The guys working yesterday installed new wipers for me while it was still raining outside. It's always a struggle to get help from anyone when I go to Advance or AutoZone, so the last set I bought from others, I installed wrong and ruined my wipers. Thanks to these guys working yesterday that exceeded my expectations for service, and really glad I tried Napa this time.
Parking can be challenging with only 5 spaces and 3 taken by NAPA vehicles. Beware. The service cashiers were incredibly helpful at changing windshield wiper blades
Curteous staff. Good store. Prefer this over AAP. Negative reviews are relatable. Mostly about operating hours and hold time on the call.
Staff is very helpful. Never be rude to these guys if your objective is to get your car fixed. More often than not, you're going there for more than just buying parts. (Tool sharing, advise, & parts on-demand, etc.)
Terrible on phone service. On hold on for 25-30 mins just to get info on an order. Unacceptable telling me “If you can’t wait 30 mins then just call back”
They should be more serious and not play with people times. I was there at 7:30 to pick up a part and it was closed and the website says that they open at seven, so what is this?

First off they have the best and most supportive staff ever. Cici is Heaven sent. She is a great manager who took care of my issue with excellence. Her staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
The people that work here are incredible they took care of my problem and I was on my way. Save me 150 to 200 dollars I luv them. I wish I remember names because I would shout them out.

Great staff, they were very helpful when I was looking for a replacement CV boot and I have returned for other parts like oil/filters. I appreciate their willingness to check other stores or order for later pickup if they are out of anything. Definitely beats the Autozones/Advance Autos in the area.
The folks at this location were friendly, had the window regulator I needed in stock, and even offered a nice discount to help me out. I really appreciated all their help.
Wasn't sure if we were having battery or alternator problems. Gary was awesome and really went out of his way to help us out. 10/10 will come back for future auto part needs.
The store itself is fine and and all associates are very helpful and professional. However, there is an extremely pushy and nasty looking bum on the bicycle was hanging around on the parking lot, offering any kind of automotive mechanic work for a very cheap price. Management should keep this kind of solicitors away from renown brand, isn't it ?

I literally drive past other auto parts stores including other "Napa" stores to get to this place. Here you will get great customer service with an abundance of knowledge.
