Predatory towing company. Walked up to my apartment complex office with my parking pass to get an updated one. Was there and back 20 minutes to find this company had my truck towed.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. For one this company is not professional in how they speak or handle business. I called over an hour ago to have this car in my spot removed and I still haven’t heard back. They told me to send a picture of the car/license plate but never asked for my address or neighborhood. I called back and the line was staticky, we couldn’t even hold a conversation so I hung up. He text and said they should be here but still nothing. This place is ridiculous and I hate the other companies can’t come in this area. This company needs to be replaced.

ZERO STARS!! Towed my AWD SUV on 2 wheels, cause $3200 (completely snapped the rear differential) in damages along with the $300 to get my car back. Refusing to take responsibility, claims we need to call the manager Monday. Calls and asked for manager, he said ‘speaking’ but after explaining the issue, he said he found out today the manager is on vacation until Friday. Crook company

I would give zero if I could. My son has been trying to get his car (or at least the tags) on the car they towed. They never contacted him and salvaged the car without his knowledge and now can not reach anyone or get a response. Illegal actions after the tow. Answer the phone, give the documents needed or the tags back. This company sucks and should be shut down.

if i could give zero reviews, i would. as you can see from the other reviews, this place was just horrible. they block your number when you call to get your car, and they take hours to open the gate. i dont know how this business is still running. they need to be shut down, especially after all these bad reviews. they’re rude

Worst tow business ever. My newborn had just been born and I was in the process of moving and i actually had my U-haul that was parked in front of the apartment I was moving into towed, mind you the u-haul was running with hazards and the back door opened and they hooked up and drove off when I was bringing my belongings into the apartment I was moving into. I was able to catch the driver down the road and was told that he’d drop the uhaul off the hook for $350. After a few minutes, I just decided to pay the guy because I was not about to drop over $500 for their overnight lot fees and the uhaul fees that would’ve added up. They made it such a rough time, newborn, in the process of moving, took a pretty penny off of me. The driver then told me after he dropped the uhaul that next time make sure the ramp is down. It was the smaller box uhauls that doesn’t come with ramps. It was unbelievable. Don’t recommend this company at all!

Just the worst experience. Had to call about 20 times to get someone to unlock our car. Waited over 3 hours for them to arrive. While they may be closed for pickup on the weekends, this does not mean you won't be charged a storage fee for those 2 days. Got towed on Friday and picked up on Monday and watched a $350 fee turn into $600. Were rude on the phone and seemingly just made up charges as they went along. Avoid getting towed by them at all cost.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Employees need to be trained on how to treat customers. Sad to say but every black owned business does not deserve support from their community. Sure you make all your money from towing apartment complexes and not ACTUAL CUSTOMERS calling for a tow. Your business definitely puts people in unexpected high stress situations so stop being money hungry, learn compassion & learn how to treat people. No man should continuously get smart with a woman ever. If you don’t like your job keep a clean record so you can get a better one. & remember what you dish out will come back to you or you loved ones always 💜

not understanding why this company is still in business. I heard so many bad things about this company and now I finally experienced it. ‘my car was towed then next morning at 8:30 am I was told I can’t get my car til 9:30. was at the lot before 9:30 for someone to show up at 10:30 am . very unprofessional and they messed up my car now it’s making a noise when I make turns. this business needs to b closed.

Company towed a car of a 12 year resident with the parking pass hanging in the window. John was very rude, unhelpful and said he was the manager and to take it up with the company. The picture that was taken by the driver Brian was such poor quality you could barely see through the front windshield where the pass was visibly hanging. This type of business is making money off of tenants that are following the rules. Completely unprofessional. Now the matter will have to be settled in court.

How this place is allowed to operate is absolutely beyond me. The biggest scam I’ve ever witnessed. Called earlier in the day to set up a time to pick up a car and still waited over an hour past that set time until someone finally arrived. Also had to call at least 20 times to get a hold of them. They charge $300 with $50 being an “overnight charge”, even though they grabbed it in the middle of the night. Then, they won’t give me the car because it’s registered to a family member who lives 10 hours away and say I need power of attorney to get it released. So now they get to keep it another night and charge another $50. And to top it off they ask me if I called the cops knowing there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This place is a scam. They have upped the charge to $300 for towing. I called way in advance to ask someone to be there to pick up my car at 5:00 and then they didn’t pick up the phone until 6:00. Then continued to tell me it would be another hour. Absolutely ridiculous. All apartment complexes should opt for a different service so that they can keep their tenants.

Once again we are waiting hours at their lot to retrieve our vehicle this gives us tow drivers a bad rap. We have your money we are here ready to pay and you ignore us to go on another call to Lexington park. If your drivers are this slow you need to hire people who do the right thing. Also not even answering calls after waiting here for damn near two hours is a joke! Glad I chose not to work for these people. Then when they get there they have a car with NO STRAPS ON THREE OF THE WHEELS. driver says they don’t have too. Going to be reporting the tomatoes already been in contact with our HOA. Only way to hold them accountable is to go over the owners head. Want a better rep jnj? Hire competent employees.

310 dollars to get a vehicle out after only being held for less than 12 hours is insane. My friends car was removed from his apartment, by this towing company even though he lives in the apartment area. They tried to tell him that it was because his registration was out of date, but then they switched to saying he didn't have the correct parking sticker, even though the new stickers had just been sent out via mail.

I’d give them a zero star if i could. Very unprofessional. They stole two of my guest vehicles and held them overnight to make more money when my leasing term doesn’t specify how visitors violate the apartment parking agreement. I called and one of the drivers hung up on me and the owner called me on a private number so he can continue to talk very unprofessionally. The owner is very obnoxious and will not let you get a word in because they don’t care and only want to hear that you are on the way to pay. They are so use to people just paying them and not challenging their wrong doings. One hundred percent would not recommend for anything! With all these bad reviews this company has, i don’t see how they are still licensed. They false advertise that you can pick up vehicles 24/7 but they aren’t always available and make you wait an egregious amount of time hence false advertising! They say the towing fee is $250 and the holding fee $30 but the very next morning tried to charge my guest $380 a piece? Best thing to do is take the time and sue them because they know honest hard working people don’t have the time or money and thats why they get away with it being so crocked!

If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would. I understand and respect the laws however when your vehicle is towed with the parking pass visible in the vehicle. How do I know this well the driver took a picture of the pass stating it was towed due to the pass not being visible then hung up on my mother when she called. So now I had to pay 280.00 because I had a parking pass in the vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My guest had a valid parking pass in their vehicle and they STILL towed it and said it would be $280. They then said they don’t do overnight release, it’s 9PM on a Wednesday and some of us have actual work in the morning. Awful, con artist and they deserve to be out of business.

They took my car out of an apartment complex that I was permitted to be in, and they stole my car before 10:30 and when I picked it up the next morning they charged me for two days. Customer service is a joke. They were hours behind when they said they'd be at the lot to get my car out. Rude, condescending, and overall terrible people to deal with. Never use them if you can help it, go ANYWHERE ELSE.

So, I'm not going to lie; having a vehicle towed in the middle of the night sucks. I was ticked.. who wouldn’t be? Here is the thing though: I was towed because I broke a rule. It's a tough one to take, but you just have to admit when you are wrong. Jay(Fly, Eagles Fly 🦅 )was polite and cooperative. I have nothing but positive things to say about the man. He was helpful and respectful, explained the rules about why I was towed, and showed me the pictures of my violation. He did a walk-through inspection of my vehicle with me, explained the process, and was highly professional. He even let me use his light to look at my truck. I appreciated the respect he had for my vehicle and for me. It’s a dangerous and challenging job, and he waited after hours for me to pick my truck up. JNJ catches a lot of bad reviews, and I think this is unfair. They are just doing their job. Lucky thing for me in the end my door was unlocked and my wedding ring was in the truck. Someone could have stolen it. So, take a deep breath and self-evaluate. The lesson for me today is don't break any rules.. even if you think it's just a small one. Be safe out there, Jay. -Chris

I’m typing this review as we wait at their parking lot to claim our car. We’ve been waiting for an hour. We’ve called multiple times and they seem to have an attitude instead of apologizing for the long wait. “We’ll be there in couple of minutes” and “he’ll be there shortly” were there excuses in the past hour. Horrible company trying to scam people. $250 for towing, $30 “processing fee” and $30 for “storage”. 0/10. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

They are rude. I called this morning about my guest’s car getting towed because I missed one letter on the guest parking registration at my apartment. The man that answered kept talking over me and was not allowing me to explain the situation. Of course I was not happy about the towing but I remained respectful. I proceeded to show up to pick the car, I had to wait one hour and then the other man that opened the gate told me he wasn’t going to show up and then he said that they charge people different rates. Why am I getting charge $280!? Anyways, I understand they’re trying to do their job but poor customer service and scammers.

They are scam artist. Working with apartment complex to charge for parking. If you get towed. It says 24 hour recovery. This is not true.. called and said someone in route be 30 minutes. Got there no one there. Called again said someone is in route. Waiting over an hour now and no one has showed up. And they do not answer the phone

This company is nothing but a scam, taking people's money. I came into town to help my sister move had a parking pass in my window. Pulled up to her apartment was not even there 30min., went in to grab stuff to put in the car happen to look outside to see the tow truck hooked to my car. I explained to him I had a pass that we were loading the car. He said it would be $125 to drop it and an more to pick later. She paid the 125, and after he left several other tenants said the same thing has happened to them . This company is robbing thousands of dollars from tenants everyday. From a low income housing development. They have no warning and no posted signs. I guess when we bring the uhaul that will get towed also? Any suggestions on how to stop this.

Car was towed for have dead tags. Quoted one price then as soon as I’m ready to pick up I’m told of some extra fees. Then waited over an hour for someone to come to the tow yard because no one answered the phone for a business that supposedly runs 24/7. Very displeased with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

This was the worst towing experience I have ever had. They towed my car on Wednesday out of my complex. I called the guy for 4 days straight while he gave me the run around to get my vehicle. He charged me extra for storage after he told me he wouldn’t due to HIM telling me the wrong times. If your car gets towed by these guys GOOD LUCK. They will try to nickel and dime you while holding your vehicle for days. 4 days and $400 later I was finally able to get my vehicle. I don’t mind paying the towing fee but the extra storage fees were BS. And if you’re a female be sure to have a guy talk to them because they will give you the run around and charge unnecessary fees to get over.

Terrible thieves that prey on low income apartment complexes. They will do illegal tows just because they normally get away with it. They put a warning sticker on my vehicle but didn’t check off or write down what the warning was for. And when I talked to the owner, he said that they don’t have to tell me what the warning is for?? Mind you that I’m parked in a legal parking space with proper registration and apartment parking sticker on my windshield. Comes to find out they towed my vehicle 4 pm in the afternoon for a flat tire. The tire has only been flat no longer than 24hrs. Ridiculous. Then they want to charge you $280 smh. I finally got my vehicle back without paying a dime if it wasn’t for my property manager. Just watch out for these thieves out here.

This is the shadiest towing company around. Just dealt with them in my complex when one of the drivers girlfriends came and tried to fight a resident for thanking the driver for not towing her car. Been towed myself 3 times now with a pass in my car. They manipulated the picture they took to not show my pass on the dashboard. When you try to get your car out you have to wait in a shady area with no office for someone to show up and unlock the gate. I've waited over 30 mins each time. I'd recommend pj's towing because this place will do anything for a quick buck

Car was towed within 25 minutes of me being parked at an apartment complex while I was working for tenants. When I went out and noticed my vehicle missing, I tracked my cars location; it was already at the impound 20 minutes away. JNJ is a predatory tow company without a doubt. The sign said nothing of a pass and I was not "unauthorized". 2 cars in the entire parking lot btw and I was in guest spot. Not to mention car was not impounded but 2hrs and most that time was spent waiting on someone to come release my vehicle and I was charged $280 (with daily fee). The only way was to pay cash and I was told would be getting a reciept via email which never came through. I do not recommend feeding into this shady business and would recommend PJ's or Willie's Towing instead.

I got towed for having an “expired” parking pass. No one gives you any warning or any news about having to renew your parking pass. I was told by JnJ towing that my parking pass expired September 2021 and was towed last night (November 5th 2021). It’s crazy cause I actually had a parking pass in my car, and looking at my video doorbell the guy randomly approached my car out of all the cars in the parking lot & towed it. If my car expired in September why didn’t they tow it then? It’s weird cause in the same day I mentioned to my leasing office I was canceling my lease and this happens. I’m not sure if this is a rental office issue for not mentioning anything to residents about having to renew their parking pass that we have to pay for. Or if JnJ towing company works with the rental office to keep track of “expired” parking passes just so they can get their money & still give residents no documentation warning or notice. I had to pay $280 just to get my car back, I also noticed their were scratches on the side of my vehicle once arriving to pick up my vehicle at the lot (I took photos at the lot as well) that definitely wasn’t there before. Also i had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get to the lot at 2:30am in the cold. Will be filling law suit & police report on this company.

On 26 August 2021 my daughter stopped to grab something from a friend's house. She parked where she was told was authorized for visitors. She was only at her friend's for less than 10 minutes. I got a hysterical phone call that her car was missing. I advised her to call the police who told her it was towed. She immediately called the tow company and was told she needed $280 cash. This was probably before they even made it to Leonardtown. She was told someone would meet her in about 30 to 45 minutes. The area where she was to meet this company is a dark somewhat scary area. My daughter needs her car to work. Thankfully her father was able to cover some of her appointments. However, my daughter had to stand in the dark for well over 2 HOURS before someone showed up. This person instead of introducing themselves honked the horn of his vehicle wanting her to come to him. This is a unsafe option for any woman. She was also told she had to sign a document that she was not given the opportunity to read. This company gives a predatory and sketchy vibe. I would definitely not voluntarily use them.
