Today I needed a new battery for my Toyota van. I dealt with Will, who was extremely helpful in explaining options of batteries available and that I needed a few small things for installation. I really appreciated that he installed the new one. Will was very friendly, courteous, & professional.

Eliana V , is such an amazing employee. She took her time and was so vigilant and patient enough to talk my children through what she was doing. Her positive attitude and professional demeanor really shined especially because they were busy and it was only her and Ken . They both were so funny and kind to me and my three children . This has been my store for years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon! Great job you guys 🥹🩵

What a joke, don’t count on them ordering a part for you, it will take days. Deliver in 24 hours nope. Call you when it comes in nope. Rude, lies, 5 days, 5 trips to the store for nothing. Order from Amazon from now on. You need your vehicle don’t count on them for any help.

Thomas and Maria went out of their way charging my battery tonight. Thomas had my old battery out before I even purchased the new one. Top notch service especially with Thomas working!

Had some light bulb issues with my Ford F-150 and Sam with a smile, and knowledge installed the bulbs and made sure everything was right before I left.. great guy!! Ask for Sam!!!!

Called all 3 locations in the county for a wheel bearing, was told that leonardtown store was the only one that had it in stock. This store tells me they in fact do have it and give me a price so I drive almost an hour to pick it up just to be told they do not have it and they acted like they had no idea what part I was even talking about.

I took my car to auto zone in Leonardtown last night for a battery check. Demetrius was absolutely wonderful. I have an suv and was told by the dealer that my battery was weak. The battery was hard to get to but Demetrius was able to remove it and gave it a full check. And he was very happy and so nice to work with. The battery was at 100 percent. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. We go auto Zone for everything. We had our wipers replace by a young lady that was just so nice. I highly recommend this store. Thank you, Demetrius. It is a pleasure to actually get good customer service which is so rare these days.

In store customers not a priority. Will take phone calls in your face AFTER they start your transaction with no "can you give me a sec please" or any acknowledgement of you approaching or starting the transaction. Rude. Will drive further for better customer service from now on.

I called in need of a battery I was in between jobs and was becoming frantic because my car would barely start and nobody wants to be stranded. I called them they said to come in and they would help me. And they did! Tested and installed my new battery. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you so much to the 2 fellas working!

William helped me return an item and then checked, and changed my battery. He noticed my old battery was from AutoZone and looked up the purchase and saved me 70 dollars on the new installed battery. Great service! Thank you William and the manager.

We had one awesome person that waited on us. He treated us like we we're the only people there even when would greet other customers but still treated us like number one. He was absolutely amazing

Robert replaced my headlight bulb for me. He worked hard because my car's configuration made it very tricky. He was extremely patient, cheerful, and friendly!

I usually enjoy Autozone and their employees. I recently just bought a new vehicle and spent around $200 in parts and accessories in the past two days at this location. When I found out one of the items was missing a part, i tried to do a exchange. an older gentleman I assumed the manager was very rude and had a poor tone towards me. He also hinted that I was stealing. Never been met with such poor customer service.

Very courteous, had thebattery that I needed for my car, and one of their employees even installed it for me. That sure saved me the time of having to find some place to take the dead battery. Very nice people.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I came in the store associate greeted me right away & assisted me in looking up the items I needed. He actually came out with me & was able to assist me by installing the the back license plate light bulbs & back window windshield washer that I purchased. I was very impressed!! I'll give them business of mine any time I need parts from now on!

I think this place is great! I needed a new light bulb for over my license plate & a back windshield wiper. The items themselves are a little bit pricey in comparison to Wal-Mart or online, however it was truly worth it for me because I didn't spend much time there at all questioning what I needed at all. A store associate immediately greeted me, he helped me by searching my vehicle & was able to get both items for me quickly. Once purchased, the same store associate came out to my car with me & assisted me in the installation!!! I tried to tip the gentleman & he wouldn't accept the money. I left there with both items already replaced & my car was good to go! Couldn't have been a happier customer. I'll definitely use them again.

My wife took her car through a car wash which snapped off one of the wiper blades. The man that helped us realized that a portion of the old blade was still attached and found and installed the correct replacement. He asked if I was a veteran and gave us a discount. He was pleasant and helpful throughout.

Knowledgeable staff, with what appeared to me to be the expected grumpy manager. I'm editing this about a year after my original review. The store is open until 9pm weekdays. I found myself in a bad position, needing ATF at 8:40. I pulled into the lot at 8:45 and parked dead center in front of the store. I was close enough to see the manager look at me disgustedly and shake his head as he worked the register right along the front window. I told him as I walked past that I'd be out of his hair in 3 minutes. Took closer to 5, as the clock read 8:50 after I checked out and ran back out to my car. That included paying for the ATF and letting the bespectacled manager know people don't appreciate being looked at like an inconvenience. Honestly folks, the money I spend 10 minutes before your business closes is income as much as the money spent at 4pm. If it's really trouble for the staff to keep a store open until it's posted closing hour, I can go to Walmart, probably get the same material cheaper and not have to deal with them. There's also a perfectly good AutoZone down near Charlotte Hall/Mechanicsville.

Came in and was immediately greeted at the door asking if I needed help. Said the first thing on my list and took me right to the section I needed and explained all the deals they had going on. I asked about a few more items and showed me a few bundles that we a great discount and exactly what I needed. Looked up parts based off an online item number I found on a different website which they had in stock saving me shipping time. Asked me what I was working on and even told me about a deal they had on seafoam which I had intended to purchase. Will be coming again, amazing experience, won my future business.

Great selection of car accessories. Quick parts ordering, usually next day if they do not have it in stock. Beware of the disgruntled elderly tall man, I have had to find parts and tools that he could not find or just says we don't have it, and they do, just gotta look.

Asst. Manager Ken Wasson could have swapped tasks with the clerk to take care of my return but instead he flailed around like a headless chicken for 10 minutes with another customer. Ultimately, the clerk took care of both customers.
