Eric went well above and beyond the call of duty to get me out of a roadside bind today. A true gentleman doing more than can be expected. I am very grateful that he chose to help today.
My daughter was in a car accident Ragan Motors towed her car. They were so professional and went above and beyond. They cleaned out all of her personal items from the car before the insurance company took it for an estimate to Baltimore. We really appreciate them ensuring she had all of her things. Would recommend them.
It's a great feeling when you find a local repair shop that knows what they are doing and is trustworthy. My only regret is that I didn't start taking my vehicles to this shop sooner!
Ragan motors has been a great help working to get our 2006 ford escape on the road. They are a cut above the local ford dealer in service. I will continue to have them service our vehicles!!! I am NOT a robot.

I must share my experience with Ragan motors I am on a fixed income, My car was stolen,towed to Ragans, I was so scared and from the Time I walked through the door they were great, explained everything to me, what was done to My car ?,they even gave me a break on My tow bill because of everything I went through, bad enough car ? stolen,in a drive by shooting by the theif,no gas, Ragans made sure I made it to gas station up the street, I want to again say THANK YOU RAGANS MOTORS ?☮️??
This was my second visit with ragan motors. The first visit was a few months ago with front brakes and oil change completed. Than my second visit was for a oil change. Everything went well very good service was able to get appointment same day.
The gentlemen I had taken care of me was amazing there cheaper then any other towing company that I've dealt with there respectful n overall I found my new company to call when I need help..stop looking for towing company's BC ur not finds get any better then here .thank u to for all ur and friendly customer service and for ur rates
I visited Reagan motors about my granddaughters vehicle. I had a wonderful chance to talk to the owner. He was very considering an understanding on what is wrong with her Jeep.
I would not hesitate at all to take my car to them for an oil change tires miscellaneous. If you're in the need of repairs of any kind do take a chance and stop by I think you'll be happy that you did.

The only 2 things that help with this 5 star rating is : 1 - these guys came to tow my car after an accident, were there extremely quickly and 2 - when I went to see my car the next day, I was able to get anything I needed as well as get a few pictures. They even moved the truck parked up next to it so that I may take a few pictures. Thanks Ragan!
The only place I take all of my vehicles to for service. They have very seasoned mechanics that are better than dealers with half the price! He also offers 24/7 towing and is local family owned.
