Long story short: We had to total my son’s car because of them. My son hit a deer. No frame damage. Airbags didn’t deploy. Just the hood, quarter panel, light, and front grill/bumper. Insurance company works with Mike’s. $4k estimate. Dropped it off on day 1. They said it would take 10 days, give or take. Day 11 I drive by because we hadn’t heard anything. The car is sitting under a metal carport with the hood, bumper, and side panels off to the side. The mechanic comes out and says it's the car that’s being totalled. No one ever called me. On day 3, they found a loose wire on the top of the engine requiring the entire harness to be replaced for $3k plus 6 hours of labor and a dent in the radiator bracket. That changed the estimate to $10k- more than the insurance threshold.
No one ever called me. It sat outside, uncovered for over a week. The cabin air filter was open and exposed during a rain. There were leaves all in the engine compartment. Day 12, a Friday, I contact the insurance company and start figuring out my options. Day 16, a Tuesday, I call Mike’s to find out how I could walk away from the insurance claim because I found a shop that would replace the 1 loose wire with a $100 pigtail and leave the radiator as is because it doesn’t affect the structure. He says it will cost me $110 a day in storage fees. From here the relationship goes sideways and the insurance company gets involved to tell him he can’t do that. Unfortunately, at this point, I can’t drop the insurance claim to fix it ourselves or take the car back as a salvage title after it was exposed to the elements and questioning what other damage would show up that wasn’t there during the first estimate.
I would give Mike’s Auto Body a 10/5 if I could. I picked them out of a google search to repair my car after an accident. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster. Brandon provided progress updates along the way. He was professional, friendly and wonderful to work with. When I picked up my car it looked fantastic, plus they vacuumed the inside! Everyone there did a great job. I highly recommend them.
Proud member of AAA and was paired with Mike’s auto body as a service provider for a tow. Waited roughly 20 mins AND saw the truck pass by and still never came. Had to call back AAA and they said that he didn’t have a flat bed so he couldn’t tow us which I think was a lie and he might’ve gotten another call or who knows what. The saddest part is that I broke down in an unsafe location. Very unprofessional.
The quality of the work was awesome, and they got it done super quick. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend them if you need your car fixed!
We were stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow for two hours before we got in touch with Mike's. Kevin came right over and was such a huge help! It was clear he knew what he was doing and he did it well. Even helped us push our car into our garage after dropping it off! We are so grateful, I couldn't recommend him more!
Unfortunately, insurance wrote our car off as totaled before it could make it to Mike’s but working with Katelyn while we waited for insurance to decide was great. She was very friendly, answered all my questions and helped with a form I needed. Next time I need an autobody shop, I will be using Mike’s.
I had a flat tire and was having a ton of trouble getting the tire off my car. I tried getting help from a couple other places and they couldn't. Got in touch with Mike's and they sent Ethan and he had everything taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving. Thank you for getting everything handled so quickly and pleasantly.
The driver was really nice and courteous picked up my girlfriend's car took it 4 miles to the garage and charged us over $115 which I think was a little ridiculous this is not the first time I've used this company
My car broke down in a very busy intersection. It was so stressful and I was frantic! Tim came to my rescue! He was so friendly, quick, and professional. He was very courteous and personable. I highly recommend this company and Tim! Thank you again, Tim!

They are an auto body shop and towing service. They don't do mechanical repairs, but they recommend a shop that could help, and they towed me there.

Would recommend to anyone who needs body work! They did an amazing job keeping me updated about when my car would be ready with emails and phone calls. They were also kind enough to vacuum and wipe down the inside of my car. The employees are all very nice, patient and ready to answer any questions you have.
They did a wonderful job with replacing my bumper and trunk door. I am very grateful for them having patience while dealing with the insurance company that gave them issues. I just moved here from Florida and Mike's Auto Body will be my new go-to auto body shop.

They did an awesome job on my Jeep. They are all very kind and helpful. Mike kept in touch and let me know everything that was going on. They even had it washed and super clean when I picked it up. I would highly recommend. They are great!
This is the first review i have ever done in my life. I have been using mikes for over 20 years. Mikes worked on my 19 year old sons car. When he picked it up there was interior damage Michael was down right ignorant to my son. I called Mike Jensen the owner and now I know where Michael gets his customer service skills from as they are both ignorant.
I was dispatched Dylan from Mike’s auto from a AAA call. He was prompt and so kind when he got to my car. He put my spare on and looked under the car and explained some things. He made suggestions on what to look into. After he pulled away, my power steering started acting up within minutes (yay me!) and he literally turned around and came back to help me even though he had other routes. So thankful for him and his help today.
I just wanted to thank Mr.Justin, who is an awesome employee of y’all’s. He was truly an angel and came to jump my car at midnight while I was stranded in a grocery store parking lot. I was so nervous that I couldn’t get home, especially so late at night, but he made sure that my battery was working and that I could leave and get there safely. He gave me solid advice on where I could buy an affordable replacement battery, too. He works long hours and is so courteous- he is truly an asset to y’all’s business and should be given more days off and a raise in pay! In all seriousness. He responded to an AAA towing call. After an hour he called AAA to reroute it to another towing company. He could have done it sooner or not take the call at all. Poor service. We waited on the side of the road. Agape immediately took the tow.
I couldn’t have asked for a better towing experience. The driver Pete was very friendly and easy to work with. He even gave us a couple tips on fixing the truck that needed a tow. 10/10 recommend Pete.
I was very disapointed in the service. I left my car and the battery was fine. I get a call 2 days later and they tell me my battery was completely dead. And i was charged for it. After the body work was complete and i picked up my car the interior was a dust mess from the body sanding. I will not take a vehicle back there nor would I recommend this place.
Their driver Brad was outstanding! Very professional and excellent service. Had an unusual situation with our vehicle and the problems were resolved without hesitation. He was on the ball and got the job done.
My son broke down on very busy Route 15 near Rt 40 in Frederick. AAA was called and Tim with Mike’s Towing was there within 15 minutes! Last night coming home from dropping a friend off something caused my front tire to bust. I was on the back roads in Thurmont, there wasn't really anywhere safe to pull over so I drove slowly with my hazards on until I could get somewhere fairly decent to pull over at. AAA sent out Pete and he was absolutely wonderful. I was very anxious to say the least considering it was dark, no street lights amd I wasn't very familiar with where I was. Pete was very nice and professional. It wasn't safe to change my tire where we were. So he offered to drive me to the Chevy dealer simce they had not yet closed and that's where I was taking my car anyway. After I got my car checked in for the next day he even drove me home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in a situation I was already feeling anxious about. I would recommend them to anybody.
AAA sent them to assist after an accident. Not only did they tow us to their shop during a very bad snow storm but they took us to a motel since we were stranded. The next day, AAA dispatched them to tow us the rest of the way to the shop that was going to repair our auto. Nicest people ever.
Did good work on repairing damage from a deer, however the person returning my vehicle to me didn't listen to me when I had to return 5 minutes later with a headlight problem. Returned my car the following day. I left for work at 5:30 the next morning and headlights were not fixed. I was told they were taking my car to "my guy" to get tbe headlights looked at. Makes me think it never happened. Also I am still owed a part and no one seems to care.
Chris has helped me several times with my truck and my car. These guys are wonderful and I know Mike's is a company I can trust with my cars. I highly recommend them to anyone for exceptional service.
From my first phone call with Chris, until I picked my vehicle up, everything went smoothly. Chris kept me informed along the way. I was amazed at how well they matched
the paint, and the car is an older model. Even though my car is older, it runs well. When I came to pick it up, I was very impressed at how the was a seat cover, and a paper mat down. Keep doing a great job!!
