so we wouldn't get stranded again. Very friendly, fair pricing, and great customer service! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service!
I was stranded and in need of a tow at nearly 10 pm, and a Google search led me to this company. They were quick, very professional, and had very reasonable rates. Would definitely use again, if in need. And would certainly recommend to others in need of their services. P.S. Our daughter says "You're the coolest guy ever!"
Me and my buddies went to the bar in clearspring on my birthday.. I called at 3 oclock in the morning and the owner came to our aid. Our car wasnt broken down or damaged, we were just too damn drunk to drive. He was happy we called him instead of trying to drive home, he towed us home.
My wife locked her keys in the trunk at grocery store... I called them on my way there.. They not only beat me there but price was far.. Great service guy...
Had a blown tire on trailer and bolt wouldn’t come off called lock and hook and he was there within 20 mins. Very nice and personable. Thank god he came because my insurance company was “finding someone to come help” and probably still is. He was there and I was still on hold! Fast service!
By far the best customer service I have received ever. After getting a flat tire along a major highway they quickly came, put the temporary tire on and I was on my way. The owner was the one who came out and he was extremely kind, professional and prompt. I am so thankful and would recommend them to anyone!
