Been here for my 2014 and 2023 Challengers and I appreciate the pictures they take to show you what they found. They don’t try to upcharge you and perform unnecessary maintenance which I appreciate.
My husband had to fix his windows on our 2017 infinity they took care of it the same day. Nike Boles was extremely nice, professional and told use what was needed to fix the car. We will be back again and will recommend anyone to come to this shop.

Pugh's Garage has great efficiency. The overnight drop-off was convenient. A tech called giving me the details for the cost associated with the service should I give approval. Not only that, the work on the vehicle clearly was handled professionally, promptly, and courteously.
I have been going to Pugh’s for over 15 years now and am consistently appreciative of their work and how they take care of me/my car. I just had to get my catalytic converter replaced; the dealership wanted to charge me ~$6500 for it, and Pugh’s was able to do it for less than $1400. I’m so glad that I came back here rather than just sticking with the dealership!
I found my go-to mechanic for my new Chrysler 300C! Staff is very professional, thorough, and courteous. I asked for a courtesy check-up and received estimates that I can budget for and work with. I loved that all work and estimates were fully documented. Please keep it up!
One star is far too generous for this establishment. Made me wait 2 hours just to tell me they couldn’t do an inspection on my vehicle. The person working there was extremely rude and had an attitude, I believe his name was Herbert. I am normally not an angry individual and can keep my cool however this has pushed me to my limits. DO NOT RECOMMEND
If I could give 0 I would, waste of time and money. Failed me for inspection for nothing, then went 20 mins after to another inspection station and passed same day nothing changed. Waste of 110, also more expensive then surrounding jobs who will do a quicker better job. Do not recommend
I called in the morning and they were able to service my car that same day. Fixed a in my puncture my tire. All for a good price. Quality work. Thank you!

I’ve taken my car to Pugh’s twice now over the past few years for work and I’m always impressed with their professionalism and how well they communicate with their customers. I really appreciate everyone at Pugh’s, I recommend them to anyone who needs honest work done.
The guys at the shop were able to fix my overheating issue on my 2003 marauder. They communicated with me through the entire time it was in the shop.
They recommended an upgrade that they installed and now the engine is running cooler than ever.
I will be using this shop for all my repairs as I build this car back up.
Things went fine and we'll be back. $500 to fix a broken wire seems a little steep, but I'm not angry about it: took a long time to isolate and Labor isn't cheap. Other repairs seemed very reasonably priced. Always appreciate the straightforward communication at Pugh's.

I had my car towed in for new spark plugs and a oil change, the mechanic went over everything thing that was needed to get my car back on the road, the wait was not long and the price was reasonable, they definitely have me for a long time customer. Kudos for great service.
Definitely our new Auto Shop - Great service for me and family! Close to home, and convenient for when we had to tow to location in College Park, MD and smooth turnaround with repairs as well! Close to metro, and safe community & location when needing to uber as well. Highly recommended!
A Lyft customer messed up with the automatic system of my car's sliding door and I found this shop on Google. When I went to the office, a gentleman greeted me. I told him that what problem I have with my car and he said come with me and show me. He did not try to tell me that you need to make an appointment are we are very busy already but he just fixed it within 10 seconds and he did not charge me even a penny for that.
It clearly shows that these people working at this car shop are very honest and certainly they are not greedy at all. I wish I was living in that area but I live in Montgomery County Maryland. I will highly recommend this shop.

I couldn't thank Pugh's enough for being so helpful and honest - I came in convinced that I'd need my driver's rear tire replaced on my AWD vehicle (aka potentially four tires for a pretty penny). It wouldn't have taken much convincing to just sell me the tires, but instead they took a look and found it only needed a patch. Nick was super patient with me and my questions. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by afternoon. Thanks again!
Brought my car here to get a second opinion on some repairs requires. Pugh's garage did an inspection and said we didn't need anything! It would have been so easy for them to "find" something and collect hundreds of dollars from us, but they have integrity. And now they also have my business going forward.
I am very pleased with Pugh’s Garage. This is my first visit - I worked with Nick, who is very competent and transparent with my vehicle repairs. He listened and provided great feedback on repairs and best practices for my vehicle.
Friendly, straight-forward, honest service. Kept me updated on issues they discovered on my car's state inspection and explained concepts well if I had questions. I primarily communicated with Nick, but all staff I encountered were lovely and exceptional!
If I could give this place 6 stars I would but I don’t see the option and will have to settle for 5. I brought a mini cooper in with a check engine light and this shop fixed me up with a new engine for a car that was over 10 years old finding the best price in a timely manner. After they had already ordered the part and I went to pay, my bank had put a fraud hold on my card and I couldn’t get them to lift it to pay for the service I had requested. Instead of complaining about the hassle, they were patient/flexible and let me come back the next day to complete the order even though I had scheduled myself in for that day, which was considerate. Furthermore they gave a 5 year warranty and when the car engine had issues again fixed it immediately, having a convenient after hours key drop that I was able to use ( the day I had car troubles was a federal holiday). I got a call back the next day about what needed to be fixed, and they always let me know when the vehicle is ready. Recently I took the car in for an oil change and they observed an issue with the front axle. It took them less than a week to order the part and change my oil. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is definitely the shop to go to. Whenever I take my car there people are kind, reliable and have fair prices. They even put a paper under foot when fixing the car to avoid getting the floor dirty. Bottom line they pay attention to detail while getting the job done and I’m grateful to have the shop in my community. It’s been a blessing— I may have worries on a day to day basis, but my car is not one of them because I know it’s in good hands.
I’ve gone to Pugh’s twice now and they are truly the best. I always check with my dad to see if the work Pugh’s says my car needs done is realistic and reasonably priced, and Pugh’s has never let me down. They do quick efficient work and I can count on them to keep my car running safely.
