Battery in my wife’s car died while visiting Easton Maryland yesterday. Called advanced auto parts and spoke with Josh and they had four batteries to pick from. Drove over and while I picked the battery I wanted with Josh, Joey was removing the old battery and then installed the new one. These guys were professional, and on point, no fooling around just straight customer service all the way. They set the bar pretty high for all the others.

We had a great experience with Employee Josh at this store. He diagnosed our car’s problem. Our battery wasn’t good, & he replaced it & was so helpful and explained everything he was doing. He is a credit to your company. I’ll be recommending Advance Auto to my family & friends.

I don't do many reviews, but, I had a great experience here with two great guys who really helped me in a pinch! Guillermo Jara-Ruano and Mike Rivera were awesome! The helped me diagnose a few issues, search for parts. They didn't have to but they took the time to help me as I had a family hanging out in my vehicle. I frequent this store and will continue spending my money there due to the staff! Thank you Guillermo and Mike! You two are G's!

Wish they where little more knowledgeable on batteries. I question the difference between 70 and 60amp golf cart batteries. A, didn't do my homework. B, $1000 dollars later, I should of never bought the 60amps. IDK. Could of been a better exchange. Even talked about the difference. Guess it was all they offered and it was all I could get. Lesson learned.

Matt Weiss went above and beyond. We went there to get ignition coils and spark plugs; my husband mentioned that we had a fuse out and that our phone was dead. Matt not only offered to help us check and change the necessary fuse, but also allowed us to charge a phone while we were doing so. We left being able to charge our phones (fuse was replaced) and headed to the Cambridge location to pick up 1 more coil (that we already paid for at the Easton location) that they didn't have in stock. I called the Easton location this past Sunday just after 6pm. Nick answered the phone & I asked for his help as our son was heading back to school & his vehicle started giving him some trouble just south of Easton. He limped the truck to the store & Nick took the time to pull the codes, call for some advice, & get him on his way. Great service from Nick got our son back to school just in time! Thanks again, Nick!

Needed a new battery for the car. Aiden tested the existing battery to make sure it needed to be replaced. Then helped me remove and replace the battery. His attitude was extremely positive throughout. An absolute pleasure to work with. I will come back to the store simply because of his customer service.

Andrew is not what Advance Auto Parts need working in their store. How Andrew became a manager I do not know but that was a bad choice. He have bad customer service skills. Andrew did not talk friendly & he hung the telephone up on me. I did not want to rate one star but that was the only way I could leave a review.

I needed a battery and was very impressed with service I received from Cade.He was super friendly when I called, told me to come right over it wasn’t busy and he’d install it right away. He explained without being pushy the choices and price points for the batteries. He also helped me with a discount coupon. I’m a middle aged single woman so auto stores aren’t my happy place but Cade made it a pleasure. Cade is a big asset to the store!

Had to stop Here on the way to oc to get some ac recharge stuff. The lady found what I needed quick and with a friendly attitude. She went above and beyond when she allowed my 9 year old son use of the bathroom. They do not have public restroom facilities. She could have said no and moved on. I would have not thought any less of her. Instead she immediately said sure no problem and walked my son back to th3 bathroom. She had a pleasant disposition and seemed truly happy to help us out with our purchase and the bathroom for my kid. I'd give them ten stars. Store was clean and smelled fresh parking was ample.

I purchased a rear view mirror kit that did not work for me and John, who said he was the store manager, told me that I bought the wrong item, “ so of course it didn’t work”. He said he would have to “eat it”. I told him i did not think that was true as all vendors selling to a large retailer will have to give a return allowance or take back returns for credit. His attitude was very poor in dealing with a customer. I am surprised a manager would not have better customer relation skills. When I came in there was no one in the store and I told the woman at the counter that I needed glue to reattach a rear view mirror. She pointed me to the mirror section and there were three options there. I took the best one at the highest price. When I came back today, I found that the adhesive I really needed was located about 12 feet down the same aisle. It should have been pointed out when I first came in, and it also should be merchandised with the other similar products. I will go to AutoZone in the future for my needs.

This place is okay just that sometimes I think they need to be more attentive when parts are ordered and come in they say they will call you sometimes you have to go there parts may be there for a couple of days thank you for your service.

Got a recommendation for a certain battery type went to Advanced to get that battery bought it and when they went to install it realized I was told the wrong battery size. They did the swap out for me and the battery didnt work in my car they ended up giving me a upgrade to my battery purchase. The staff was friendly and pretty cool. All around pretty good experience.

Buddy’s customer service went above and beyond what is normal. He canceled the on-line order we messed up and then actually helped us put the order in correctly on our phone. Thank you Buddy for giving such excellent customer service. We really appreciated it!

We had some car issues on the way home from a beach trip, and this was our second Advanced Auto that we stopped at for some assistance. Buddy was AMAZING, had the best customer care, and at one point was juggling our mystery car issue with two other customers, all while still being helpful and knowledgeable! Buddy went above and beyond to help us get home, and though I lost track of time, I'd say he was testing our problem and looking for solutions with us for at least 3.5 hours all together. At one point during this my phone died, and the employee working the counter was kind enough to let me use a charger so we could use our phone GPS to get home. I couldn't speak any higher of the customer care given here, and hope that upper management appreciates these employees as much as the customers do!

These guys are very attentive to your needs. They make sure that greeted and are quick to ask if you are in need of help finding something. Brian is always considerate and helpful when needing to figure out what best fits yours needs. He makes sure that we are informed of what best fits our needs. I would recommend anyone needing car parts to stroll in and check them out!

Completely unimpressed. Bought a battery from them. They wouldn't install it because it was too close to closing time (15 minutes). They locked the doors as soon as I walked out. I'm sorry if they wanted to leave early, but don't say you install for free, if you aren't willing to spend the 5 minutes doing it. Would have given zero stars if an option.
