Always a great experience the empress are helpful and if they don't have the party on stock they can get you what you're looking for at a reasonable price. My go to in town place for auto parts.
I checked around for brake calipers and all those big chain auto parts stores wanted twice as much. This place is the place I'll deal with from now on.
Should update their hours on the website, nothing is more aggravating than stopping what you are doing to run and grab a part only to find out their hours have changed
Been coming to this store for many years. Can't ask for better service. Always has the parts I need and the staff always friendly. What more can you ask for?
If you want to be treated like trash and are willing to spend more money than if you drive 10-15 minutes further to another auto parts store, the Rising Sun Kunkels is your place! I've been to this location on and off for 15 years and im always greeted by the same older, angry, miserable man working the front counter. If you ask him a question he points and acts like you know the store as well as he does. Any normal human interaction is thrown out the window as soon as you walk in the door. I've given this place chance after chance. From now on ill just drive to Oxford or North East. Perhaps if i was slinging auto parts at 70 years old i would be miserable too?
