Absolutely amazing, I was having issues with my battery. Got to Advance Auto Parts and Kristin was immediately on it. She was super sweet and very helpful. I have no idea how to change my battery and she was willing to help me out in the cold and completely switch my battery over. Phenomenal service. I absolutely will be coming here for my cars issues from now on 💖

Today July 13th 2025 the store manager refused to process my online order return.

As a young woman, I am wary of auto environments. I recently got a car that has given me more trouble than my previous ones. I have found myself in this store more than a few times and, every single time, I have been treated with kindness and respect. I cannot emphasize how valuable that is!!! I come in with a question pretty much every visit, and I always am given immediate help and attention throughout my shopping experience. The staff has been nothing but friendly. One even came out to me to help me refill my oil ! After negative experiences in repair shops and dealerships, it is so refreshing to be treated with dignity in a space that I am not well informed in. I will always come here when I need help!

The check engine light had come on in my car and after researching online what could make this happen I read that devices were available to read the error code and upon further research come to discover that Advanced Auto Parts offered to check the message code for me. So went in yesterday morning to the Westminster location and the sales associate on duty went to my car and gave me the error code/message. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Great support.

I went in today and everyone was so helpful. Tayvon took great care in helping me figure out how to put together my purchase. I am very impressed & grateful.

Have gotten a few automotive necessities from them and have no complaints. Great store and employees seem very helpful.

While they did not have what I was looking for, the use of an anvil and hammer made it possible to continue and complete our Eagle Scout Project we were working on. Thanks to the Marine working there !

I am a repair novice, and these guys always help me out. Dan the manager is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all things automotive. Skip the zone, come to this place.

I will be coming back because of REBECCA. It’s kinda nerve wracking to walk into an auto store when you don’t know what the problem is and she explained everything so I could understand and was patient with my many questions. She deserves a raise; she def knows her stuff, awesome customer service, and speedy service.

My wife and I have made puchases at Westminster Advance Auto several times. The staff is always helpful and informative. Additionally, they installed wiper blades on both of our cars.

Great customer service. Purchased a few replacement items for my car. Everything was well stocked, so I was in and out less than 10 minutes.

Bought a part I had been searching for a long time here. Tavon was very helpful and personable even at 7:40 in the morning! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Either this store is going downhill or I got a terrible employee. My car calls for synthetic blend oil and the guy working tried telling me all oil is fully synthetic and there is no such thing as blend. As soon as he said that I looked down to see 1 bottle that said "Synthetic Blend" He said "oh there ya go". Problem was it wasn't 5w-30 like my car calls for it was 10w-30. This guy doesn't even know about oil and he's working at a auto shop that's terrible because they used to he so helpfull.

I bought a dualast socket and it broke a couple weeks later. The store will not warranty the tool with out my receipt. That's crazy! # craftsman, kolbalt,snapon,Mac, Cornwell, husky, that's just a few real tools.

10/10 do NOT recommend. They are trying to steal from young and naive men and women. At 10am I came to pick up girlfriends online order. She asked me to check and ensure she got the right bulb for where she needed it. Person working told me it was wrong and that she needed bulbs 5x the price of the ones she bought. So she wanted a refund. At 12pm after running some other errands, We went over to auto zone and they 1. Acknowledged my girlfriend was right and did not need anything 5x the price. 2. Replaced one if the bulbs for her and 3. Were very guest friendly. Allowing her to get exactly what she needed without making her second guess. And providing cheaper prices to begin with. Thank god my girlfriend always does her research before committing to anything as advanced was trying to get her to spend well over 300$ When all she needed was a $40 replacement.

Excellent customer service on a Sunday afternoon! I called one store to see if they could get a part for me next day and they said they could. After more online research, I found the part in the Westminster store, so I called them and they said they did not have it. They were very apologetic about it being listed and not having it. As it turns out, the Westminster store called me back and said the reason it wasn't listed as "in stock" because the other store had already placed a hold on that same part for me. I was very impressed that Westminster called me back to let me know why I saw it online and then they didn't have it when I called! It was placed on hold for me at another store moments before I called Westminster. That level of customer service is outstanding and very much appreciated!

Needed to have a battery replaced. Called the store, they said bring the car in (or the battery) and they'd take care of it. Got the car jumped, made it to the store, had to wait for another customer to be served but then Larry took care of business, getting the old battery out and the new one in quickly and efficiently.

Was having trouble with my Subaru wrx, check engine light came on after I changed my battery. Cameron was the employee that assisted me. He came out to my car to read the codes. He was very knowledgeable and a big help. Thank you for excellent costumer service.

Been a customer for many years and they seem to always find actual car guys to work at this location. Always ready to help find odd ball parts for non factory applications. Today Jeff spent a good bit of effort tracking down a caliper without the year or model, just the make. Always my first and usually my last stop when looking for parts.

I worked with Nick this morning at the Westminster store to change out my car battery for a new Platinum battery. Nick was awesome! He made sure I got what I needed and even installed it. I was in and out in 10 mins and he couldn't have been friendlier! Amazing experience, thank you!!

Jeff was awesome. My wiper blades didn’t show up on his computer. So he went out in 95 degree heat. Removed my old one, measured and matched it, and installed the new ones. Great customer service!

Cant give a negative star .The Manager of the store just took my GF on a ride for $55 for wiper blades after 1st telling her the only had the top shelf blade in stock and that she "should / needed" to replace both blades. Took advantage of nieve woman who just needed 1 blade at $12 that when I called was told to be in stock. Unscrupulous thieves. Stay away from them .

I had stopped at the Greenmount location and they said Westminster had my part in stock. Rather than wait a day for it, I said I would drive over to get it and the counter man called ahead with the part number. I get to Westminster and gave my name and company name but he still had to look it up and had a very hard time picking the right one. If I had not had the old part with me, I may not have gotten the right one.

Terrible Customer Service at the Westminster Store. the Numb nut counter clerk sells me the wrong carburetor Model Number 4150 instead of the 4160 i asked for. When i get back to the shop and realize it was wrong which was about an hour later, i took it back to get the right one i asked for. They said sorry no returns on carburetors, i said but you gave me the wrong one same reply no returns- What an IDIOT moral of the story make sure you verify your parts before you pay and definitely don't take the counter idiots word for what your buying, they don't have a clue.

Superb service! I had to try, troubleshoot and solve a car issue and knew what thought I needed to do but didn't know where to find it or what is recommended. My salesman was awesome! Will always return to this store ! A place you can enter with a broken dohickey and leave with a new one and tips on how to replace it.
