Wow. Went in to get motor oil, a side mirror and bumper clips. The employee at the counter with a back brace on, didn't see his name, acted like I was bothering him.
His final comment was "we don't got it".
I won't be back.
I left with nothing. I'll go somewhere else.
Nick you saved my daughter’s car. We were out of oil and only hi beams worked. He helped check the oil fill the oil and fixed the head light. The best part he instructed us on how to do everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏 Leland

Eric, who i believe was one of the managers, had me in and out of the store with a new battery installed in roughly 20 minutes. He saved me a huge headache as my battery was dead and I had to get home and get to sleep to be to work at 4am the next morning. He was kind, courteous, and customer service was top notch. Very nice guy and it was like talking to one of my buddies while he was installing the new battery. Thanks again man! Ill be back for any car needs.

Service is always great, but today I think AutoZone Easton for allowing NO KINGS protestors to use its huge parking lot. It doesn't mean AutoZone was taking a position on the protest, it means AutoZone recognizes and appreciates the RIGHT to freedom of speech and assembly. Kudos AutoZone... you earned my business!

"I had an absolutely amazing experience at AutoZone, Easton MD store 1835. The battery for my key fob needed to be replaced. Lexus is 40 miles away, but the service advisor suggested I go to AutoZone. Mark Gosnell was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did he tell me the battery I needed, he replaced it for me!! I was so grateful for his help and top notch service. I have shared with many my experience at AutoZone. I highly recommend AutoZone.
Earlier today, I was having problems with my windshield wipers during the rainstorm, so I stopped by Autozone ( Easton, MD ) to seek assistance.and the manager “Chey” fixed, then re-applied my windshield wipers in the midst of heavy rainfall. Not only did she spring into action to help accommodate me … she impressively displayed a level of patience & kindness that sincerely touched my heart. In addition, the entire staff at the Easton, MD branch are an awesome bunch that render effective solutions & a genuine customer experience to any/all that enters the establishment in dire need. I stopped by for a lightbulb for my Ford Fusion. I found out the hard way a few years ago that Fusion car owners can't change headlight bulbs themselves because to access them, you need a mechanic to remove the entire bumper and grill! I was so angry! So, this time I found a YouTube video on a way to do it without removing the front and decided to take a chance and do it myself. It looked do-able, but not easy. At Autozone, I told Eric, who turns out to be the manager, my dilemma, asking him to watch the video and weigh in before I bought the bulb. He did one better (really he did a million better!). He replaced the bulb for me, saving me hundreds of dollars and mountains of inconvenience. All heors don't wear capes!

Went in for Wiper blades for two vehicles and got exactly what was needed. The staff was extremely helpful and provided recommendations and information so that I could make an informed decision on which blades to purchase.

Truck battery needed to be replaced. Even though it was more complicated than expected, the manager removed the old battery and installed the new battery. A worker also bought my daughter a lollipop when she started getting restless while waiting. Great store!!
Checked online the night before for the part, it's there. Called in the next morning to confirm they really had one, yes. Get there to pick it up - NOPE!! Now I have to drive to another location - HOPING they have it! Won't be coming here again . . .

After being helped with many issues we have only very good things to say about this place. For example, Mark worked especially hard to find the best filters for our 35 year old diesel engine, and got them at a very good price too. This is always a "First Stop Shop" for us in Easton.
Nick and JC are two of the greatest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. I will forever continue to come here as long as those two work here. You guys put all the other shops to shame. Ask for Nick or JC and I promise they’ll get everything you need!
I'm very appreciative of Joe and Mark for allowing me to exchange the battery for my vehicle knowing that the warranty had expired. They have a professional and friendly disposition. They even share agape love. They were full of joy and smiles. It's nice to know that people care. There was a large wet spot where my vehicle was parked and they each took the time to inspect my vehicle to ensure that my engine wasn't leaking any fluids. I truly thank them. Ronnie's very kind as well.
AutoZone saved the day. My coolant warning light came on while I was traveling in Easton, MD. Mark Gosnell was so incredibly helpful and pleasant. He showed me the right coolant to put in my Audi then actually put it in the coolant tank for me. I would have been nervous to mess it up but Mark did it with a smile and was so pleasant. I can’t thank him enough. Please give Mark a big raise!

Mark G. made changing/claiming my battery’s warranty as easy as possible. He even went above and beyond by helping me replace it and clean up where the battery actually sits in the car. I 100% recommend, definitely ask for Mark!
I was helped by a lovely young gentleman whose name was something like Joe. He knew he was dealing with a panicked senior citizen, and took the time to explain about transmission fluid, and pulled up a video to show me how to add fluid. The staff at this site are so respectful, and didn’t make me feel less than because I was female. I left there with my transmission engaging, as well as feeling empowered!!!
I stopped to get some throttle body cleaner, and a shift linkage bushing kit for my newly purchased 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer and was helped by Eric Wilson (Mgr ?). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and went and got it for me. I also asked him about my check engine light. He gave me the testing kit, I went out took the reading and he explained what my issues were. He then went on to offer suggestions on how I could probably resolve these several issues myself. What great service !!!! All this and professionalism and courtesy too. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Auto Zone.
Down to Easton from NJ and stopped by for some advice. I was helped by a middle-aged gentleman (missed his name)who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice store with just about any automotive product you could need. The selection of products is huge but I go mostly for the advice, suggestions and recommendations. Highly recommend.
Cheyenne did a phenomenal job with assisting me with my purchase. She knew exactly what I need and ensured that I was taken care of properly. She is a phenomenal employee!! As a manger, she took care of all of my needs to make sure that I had the proper tools to have car running as properly as possible. She is a wonderful manager and I look forward to her services and leadership going forward.
Eric Wilson is the best manager in autozone in easton he help me with my battery issue in my limo and help other people while I was there great customer service
Awesome service and exactly what was needed in stock. Eric W. was beyond polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Changed both headlights out for me quicker than I could even pop the hood. Someone give this guy a raise, bonus, award- his professionalism and the kindness with which he carries himself make him a valuable asset to your team and brand.
