Steve Jung of Jung's Auto has kept my family's vehicles running great for decades!He is a kind soul,honest and,in my opinion,the best in the area.

I was honestly looking forward to visiting this place, but both times I went I was thoroughly disappointed. The mechanics there do not seem to care about fixing the car. They just wanted us to ask a specific question about the car so they can give a broad answer to it and charge $50 for getting the car checked. They will not do/answer anything that they do not get paid for :(

Excellent experience with this shop. They were quick and professional and the price was fair. We’ve taken our Prius here several times and each time was great. I hope they stay in the area!

These guys fixed my car promptly and were able to repair things other shops said needed to be replaced altogether. Reasonable pricing too. Thx again!

I had a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that frequently needed repairs, and this is the only auto shop I will go to because they were able to help keep it running for an affordable price while I saved up for a new car! Every experience I’ve had with them has been a positive one. Very trustworthy, transparent, and always able to give pricing estimates up front. Flexible availability and very accommodating - not to mention respectful and honest! I’ve compared the pricing and experience to other auto shops and Jung Auto is the only place I will take my car and recommend to friends and family.

I am extremely disappointed by this shop. Don't even visit this place. He connects a device to your car and pretends he knows the source of problem. Then, he will charge you a fortune to fix the issue but he basically patch it by after market parts. Avoid this shop by all means.

I have had ALOT of repairs done by them. They are generally good people and good pricing, but MAKE sure they tell you the estimate before they start doing work on your car! You might end up with extra charges you didn’t expect if you don’t check in with them before the repair.

I went in to get my car diagnosed and hopefully repaired but they told me I’m better off getting a new one and basically told me to take my car away implying they refused to do any service work. I can understand how difficult it would be to repair a badly damaged car, but not only was this answer disturbingly minimalistic, I was also willing to pay for even just the smallest of repairs. I wish this business well but if your vehicle has “too many codes” reading I don’t recommend taking it here.

I had a nail stuck in my tire. All of the big name places had a multi-hour wait. I pulled in here and was patched and out the door in 15 minutes for far less than what the big box repair shops were quoting. Friendly staff here who appear to be a small mom & pop shop. Thanks guys.

Would suggest that you don't come here! I've literally never felt the need to leave a negative Google review before but felt obligated to because of how shady they were in my case–really felt like a classic case of folks taking advantage of people that normally wouldn't know any better (I only did thanks to a friend that's more knowledgeable about cars). If you want more details: I brought my car in because my engine was stuttering and found out it was a cylinder misfire. They told me that the cylinder was on the back bank (much harder to access and replace) instead of the front bank (where it actually was, much easier to replace) and that I needed to replace all three back ignition coils and six spark plugs for almost a grand. A different quote from another mechanic and a quick Google search revealed that the cylinder was actually on the front and should have been a much easier job to fix–like, something I could feasibly even do at home (which they admitted to after I called them about it). I'm not sure if this was just because of incompetence or whether it stemmed from a place of maliciousness (I really hope it was the first one), but when I came back to retrieve my car they got extremely defensive despite not being able to explain why they had told me I needed to replace only the back three coils instead of the front one that actually had issues. Then they refused to give me my keys back (which I'm vaguely sure is illegal because they didn't perform any repair services and I didn't sign anything) until I paid a random $40 diagnosis fee (which, sure, would have been fine and reasonable, except that they told me the wrong information AND didn't inform me I would have to pay that fee ahead of time if I decided against their recommendation). It's seriously such a shame because some of the other reviews had made me think this was a more ethical place! Save yourself a headache (and some tears, in my case) and try finding another place :')

As a woman, I been overpriced so many times by other mechanics and most of the times will fix unecesary things. This gentleman will tell you how it is, is it worth fixing it, check cars when you are buying them used. I been coming to this shop for the past two years, and I wised up and compare with other mechanics, his work is fair price, quality work, and their fixes wont go bad or keep adding unecesary things to fix. If I move I will still be driving from where I move to get to his shop. They have a customer for life. Anyone that I care for I recommend this mechanic. Fairly priced, great honest mechanics and very experienced and know their stuff. The best I can do is refer them and give them a good review.

I was in a time crunch, on a roadtrip headed out west. I needed to have a tire rub looked at. The owner was nice enough to quickly throw my car up on the rack, and verify if we had a safety issue or if it was something I could continue my travels on. It was good service and I really appreciated his helpfulness in the time I needed it!

Had to get my transmission lines replaced and they were able to do it for a much cheaper price than the other auto repair shop (Saved $300!!). Didn't try to sell any additional things, very professional, definitely recommend!! Also fixed everything very quickly.

Had a busted radiator. Called at 8:30 on a Monday. He told me he could check out our Yukon at 10:00. He had it fixed by 3:30 that afternoon. Price was very reasonable, especially since he fixed it in one day. Great job!

My car was making some unusual noises while driving it so I dropped it off at Jung’s. He had it back to me within 2 days and fixed multiple things while also servicing my brakes and changing the oil. Great price and great service! I am so happy I used Jung’s.

Good guy to do business with, they get the job done! They do it right, they explain what needs to be done, and complete it the right way! Don't go looking for a new shop, go because Steve is honest top notch and knows his stuff!

honest, dependable mechanic. there were many times where he could have charged me but didn’t. I never had a problem with my car for the over two years he serviced it. and he never tried to sell me things I didn’t need

I've been going to Jungs for 12 yrs, and it's because of my friends Reynaldo aka Rey, the main lead mechanic. Very honest guy and trustworthy, never tries to oversell you with expensive repairs unless is necessary. i only take my car to him, there are very few reliable honest mechanics in the area and he is one of them.

Mr. Jung checked out my daughter's car after it was making strange noises upon her return to College Park for the fall semester. We wanted to make sure it was safe for her to drive. He drove it for a while, let it run for an hour, and checked under the hood, and all the fluid levels were ok. He called me and said it was ok, he couldn't find anything wrong. This gave me peace of mind, and on top of that for all his time he only charged us $35. I would highly recommend Jung's Auto Services.

I never leave reviews, this is actually my first on google. But since it’s so hard to find a good mechanic I needed to say that Mr. Jung is just as amazing on the phone as he is in person. He has a very kind demeanor and his work is fairly priced. Thus far he has been honest with us and work gets completed very quickly. I am impressed! He could have easily taken advantage of me when I told him I thought my transmission was out. He said not to worry that it was probably just a hose and in fact that was the case. He will not make you spend your money on the most expensive repair and for that I am grateful to him. Amazing mechanic, truly deserves 5 stars!!

HONEST and FAIR! Took my sons car to Jung's and dealt with him over the phone from FL. He fixed the car quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Being a woman and having my son there in school, car repairs can be intimidating.Thank You Jung’s!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mr. Jung was definitely a breath of fresh air. I live in my van. Me, one other person and four cats. Mr. Jung was kind enough to work on my vehicle with the animals inside. Every other auto shop I've tried has refused. Not only has he and his crew done great work, but he's a understanding individual. He'll be my go to guy while I live in this area.

Jung provides great service at reasonable price. I usually can get my car taken care of within a day without appointment. Note: no waiting room or car loan possibility.

For the longest time the hood on my car would not close properly due to a fender bender I was in. The gentlemen at Jung's Auto fixed it free of charge. An honest and reliable mechanic.

Been with him for 16 years. Honest man and there really isn't anything he or his team doesn't know about your car or can't find out. I travel to him because I know the work will get done right the first time. If your on the fence hopefully I pushed you off of it. Lol.

I had a Borla Atak exhaust installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Jung's auto was fairly priced, fast, and did a great job with the installation. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

PLS NEVER GO TO THIS SERVICE. Yesterday, I went to this auto service and want to have a mechanical check of my car. They just had a look at the front cover and took a test drive, and then they came back and told me that my car need tire balance, filter change and injection service. They charged me 25$ for this check. I know, 25$ is no big deal. But this mechanical check for my car is really terrible. I asked one of my friend, who is a professional repairer in GA, he told me they did nothing to my car and just talked something useless. The real mechanical check at least needs to lift your car and see if there exist leaking somewhere. But this auto service just want to earn that 25$ and do nothing useful. Its really terrible.
