With being very unprofessional per phone about this whole situation with the glass, I would not, nor recommend this business to anyone. You guys installed the window incorrectly. The vehicle is scratched in areas around the install location due to lack of simply putting some sort of cover in/on to prevent the glass from causing the damage it did, and stating not your problem and nothing you could do about that. You lied to my husband and stated you had cleaned the glass that was everywhere. Sorry, no you didnt. I did. We had to clean inside the vehichle and out on the ground where glass was scattered. The lady who was there who claimed to see it all, didn't see it all happen, due to staying in the vehicle for a good portion of the time and distracted. The seal that you had to remove, that needs to be removed before taking glass off, is gone, which is the seal that needs to be put back on before installing new, yall decided to just trash. I'm guessing it's because you damaged it. Because of the lack of knowledge on yalls part you have made the process worse. You did poor work on the eurothane , claim yall did nothing wrong but super defensive right away when simply asked a few questions or brought up concerns. We simply asked for the seal back and you refuse. You claimed to have thrown it in some randsome dumpster, though we simply asked which one so that we could collect it ourselves, yet you refuse to tell us. Not suspicious at all. I cleaned up all the glass up. Your business showed carelessness and laziness. Oh, and everything is recorded on our ring, just an fyi, so no denial.

If you are in need of a windshield replacement, BDR Glass is your company. They do outstanding work! Their team came out to my work and had my windshield done in under 20 minutes. It was so nice being able to schedule an appointment without having to worry about taking off work, and at an unbeatable price!

UPDATE: BDR responded below and clearly did not read that they were found to be at fault by another business due to a chip they made during installation. The "impact" claimed is the wrinkling of the cheap seal they clumsily left torn during installation. A few months ago we had our windshield replaced by BDR. I came home later that day and inspected the work and the only thing I noticed at a glance was that there was a "raggedy" section of the new seal that was installed, on the vertical section of the driver's side. This cosmetic seal was all gouged up with some sort of tool during installation and I'm not sure why that was deemed fine to them, so I intended to call them to ask them about it. The glass was also not clean on the inside. Just over 2 weeks later when I was taking the vehicle for a drive I noticed a crack had appeared. The crack was coming from the very edge of the glass, which was only noticed once the crack had started to spread beyond the visibility of the A pillar of the vehicle. The vehicle had only been driven once more prior to noticing this and I know nothing hit the windshield, so I called them and politely asked of the possible cause. While I was in the middle of explaining things to the lady that answered the phone she asked me to hold on. A man now picked up the phone and immediately started with, "I'm really sorry, but we don't warranty windshields against cracks or other damage beyond 24 hours". I would have been totally fine with this statement, but I felt this crack formed due to improper installation so I asked them if I can bring the vehicle to them so they could take a look at it to ensure it wasn't improper installation. The man now just kept repeating the quoted phrase above in a fairly condescending tone. He suggested that something HAD to have hit the windshield even after I mentioned to him that nothing had hit it as the vehicle only had a few miles since the install, there were NO impact marks on the glass, and that the crack started from the EDGE of the glass. He then added that he was the one who installed the windshield and it was IMPOSSIBLE that there was any error in installation and continued to refuse to want anything to do with it. I was adamant that as a business they were handling this very unprofessionally and advised him of this when I just asked them to identify the cause. That didn't change anything and we went around in circles until he finally agreed to look at it, and passed the phone back to the lady that originally answered. I was given back to the lady when I asked her, "By the way, was that the owner I was just speaking with?". After being told yes I added that someone should tell him that he really should learn how not to speak to customers". She then responded with how he had to keep telling me that they don't warranty glass, and all I did was waste their time and cost them business for 10 minutes while on the phone with them. I had enough, and decided that the $300-some spent on this windshield that they likely damaged during installation was no longer worth battling them and their terrible customer service, as they would never admit fault based on this conversation. I hung up and never spoke with them further. We then dropped the vehicle off at a more reputable business. At this time the crack had continued to spread further. All we mentioned to this other business was that it was installed a few weeks prior by another company. When we picked it up they showed us that the windshield had chips on the edge where the seal was damaged about 10" up from the crack, as well as a larger chip at the edge right where the crack started-- BDR indeed caused the glass to crack due to bad installation, likely shoving the cheap seal into place with a flat blade screwdriver or something. A junk generic seal was used instead of the nicer one that COMES with these windshields to top it off. The interior sensors were also glued on poorly with sealant. Don't use this company if you don't want to possibly throw away hundreds of dollars to a rude and incompetent business.

I've always used BDR glass for windshields, I had no idea they do the rest of them too! Super fast, came out the next day. They are mobile so they come to you, no interruption to my schedule. There was an issue with my window switch not working (driver's side would not work the passenger side) they came back to fix it and kept in touch till we could find a day that fit our schedules that week. Awesome customer service!

Needed windshield replaced on my truck, did a little research for local companies and not only did they beat the other places price by about $50, but they came to my house instead of me driving to a shop somewhere for no extra charge. The installers were professional, super friendly, and new what they were doing. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future if the need ever arises.

Called up to make an appointment they were out 2 days later very professional and friendly had the windshield out and back in within a 1/2 hour did a lovely job. I would highly recommend this company to do your windshield

Great service. They need to work on responding to online requests, but once I got them on the phone, everything else couldn't have been any better. The price was reasonable, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the windshield was well installed very quickly. This is the second windshield they have replaced for me. The first was actually a reinstall of someone else's poor workmanship. I'll definitely call them again if I need more glass work done.

Had a recent mishap with my rear windshield last week, so I checked both Safelite and BDR. BDR set me up with a quicker appointment and was very affordable. They showed up on time and were very professional. They even cleaned up the broken glass too! I was very impressed with their service and would definitely use their services again.

I had failed an inspection for a scratch on my windshield. Got in contact with them and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, curtesy, and friendliness over the phone. Asked for a quote and they gave me the out the door price which was way cheaper than other places I checked. Setting up my appointment was easy and they where early rather than on time. The job was done in a flash with great attention to detail and personal property. I will certainly use them again if the time comes.

Very impressed with the BDR crew. They were courteous and professional. Were also able to provide services next day and called prior to arrival. Overall time to replace was roughly 35 minutes. Crew was very able and willing to answer all of my questions regarding the service, type of replacement window, warranty and any thing else. Big thanks!

I had the windshield on my jeep replaced in under 30 minutes. They were very nice and friendly. They came all the way out to Huntingtown from St. Mary's. The overall quality and experience was outstanding! I would definitely recommend to everyone, and will use them again!

I called a couple days prior and told them that I had to be at work at the same time that the appointment was set for. I was told they would do their best to get to me on time and they actually got to me early! It was super quick service and they did an amazing job replacing the windshield. This company is the best (prices, customer service, everything)!! They helped us out so much after someone broke into my boyfriends car. I am thoroughly pleased with the customer service and professionalism I experienced getting my windshield replaced on my 2007 Lexus LS460 on Saturday April 27, 2019. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Their quality of work is top notch. Their prices were amazing. Safelite quoted me a price that was literally 6.5 times higher in price than what I was charged here. If you need your windshield repaired or replaced, this is the place you want to come. These guys saved me a quite a bit of money on my windshield replacement. I requested the replacement and they were able to come to my place of work to do the job. All they needed was for me to come out to unlock the car and again to check the completed work and for payment. They did an awesome job. I had this done about 2 weeks ago and have had no issues. Quality work.

Great prices, great service, they come to you! What can I tell you? This is the best glass service I've had. The process is easy you call you set up a date, time and place and they will come replace that auto-glass in a jiffy. Great for busy people. If you pay credit card is a 3% convenience fee and you pay by phone (they don't a have a physical business) pay cash to the technician when he comes and he/she's done with your car. No hassle. Can't ask for more, trust me.

BDR Glass came out and replaced the windshield in our company box truck. I called the insurance company, and they were there the next day. Excellent customer service, excellent work, and showed up on time. We are a busy small business and have a tight schedule to keep up, and BDR worked with our small time window. From one small business to another, I highly recommend.

I used this company to have my windshield replaced and they are amazing! From the prompt response to my quote inquiry, to the telephone conversations for scheduling my appointment, they made this process convenient and painless. BDR were also a lot more affordable than other places In the surrounding area. I have had two windshields replaced. TALK ABOUT CONVENIENT. Not only did they come to me, but they were barely more expensive for a full windshield than other national brands cost for chip repair (think $10). They are fast and efficient. they got me scheduled within 2 days of my call both times I needed a replacement. The gentlemen that arrived were friendly and non-threatening (a priority when they come to your house). As an aside, they recommended a fabulous mechanic whom I have also given 5 stars. It really says something about an establishment when they not only do work that keeps customers loyal, but collaborate other places that do the absolute best work. Highly recommend, and I won't go anywhere else.

Best prices and service. I've had 2 windshields replaced by them. First one I kept putting it off and putting it off. I work a lot so I didn't want my whole day to be taken up with replacing a windshield. They are quick and will try their best to work with your schedule. They do it quick and you can tell they know what they're doing. On top of it they were very nice, would not go to anyone else to replace my windshield.

Professional, efficient, and affordable: BDR Glass came to my house to replace my windshield. From start to finish it only took about 30 minutes. They charged a reasonable $189 compared to the $350 quote I got from a larger chain company. The technicians, Blake and Josh were efficient but also focused on each step of the process. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to replace their windshield. If I ever have to again (hopefully not though) I will definitely be giving them a call.

Excellent Service and Quick Turn Around! You can't beat the price too! I have a Jeep Wrangler that has had its shares of chips on the windshield, but recently had a crack go all the way across my windshield. I needed to get it fixed IMMEDIATELY especially since it caused a bad glare when the sun hit it just right. I couldn't drive it like that. I called BDR Glass on a Friday morning and by Friday afternoon my windshield was replaced. It took about 30-45 mins to completely replace it with a new windshield and they did it right there in front of me! I have a newer jeep so replacing it is more difficult than most windshields since they have a different type of seal for a sleeker look. I'm so glad that they were able to fit me in last minute and get my windshield replaced before the weekend and at a great PRICE! I called around and they not only could get me in last minute, but cost me less than most of the other glass replacement companies. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future! Especially since they are mobile and can come to you which makes it easier to get fixed with work.
