We have been dealing with them for many years and have never had any issues. Their staff are the best. We, unfortunately, bought our last camper somewhere else and have been regretting it ever since. Thankfully we were allowed to take it to Beckley's to have warranty work done and they did a fine job. Mike, Tony and John in the service department were excellent. Kelly, Justin and the rest of the employees in the sales office and store are also awesome. We will not make the same mistake and buy our next camper anywhere except for Beckley's!!

2026: Update: another good service experience. Same awning ('Carefree' brand, LOL), different problem. This shop really knows their stuff! 2024: Drove 80 mi to get awning recall service done here on our Travato. They were professional and communicated well and the service was completed perfectly. Will definitely trust them with our future service needs.

Sold me a camper with a massive leak, claimed they would fix it before I picked the camper up. when the entire floor fell out 10 days later they claimed it was not their responsibility. Incompetent money hungry people who will screw you for a dollar. Lost 16k on a camper we got to use for about a week before it was parked and I had to ask the bank to just come get it.

The service department staff made a special effort to fit me in just before Thanksgiving in order to get me on the road. They diagnosed a step issue and resolved it as well as telling me the coach needed new tires. They recommended a tire dealer which worked out well. All of this was done cheerfully, professionally and at a very reasonable price

Beckley's has a good and honest people a very rare thing to find today . Also when i called for service they fit me in a couple of days . Check in and out was quick and had my travel trailer back

We had repairs done in Sep 2025 prior to our 7 week camping trip to Colorado and Utah. One of the repairs was to fix a propane leak under our camper. We were told it was completed. We were only gone a few days and we smelled a propane leak. It was the same spot that had supposedly been repaired. We were not able to use out heater for 3 days until we had it repaired. We woke up the first morning with it 42 degrees in the camper. We were lucky to get a repairman to fix it. He stated and showed us pictures and the pipe itself. There was no evidence of any repair to that leak. We sent video and pictures to Beckley's and were given a refund but no explanation of why it was not repaired. I hope the technician no longer works there but we never heard what happened. A propane is very dangerous and it could have ended badly for us. I was shocked and very unhappy that we had planned this repair in advance of our trip and then had to deal with finding a repairman and not having heat during our trip.

Beckley RV is an excellent place to both purchase and have service on your RV. Shawn, our salesman was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and even provided additional information we didn't think to ask. Tony in finance was also extremely helpful making sure our experience went smoothly and without problems. Tony in service was also very helpful making sure the delivery went well and that the unit was ready to go home with us. I highly recommend Beckley RV for all of your RV needs.

They keep sending me emails to give a review, so here it is. Bought our brand new fifth wheel here, there was condensation in the tail lights, so had to take it back to get fixed. After picking up the rig from that appt I saw the power cable jacket had been snipped so I took a photo and went back in to tell them, guy said someone would contact me. Waited about two weeks, no call, so I called them. Guess what, no one called because there was no note on my account to do so. Also from that appointment one of the vent covers in the bathroom was left open and trash, like from someone's lunch, was left in there as well. Did you use the toilet while you had it? Did you flush the tank afterward? Why is there any evidence of someone inside at all, the tail lights are on the outside. Was also told that "my advisor", I'll call her C, would be getting in touch with me multiple times throughout this entire process; apparently only "your" service advisor will touch your case unless necessary? Regardless, C never called, and I finally learned that she was no longer employed there. So why was my case still assigned to her? Was anyone ever going to call? This is all following one of their sales people hit my truck when we went to initially pick up the RV in the first place, and at first the sales manager questioned if it wasn't already like that. Camera review showed a sales person hit the truck with a golf cart. Manager covered all expenses, etc, but was still my time and effort to get it fixed as well as questioning my integrity which I don't take kindly to. Bottom line, not saying I wouldn't recommend, hence not a 1 star review, however you'll need to ensure you're on top of your game; document, record, and don't assume anything is being taken care of without your direct intervention. We absolutely love the RV, though!

Beckley’s expedited a warranty repair due to an upcoming trip. Not only was the service fast, the service technician (JAH) took time to show me how to solve the problem myself in the future and showed me a couple of features I was unaware of.

Excellent service department! I had two issues one a leak and another unfortunately an expensive replacement of the truma system. They did their best to minimize the cost of the truma but it needed to be fully replaced. Regarding the leak they didnt get it right the first time but things happen . They made it perfect today , with no pushback or hassle and in as fast a manner as possible So yep I am sold on an outstanding knowledgeable service team

We left our Little Guy Max at Beckley's this winter for some repairs. the quality of work was excellent. The service was done timely. We had some electrical work done on to the trailer connections. It was done, I assume, according to standards but was not exactly what I wanted. I wish there had been a little better discussion about that work prior to it being executed. Again the work was excellent.

Great experience. Quote was provided detailing all service needed and estimated timeline. Communication with the service department was quick and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. As a new RV owner, being able to ask the dumb questions is important, but they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking them.

Alisa Disney is our service advisor. She is very knowledgeable on all service requests and follows up to completion. Service technicians provide excellent work on the required services and provide detailed descriptions on the services performed and associated costs.

He was equally great to work with when the work on our unit was completed and he walked us through everything on our pick-up day. I had to have several items serviced on my 5th wheel. We bought the RV from Beckley's and feel comfortable having them do the work. I worked with Cheyanne Pasten to get the work scheduled. Beckley's fixed damage to a rear hydraulic jack, rear side panel, 2 new front hydraulic jacks, and a new battery. They also performed several other checks. We were satisfied with the service performed. I would recommend Beckley's and Cheyanne.

Beckley's service department has been exceptional for me. Tony has been a real pro. I can't say enough good things about everyone working there. From troubleshooting over the phone, quality technicians, and just their clear commitment to do the very best every day. I'm happy to have purchased my RV from Beckley's.

I had a Great customer service from John and Dwayne of the RV Service department. I had an issue with my trailer brake controller in my truck. Their expertise had myself and the wife on the road home in no time. If you have any RV needs whether sales or service Beckleys is the go too.

Beckley’s stands behind the RVs they sale. The whole customer journey is and continues to be a blessing. From the evaluating the Class B unit (2023 Thor Tranquillity Mercedes Sprinter Van Chassis), going through the procurement and servicing the next year has been a great experience. Specifically, the servicing aspect is critical because the value is in the experience using the RV and we use our Class B all the time. When there is something not working 100%, the RV has back up systems that allows continued use - yeah! Beckley’s the Thor both have been critical partners ensuring that we receive full value from our investment. That said, Beckley’s staff is professional and passionate about the products they sale and service. They go above and beyond to make sure the RV experience is memorable and awesome! The collaborative communication on each detail, the way they keep me posted on progress, the flexibility on scheduling is in my opinion the best that I have every experienced. Thank you to the Beckley’s team lead by Cheyenne, John, Bobby and the rest of the crew!

We drive 100 miles past our local authorized RV repair center just to go to Beckley's. This particular issue was correcting a manufacturer's defect. They ensured the problem was reported inside the warranty window, and stayed in touch with us the whole time. The service department is fantastic, and I cannot say enough good things about Alisa. She provided some of the best customer service I've ever had in any industry. I never once felt like a "number". Her empathy and professionalism made me feel like Beckley's cared more about this getting fixed than I did. She was wonderful to work with.

Had them compound/buff & hand wax the entire 9 year old unit. It looks really good, they did a great job. Alisa, my service advisor, did an excellent job keeping me in the loop through the whole process as I was concerned it might not be done before our next trip.

We purchased our camper from Beckley’s in 2020, at the beginning of quarantine. Our experience with sales was great. However, we have taken it in a couple of times for service and I have been disappointed with service on several occasions. First of all nobody is willing to help with hook-up when you pick it up. They all claim they don’t know how to. How do you work in an RV place and don’t know how to? It’s not even that I need help I just need a spotter to line up the hitch. Would it really be that hard to do? But, every time I have to convince them ti be helpful. The last visit was the worst. We brought it in for leaking water. They discovered the lines had frozen and burst. They fixed the lines. When I went to pick it up, which had been greatly delayed because they forgot to wash it (which we were paying $200 plus for), and, there was a recall. I asked them if they had put antifreeze in the lines or blown them out after fixing it and the guy acted like this was a crazy request. Went on and on about it, that I didn’t ask for that so it’s not their responsibility. I asked if one of them could come check with me to make sure there were no leaks and of course he made a big deal about why they couldn’t do that. I asked for a manager, this man said he’s the owner of Beckley’s. I couldn’t believe that the OWNER would be so difficult and argumentative with me. Finally, after a lot of convincing, he let the service person come out and test the lines with me. I am going to try to find someone else to do service for us, but, unfortunately they are probably the best of those around. Seems that this industry has let the demand go to their heads

We purchased a new Winnebago RV from Beckley's in May of 2021. One of the primary reasons for deciding to purchase from Beckley's was the longstanding positive reputation of the service department. I can now attest that the positive reviews were valid and well deserved. We experienced an issue with our air conditioner and inverter during one of our first trips out with our new unit. Fortunately, we already had a service appointment schedule to address a small warranty issue noted at delivery and were able to add the AC and inverter issues to the work order. Beckley's quickly determined that both the AC and inverter were in fact inoperative and needed to be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the AC unit was on a nationwide back order with no specified timeframe for delivery. The service department knew we had a family vacation planned that was going to need to be cancelled if the AC couldn't be fixed prior to our departure date. Thanks to the efforts of Mike, Dawn, and Jordon (service) and Sherri (sales) they came up with a solution to get us fixed and on the road for our family trip. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were able to travel on schedule! In short, we couldn't thank them enough. As mentioned earlier, this is why we're certain Beckley's is our dealer of choice for not only the service of our current unit but for the purchase of our next one. Keep up the good work!

Good place to buy a RV. Sherri and Jorge were great! They went over everything with us and answered our questions. We made three trips to there and they never rushed us through. Fair pricing and did everything they said, on time tooo!

When we decided to buy a trailer, we reviewed all the dealers locally and noticed that Beckley’s not only had good reviews for sales but also for their repair shop. We took our trailer in for some warranty work and Beckley’s really went out of their way to advocate for us, to get some items fixed. They did a great job and we are very happy with the work. Their team is very friendly, respectful, and communication was very good. They called and emailed regularly to let us know the status of repairs. They noted that we needed our trailer by a certain date for a trip and delivered when they said they would. Thank you Beckley’s!

Sales support from Bryan Dilley is awesome. When at Beckley's, ask for him... He was informative and not pushy. Understood our price range and features we were looking for. He researched used and new options for us and did a lot of leg work to get information from the Beckley's as well as the manufacturers. He was also extremely patient with all our four kids, and kept them entertained/happy during the process. We ended up with the 2019 Columbia Northwest E3 Deck, which we love. AND the support from Bryan did not stop there. Being rookie RV'ers with 4 kids, we made many mistakes in our first year. From losing keys 500 miles from home, blown fuse diagnostic (due to user error), to problems/questions on setup/take down while at RV sites. Bryan was always responsive via Text, email or even phone. He always got us the help/advice we needed. I did have to take the RV in for a issue, and the service team was awesome. Bryan got me over to the Service team where Angie assisted. She got me scheduled in during the busy summer season and did all the work/assessments under warranty. And got the RV back to me in time for our next planned trip. Throughout the process I got courtesy updates. 2019 Columbia Northwest E3 Deck is awesome, had several compliments and questions while out at campsites and even pumping gas. Definitely not your typical run of the mill PUP. Enjoying it!!!

We are thrilled with our experiences at Beckely's over the five years we've owned our little Aliner. From buying it there, through taking it there for maintenance and repairs, until we sold it back to them yesterday, we've always found them to be polite, professional and friendly. Of all the RV dealers we've done business with over 11 years of RVing, Beckley's is head and shoulders above the rest!
