Don't use this towing company. The staff and management are extremely rude and disrespectful. You have to make an appointment just to go to your own vehicle for your own property which is ridiculous.

Called them to tow my Single axle dump truck. They send a wrecker which is fine. I called because my engine was making a terrible noise after we had spend $15k on getting the cp4 fuel pump replaced. They towed my truck a couple miles. Dragging the front. They tore off my front tire and continued dragging the truck for another mile. They blamed me saying the bearings were bad. They completely ripped the brake rotor off the truck and snapped the rotor. The only part that still connected is where the bolts hold it to the wheel. The tire itself looks like it was drug for miles just in the outside. No where else. Which is what happened. The amount of weight on the outside of the tire forced this to snap off. Not the bearings. Then the owner Bruce, didn't even have the professionalism to call me. He waited 5 hours to let the repair shop know. My $1000 wheel was left on the side of the road. I had to go get it myself. Luckily it was there. The tow happened in the Morning. I was notified by entirely different company that my truck was damaged. Mind you, this happened a couple miles from my lot where the vehicle was picked up. Will never use them again. They are taking no blame.

My friend got her car towed but they damaged her car and didn’t get a refund and bad management

Tech arrived on time promised. Very professional and well informed. Easily determined the problem and identified why the battery was drained. Charged the battery and recommended that I drive the vehicle for at least 30 to 45 minutes. I did so and have not experienced any further problems. It's not the 1st time that we have used Rockdale Towing & will do so in the future.

Driver showed up fairly quickly and had me rolling in less than an hour.

Broke a spring coil while driving in reisterstown, Dirk was there in no time to give my car and I a safe ride home.

When I went to pick up my personal items from my totaled car, the driver was very kind. I am seven months pregnant and just lost my mode of transportation and was visibly stressed. He was very understanding about how flustered I was. That being said, I spoke to Melissa the receptionist several times over the phone and she was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional each time. I have never been in an accident or had a car totaled so I had no idea the steps I had to take, and any question I asked felt like an inconvenience to her. My advice to Melissa, you work at a tow company. People who have to deal with this type of company are usually already having a bad day, don’t add to it with snarky remarks and a rude attitude.
