When my car wouldn't start, Tristan came out and fixed the problem right away! He explained everything that he did and was professional and courteous.

We were on vacation in the area and got a flat tire. That’s never fun, but Will came out and got us patched up. He was professional and personable. The whole process was easy, efficient, and while I hope to never have a flat tire over here again, if I did, we would not call anyone else but these guys.

DO NOT USE GRANTS AUTOMOTIVE!!!! My work van broke down 2 1/2 hours from home. Grants towed the van to their shop and proceeded to string me along for 3 weeks knowing full well I needed the vehicle to work myself. What was supposed to be a $900 job turned into an $1800 job and finally a $1909. After driving it for 20 minutes it leaked antifreeze and I brought it back. The tow guy admitted he worked on it between tows (no wonder it took 3 weeks) and didn’t know what he did wrong to cause the leak. He didn’t didn’t offer to fix it and just filled up the antifreeze and sent me on my way. The van made it through the return trip and nothing more. My mechanic said “what did they do to it? That’s the noise it makes before the engine blows up.” In the 3 weeks since I’ve called 3 times and they always have some excuse why the boss can’t return my call. I hate to even write this review but Grants made no effort to do the right thing. DO NOT USE GRANTS AUTOMOTIVE!!!!

AAA sent Grants, and he had the flat off my car super quick! They are super reasonable for plugging a flat $15. Other places in town are more expensive. My tire had a cut and couldn't be plugged, and the gentleman is mediately recommended. Eastern tires for a used tire. I thought this was super professional. I appreciate the advice as Easton Tire was awesome, so thank you to Grants!!

I called AAA for battery charge on a Sunday was advised i likely needed a new battery. Used the car that day for errands. Didnt try to use again until late afternoon Wed when i was going to go buy new battery. Called AAA again specifying i wanted have service bring me new battery and jnstall. On thursday i called to make sure they had that request correct. Had agent double check of course when same driver came back fr I m Sunday they only had order for a jump charge!. Driver offered to lead me to there shop which i did abd they were the nicest people!. Took me in right away and we chatted for a long time about town history and owner discounted me on oil change also.

11/1/24 AAA placed a ticket for battery replacement to Grant's. Did not show, I called direct to Grant's. A rude male told me he had no ticket. Called AAA back, informed them of the rude conversation and send someone else. Suddenly I received a call from same rude person telling me he was coming for a jump. Informed him battery needs replacing. He replied he can't do that. I informed him not to bother. Called AAA, they sent Just Right Towing. Robbie checked it then replaced it and checked my altinator. Bam just like that! Grant's needs lessons from Just Right and employees like Robbie. Jeff is NOT happy watching how his business is now being operated.

My car exhaust fell off in ocean city and I haven’t lived in Easton for 20 years. I didn’t know where to send but was able to speak with someone here on Sunday. They said they could repair it the next day by “end of day”. I’m so relieved to have my car back- sounding better than ever. TJ did an amazing job and I’m safely heading back to Virginia. Thank you! Il likely be back around the holidays for future repairs.

Wow, where do I begin? Car broke down for wife three hours from home. The diagnosis was the fuel pump failed and they would/could repair it for $1000.00. A few days later I was contacted and informed that they couldn’t reprogram the car to run upon the installation of new fuel pump so they offered to tow the car up to our mechanic for no charge. Our mechanic reprogramed the car, got it running, and discovered in the removal of the drive shaft to drop the fuel tank the mechanic beat on it with a hammer to the point where it was inoperable. It cost approximately $1000.00 to reprogram the system and replace the drive shaft. Fast forward one year and the car wouldn’t clear code for inspection. Our mechanic discovered that the after market fuel pump that they installed couldn’t connect to the fuel pressure sensor hence it would never clear code. Again, another $1000.00 to install the correct factory fuel pump. They had no business even attempting this repair. My calls were never returned, totally unethical, and as a fool I dealt with them in good faith. Shame on me!

This place is amazing. My friend an I was returning home from a ocean city trip an all of a sudden my car would not move. Pulled in gas station fluid was everywhere. We was 3 hrs from home. The tow truck guy was wonderful. He offered to take it to there garage an get it looked at. They were the nicest people they had my car fixed within 2 hrs. I could not of asked for a better experience. They put me an my friend at ease. With being 2 girls they helped us get home. Thank you for being such great people. I can't thank u enough. Need more people like you all....

I live in another state and needed to find a car repair service for my elderly mother who lives in Easton. I literally prayed for a good service and googled it. I believe God directed me to Grant's Automotive. These guys were great! They went above and beyond with service, professionalism, friendliness and patience. They're towing service was excellent and was more than we expected and all the other services were excellent as well. TJ and Taylor really put you at ease with with their business, their service and as I stated above all other aspects. I recommend them highly. They're just really good people. They got my car in last minute and fixed it while I was at work! They closed early so the man took the time to drop my keys off at my job across the street & let me settle up at a later date since they aren’t open weekends. Good customer service!

Thank you for your help tonight changing my flat tire! I limped into the park and ride as your employee was about to drive off with a towed car. I flagged him down and he helped me change my tire when he didn’t have to. Really nice guy. I will recommend your company whenever I can. Thank you thank you thank you!

Save your time, money and sanity. I got my car towed by them thru AAA about a month ago and they blew up my transmission in the process. Grants denied they damaged it and proceeded to blame my friend by saying he did it by driving the car backwards off the tow truck....the car was towed from the back so when it was dropped off he drove it forward and parked it. By the next morning we found out it no longer had reverse or 4th gear. It's bad enough they caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car but then to turn around lie about it and blame the customer is just ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company.

These people are so nice and helpful it is amazing. Ray thanks for stopping and then coming back when AAA contacted you all. I am having memory issues but I think man behind desk was Tom who altered his schedule to get us back to Frederick MD . As there was a wait for transport to our town they brought us to AC shop to wait. Not a fan of long drives but our driver had me completely comfortable. Thank you all so much, the owner is lucky to have you represent his business!!

Taylor and TJ were spectacular. My parents were in an out of state accident with their van and popup camper. TJ had them off the road quickly and Taylor made sure their needs were met and got them to a hotel for night. When we arrived the next day the gentlemen were friendly and kind and helpful. Grant's auto went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

While coming home from vacation, still 6hr from home we had an accident totalling both our pop up camper and van. Grant's Automotive responded quickly with 2 rollbacks and quickly got everything loaded and off highway. They transported my husband and me to garage. I rode with TJ and he calmed me down explaining everything that would take place. Once at garage the owner, Taylor put us in air conditioned office helped me with calling insurance company and found a hotel for us to stay in and drove us to hotel. Taylor ran power so we could keep our freezer and cooler plugged in. The next day they helped us by making space for our uhaul to clean out both vehicles. There are not enough stars for me to give this crew, who want above and beyond to get me thru a rough experience. God bless you! And thank you!

My ball joint failed me and with one phone call Grants saved the day. Not only did they tow me quickly but they also fixed my car and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much to the staff at Grants you guys are truly the best. 10/10 recommend

My mother in Law broke down in Easton and they were able to tow her car from there to Gambrills Maryland. The driver even waited with her until we picked her up from the shop they towed her car too. Great level of customer service throughout the process.

I am very happy with the service I received from Grant's. Their towing service arrived very quickly after hours and they had my car repaired before noon the next business day. Everything worked perfectly when I picked it up. Thanks so much for the friendly service and getting me back on the road!

This is the only tow company we will use any more! They are always so kind and reliable. I've never had any issues and the prices are always very fair. I can't think of a time needing a tow is fun, but they've always managed to take the stress and confusion out of it!

Had to get a jump start because a light was left on in my car. T.J pushed the car out of our garage and used his truck to start it. He told me to drive it for a while, to charge the battery. It worked!!He said call us if you need us. Good people!

I can’t say enough great things about Grant’s Automotive. They went out if their way to save the day for me yesterday & that means a lot to me. Prompt, helpful, courteous, honest & professional service. Everyone I came in contact with was an absolute joy to do business with. Customer for life right here. Worst place ever. Went to fix my passenger side parking lights and got my car back with no passenger side headlights, no high-beam and no turn light signal!!!!!! I have a wiring problem that they made worse causing me to lose all my lights on the right side that I had fixed less than a month ago. I went to 2 other mechanics before them to try to fix my parking lights and had no issues with my other lights not coming back on. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.They didn't even inform me that my headlights stopped working when I went over to pick up my vehicle. Very poor customer service.

Service provided by Tristan came extremely quick and he was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did Tristan help me out with the issue i called about, he also helped me diagnose another issue with my engine and offered great advice so that issue doesnt result in problems in the future.

The owner is incredible. Office staff is top notch. Shop is super clean. Did not have any work performed there, but they towed my wife's Ford Edge after she was hit from behind by a distracted driver. Jeff and staff were incredible in their help. Took us to her car, helped us to get her belongings out and Jeff gave us some very helpful advice on dealing with the insurance companies. If I lived in the area and needed work done on my vehicle, I would most certainly take my vehicle to Grants, no question. Honest, helpful people.

Grants towed our 3500 Dodge. During the tow the driver did not realize the bed cover unlatched and beat our truck up pretty bad $3500 worth of damages. Grants (Jeff) told us they would take care of the damages if we got estimates. We have turned them in over a year ago and nothing has been taken care of. If you have damage from this company while towing your vehicle deal with your insurance company

The whole Grants Automotive team is great. The towing service , the office staff and especially the owner himself, Jeff. He takes pride in his work and has outstanding customer service skills. My dad's transmission went out when he was visiting from Virginia. Grant's automotive towed it to their facility and rushed delivered a new transmission and installed it within 3 to 4 days. Anywhere else you would have been looking at a week minimum. Thanks Jeff and team!
