Recently moved to the area, and after trying other auto shops, I'm sticking with Superior Auto Repair. The first time I came in, they took the time and sat down with me to explain the issues with my car. The second time I came in, again, I had a very welcoming and professional experience from the staff. Plus they have a clean seating area for customers and a great food truck on site!
I was sent to superior auto repair and tires as a secondary choice to get my tires done. They had my tire size in their inventory and they were able to change my tires and complete an alignment all in the same day. They also identified that I needed new brakes and they also completed that as well within a short period of time so I’m very happy with the service.
Brought in my Honda HRV, they fixed its tire problem in about 15 mins with a very cheap price. They also gave me a complementary air freshener, great service.
I received expert service at Superior Auto Repair on Wednesday September 3, and was very satisfied with the kind considerate and knowledgeable service I received from the staff. I recommend to anyone needing service to check out this expert team. I am very happy with the service I received.
I got a dash cam installed here, front and rear plus the engine thing for parking mode. They did a really neat and thorough job and were done in a couple of hours. Most importantly, they were transparent about the pricing from the beginning. Really nice people too, answered all the questions I had.
Amazing service! I hit a pothole and needed a last minute tire change. They took me in and were extremely nice and professional. They offered to allow me to relax in their beautiful very clean seating area. When I offered to pay early they rejected it because they wanted to make sure I like the work that they did! Also they are very affordable
They finished very quickly and even gave me a free car air freshener. I am very grateful for it them and their great service!
I had a great experience here and the employees were very kind. I needed a new tire and they had it ready to mount later the same day. I will definitely be returning for any car repairs in the future.
Great service. They didn’t try to sell me more tires than I needed. Just replaced only the one tire that was flat and said the rest of my tires were still good.
I came to them to fix a part for my car and they were all so nice and friendly. The mechanics fixed it up quick and helped identify a problem with my horn. They were extremely helpful and I will definitely be returning the next time I mess up my car.
The guys at Superior are very much top notch... They were very professional...courteous..respecta-ble and knowledgeable .. I spoke with Matthew who explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle.. Me being very concerned I placed quite a few calls to him.. Not once did he lose patience with me.. I would recommend anyone and everyone who needs their vehicle serviced to go to SUPERIOR AUTO REPAIR.. These guys deserve a lot more than 5 stars... I went in to fix my grandpa’s tire, Matthew and the team gave such a good price to replace all tires my grandpa finally said yes to replacing them all.
It was all very quick, they even gave me a free alignment. I’m coming back next time my car needs to be fixed.
Super friendly staff and very fast service! The facility was spotless, with a large, comfortable waiting room and a clean bathroom. Everyone was informative, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable. Great experience overall!
People here are nice and very attentive. Went for an oil change and they identified some issues with my car. They gave clear explanation of the issues and show me video of them. Definitely recommend this shop if you are in College Park and have car issues
The staff at this facility were very courteous and polite. Things were explained very well and I got the feeling that I was in good hands. The work that was done met expectations and the staff made the experience more relaxing. This will be where I go now for anything else that needs to be done to my vehicle.

Superior did a great job on my engine. They were competitive in pricing. I found through them that BMW of Silver Springs is a rip off. All anyone would need them for is a diagnostic. I would go back to Superior for my services in the future. Mathew handled my issues and gave me services I needed that BMW did not include in their price. Good job guys.

Superior Auto did an excellent job with the tune-up on my BMW X3 M40i. Angie was very transparent and understanding throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and making sure everything was clear. I needed an alignment done. Walked in the gym and told me he could have me done in 40 minutes due to his word he had me done in 40 minutes. He was really polite, really engaging. I trust him with my car again
The worst experience. They didn’t know what was wrong so they made up things. The person was trying to hide their mistake and instead of being transparent she was typing it for her manager to read and not let me see or know. I wasted all day to be told they fixed the wrong part, they called me next day to pick up my car, it wasn’t even fixed I lost hours at work. Half way back to work, my car gave exact same signal I brought it in for and had to be towed back to a mechanic shop. Very unprofessional, they didn’t know I spoke Spanish and were talking about what they did wrong. Overall horrible experience, I notified my insurance and will also dispute the charges. Don’t go here! Very unprofessional and shady.
They did a beautiful job on repair my car and waxed it. She looks brand new!!! They were very informative on what was broken and what they repaired. They were polite, professional and had a quick turnaround. Definitely come here for all you car troubles. Great job Super Auto team 💪🏻
I paid $40.00 plus tax to get my tire plugged. When I told friends about what was done, they all said I overpaid. The quote for an oil change was $20.00 higher than I typically pay. During my visit, I was told the car was ready, but there was no other communication. I had to ask what was done and what the expectations were. They do have a clean waiting area. There is convenient online booking.
Very professional and courteous service! I had to make an emergency stop because of engine smoke, and it was right in front of Superior Auto. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave further recommendations. Sheikh and Eric shared information and helped me make decisions in a complicated situation.
