lack of communication from salesman. Ran my information for financing and then never discussed with me just sent us to the manager to sign. Other than the salesman the other staff was great ! didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees or sell me a bunch of crap and pleased with my purchase so far.

My husband just bought a new (to him) F-350 from Ourisman Tristate Ford and I cannot recommend them enough! We worked with Alex and his sales manager Matt who were fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and customized the experience to find a truck that best suit our needs. The finance manager Hadi made the paperwork quick and painless. 10/10 service this team goes above and beyond, he will definitely be back for his next truck!

Absolutely great experience buying from Ourisman Tri-State Dealership. After being led on by another dealer for over two weeks for them to find a vehicle, we visited Ourisman and were signing paperwork that day and picked it up 2 days later after delivery and upgrades. The new guy Mike B took great care of us under the help and guidance from many coworkers. Thanks Mike.

After waiting 2 and a half weeks for a separate Ford dealership to find a vehicle meeting our specifications we decided to visit Ourisman Tri-state dealership. We told them exactly what we were looking for and within 10 minutes they were able to identify more than one within reasonable delivery distance. As we discussed alternative vehicles on their lot and test drove 2 vehicles of them (One different model and one the original model were were looking for but a lower trim package) we decided to go with our initial desire and we purchased the vehicle we wanted. It was delivered the following day and we picked it up the day after. Extremely happy with our new Escape and the Ourisman Tri-State Dealership.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been a customer here for more than 10 years. I’ve Purchased multiple super duties and always had a great experience when it was Ramsey ford. My F350 platinum super duty blew its fuel pump at 70,000 miles so I took it into my first ever warranty call. I called them first and explained the situation and they told me they would have it back to me in a few weeks. Well a month and a half later I get a call saying they need to run some tests to make sure it qualifies for warranty such as Testing the fuel for water. I get another call about a week and a half later saying that the fuel tested clean and that everything is covered under warranty. They are a little bit backed up because they’re about to build their new shop, but they will get to it shortly. Several more weeks go by I keep calling wondering where my truck is. I mentioned I’m going to pick it up and take it somewhere else because I can’t afford to be without a vehicle for months and months. I forgot to mention They were not able to give me a loaner because they only have several in their entire fleet and they were all taken. After this last call when I mentioned, I was going to take it somewhere else. They all of a sudden had an opening and said they would have it in the shop tomorrow. Then I receive another call a few days later saying they would not be able to do this under warranty because of Metal crystals that were found in the pump screen. They did not send the pump in and have it denied by Ford. They decided to make the call on their own. I was furious. Then one of the service managers accused me of draining my fuel tank and putting fresh fuel in because there’s no other way there could be crystals in the screen in the pump.( side note: My truck was towed in from roadside by ford Roadside assistance) I called My normal diesel mechanic who does All Ford service on my vehicles and he mentioned The only reason there is crystals is because the pump blew up in wet nuclear. We got the manager Derek involved and then all of a sudden the service manager changed his story and said there was rust/sludge on the pump. He said at one point in time I must’ve had some fuel from a gas station and had a bit of water in it or that would never have been there so my warranty is now void. I was absolutely furious. I had them put my truck back together and I had it towed to Matthews Ford where they fixed it without any question. I had my truck back within two weeks and everything was covered under warranty. I will never shop at this dealership ever again. They lost my business and I make sure I tell everyone I know what I experienced. Apparently buying all your trucks at a dealership and loyalty means nothing. I also like to mention that this truck had the Ramsey 200,000 mile powertrain warranty and that amounts to nothing. Apparently it doesn’t really cover anything. My suggestion is anyone thinking about buying a truck at this dealership should really go somewhere else.

Great service from start to finish. Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience but I really appreciated how easy this team was to work with. Davier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the test drive and the buying process. The sales manager Vinny was extremely professional and gave me a great deal on my 2025 Ram. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

The team was great! They stayed 2 hours late to close a deal, finance team had to come back after leaving for the night. Chat Gpt said I got a “rock bottom deal” on my 25’ Big Bend Bronco. Family oriented, provided a children’s book for my three year old son as we finished the deal. Super accommodating, and came with a price at the lower end of what three other dealers offered.

Awesome purchase experience. Called them about a Ford 150 Tremor they had. My wife and I traveled 250 miles to purchase it. The salesman and manager treated us extremely well and made the purchase as smooth as silk. We highly recommend shopping there for your next purchase.

The reason I'm giving two stars instead of zero stars is because the initial interaction from my sales person was very professional, but after the paperwork was signed, it was pretty much crash and burn! I probably should've taken heed to all the warning signs (deception etc) prior to signing the contract, this probably had nothing to do with my sales person? I think it had more to do management. The only reason I followed through with deal was because of the aggressive pricing, which I couldn't match at that particular time. In any event, Grandma always said you get what you pay for. Anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership should pay close attention to the "proposal/pricing sheets, which had multiple errors and/or erroneous fees that had nothing to do with the purchase! I found several fluff fees totaling $500-$600, which caused my paperwork to be sent back to management several times for correction? That should've been the end of our business relationship, but the price was right and I have a hard head :-). In any event, they tried to lie and say it was a part of my State registration, which was foolishness and couldn't be justified, because I had already done the research and had the numbers (I still think my numbers are slightly off, but I will take that up with my DMV, and maybe even the state of Maryland)! They even tried to charge me a loan fee for using their lender which they promote and profit from in more ways than one, make that make sense? To add insult to injury, after the documents were signed, everyone's attitude seemed to change? The only positive professional person throughout the whole interaction until the end was the finance guy (very helpful). The icing on the cake, after spending 70K on a vehicle, happened while driving the vehicle home from the dealership on the day of delivery, I noticed the driver side window malfunctioning. After reaching out to my salesman with my problem/concerns on that day, the best he could tell me or say was "that it was good I had a warranty"? I asked him to have either Sales manager call me back, needless to say, there's been no call, email or text regarding my request and/or situation, it will be almost a week soon. So the day after I took delivery of a brand new 2026 vehicle, I had to take the vehicle to another dealer to be repaired? (luckily, I did have a warranty + time & money)SMH.

While my recent service took longer than I expected, I was nicely rewarded with a totally detailed car! The car wash crew did an amazing job on my complimentary "car wash", so it was worth the wait!

Jack was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make the process extremely efficient and smooth, and was very knowledgeable about the Escape. He also mentioned an extra discount I could apply for since I was a graduated college student, and I was able to get a money off towards my purchase. 10/10 service from the whole team!

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Very disappointed. Service department. My 2004 Ford Ranger. Could not get out of load four-wheel-drive. I was charged for the diagnostics. I was told that my truck was ready. It was in the same condition when I brought it in. I was told that they could not get a replacement for my transfer case they said was bad. I took it to the Ford dealer thinking they would be most familiar my Ford truck. The impression I had was that my truck was beyond repair and had value only as a junker. I’m glad I didn’t junk it based upon what this dealer told me. Next, I took it to my usual mechanic in Oxford PA. They diagnosed that it was the motor that actuates the transfer case. Not the transfer case. I have gotten a successful repair at a reasonable price.

The good: the sales process was fairly simple. No hard sales tactics to buy a used car from them. I worked with Davier and was able to purchase the truck I had eyed up online for a price I was comfortable with. They upgraded to a gold certified for an additional $750 The bad: I was an out of state buyer and wanted to keep my same plate. It took them so long to get my registration transferred that they had to send me an additional temporary tag. I called often and eventually got the answer that the tag and title place they use "lost power for over 1 week" not sure why they couldn't use another store, keep me updated, or offer to refund my money and send me the documents to take care of it myself The exceptional: I took the truck to a ford dealership near me for a recall and a check engine light. While they were doing repairs another check engine light came on for the air dam. The folks who had it said they wouldn't cover it under warranty. After a bunch of back and forth with the dealership near me and Matt Miller from tri-state,.they ended up sending someone up with a loaner truck and fixing my truck in their shop at no cost. While I do think the problem should have been found during the Gold Certification inspection, they still made it as painless as possible to make it right. Shout out to Gabriel in the service shop for excellent communication while they had my truck

While at Camp Horseshoe Scout Reservation in Rising Sun, MD my 2025 Chevy Traverse had a flat tire. While on the spare tire, I drove from local shop to local shop and nobody could help. My last stop was Ourisman’s Tri-State Ford where I met Casey Collins. What a complete gentleman! Casey helped asses the damage and put me in touch with the parts department where I was able to order a replacement tire. The tire was delivered and installed on the rim before the end of the day. I returned the next day to pick up the new tire and the service team was able to install it on my Chevy and return the spare to the proper location and reinstall the interior pieces. What an excellent experience by an awesome team! Thank you all for your help!!

This has been, by far, the most excellent experience purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased many many cars from different dealerships… this has been the absolute best. A lot of people talk these days about dealerships being dishonest, scummy, and greedy. Not Ourisman Tri-State. From searching for more rebates and giving me a little more for my trade (my beloved f150) because of miss quoted taxes, this dealer is the highest quality, integrity, and honesty. Not to mention the deal was great! Ourisman has earned all my business moving forward (looking to purchase a superduty next yer). I will gladly travel the 1.5 hrs again. Thank you for having a stellar team and providing a super easy process!

From the salesman, Jack to the finance guy Ray, this was a good experience. No rush, relaxed, good communication. In fact on several phone calls, Jack was multi tasking, and never missed any items I was discussing, while helping another customer with his new Ford app on his phone. Never felt pressured, but ultimately this was the best deal I could find in the "Tri State" area, after searching for the specifications and options I wanted. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal. I drove almost 3 hours to get this price and this trade in value for my 2025 F350 Diesel.

Absolute wonderful place. Went in with my 3 year old daughter, she loved it they had Disney+, snacks, all of the staff had her smiling the whole time. Drove away in the best vehicle I have purchased yet, very grateful!!
