I went into Firestone because my car’s check engine light was on, and I was honestly pretty stressed about it. Ty and Andrew were incredibly helpful from the start. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options without trying to upsell or rush me. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service really stood out. Thanks to Ty and Andrew, I left feeling confident and taken care of. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this Firestone location to anyone dealing with car issues.

Ive been coming here for a couple years now for tires and a MD state inspection. I'm always met with a friendly face and an energetic atmosphere. Every time I'm satisfied with the work.

I brought my car here for new tired after getting a flat and having a minor accident. I let them know what happened and scheduled several services to make sure my car received all the necessary repairs. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and honest. I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle and any necessary additional repairs. The garage took care of my car and did not accumulate any unnecessary services or costs for me, and did not delay completing my service. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

I come here all the time for all my maintenance, they're always fast, honest, and charge a fair price. The manager Andrew is always so helpful and makes the whole process a breeze. Definitely recommend this place. 👌

Jamie (I prob spelled this wrong and I apologize) was awesome. He was very polite , very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are amazing! I will def be a repeat customer and my daughter is actually going to be a new customer as well!

December 2025 Update: Firestone Westminster just KEEPS GETTING BETTER! We have a new car (to us). I can’t say enough good things about Firestone Westminster. This time, Trinity has been incredible. Very patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand, helped me find an amazing deal on tires, and always put the safety of my teenager first. That level of care means everything to me. Brad, my inspector, was equally impressive. He was thorough and methodical in diagnosing the issues, and both he and Trinity never rushed me, even though I’m a total novice when it comes to cars. If you want a team that truly cares about you and your vehicle, take your car to Firestone Westminster—you won’t regret it!!! July 2025- Update! Jamie has been incredible today. He is so patient and answered all my questions. He was fast, efficient and professional. I only trust my car to Westminster Firestone! They are the BEST in town. July 2023 I called in the morning and Rachel was amazingly helpful and kind - she helped me make a decision and even invited me to come in later that day. The entire staff was professional and answered all my questions. They were patient with my novice understanding of cars / tires. My technician, Lucas, was excellent. I will try and request him every time for my car. He is very knowledgeable and his work seems very thorough and he cares about his clients and their experience. Thank you to the whole staff! But especially Rachel and Lucas who went above and beyond for me and my car.

Jamie was able to get my car in quickly and serviced the same day so I could be on my way for work- I'm grateful!

Incredible service. Night before Thanksgiving and you know everyone just wants to get home. Our power window comes off track and will not close. Swing over to Firestone, right before close, and did NOT get the “we cannot work in it now”. These guys jumped right in without hesitation to help us out. Thank you, Firestone!!

Took my fleet truck there yesterday on 11/21. They got me in as soon as they could just had to wait on the approval for my fleet management company but as soon as it was approved they got me in and out as quick as possible. Staff was nice and courteous and helped me out as much as they could I will be taking my fleet vehicle there and possibly personal vehicle from now on.

First time customer called yesterday spoke with Andrew and was able to get a next day appointment . Came in fast service customer service was excellent got me in and out was able to explain everything to me for my car very helpful will be coming back.Ask for Andrew great personality and was a great help. Went in, with appointment, for alignment today. The lobby quickly filled, most bays were filled and the phone was ringing nearly nonstop. I could see that the staff was a bit overwhelmed but they all, especially Andrew Heim and Jamie Lee, were quick, polite, even tempered, and addressed every customer professionally. Despite all, I was out the door in about 90 minutes. Great job guys! Thank you! from an ever returning customer.

I've been to this location a few times, and each time, John greeted me almost immediately with a smile. He answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to undertand ( as a woman sometimes car talk can be confusing) and was able to be flexible when I couldn't keep my appointment(s). His customer service is why I am a repeat customer.

This location is great! They are accommodating and patient. The man who inspected my car explained everything and gave me some places that I can go to get my tint off and everything. I truly would recommend. This process was 10x less scarier with them!

The service has been great, came in to get my tires installed , On my Bmw X2and they have been fast and efficient got the car and pretty much immediately when I got here and it’s now almost done. I used to be personally a store manager for a tire company, and I would highly recommend Firestone complete auto care in Westminster. Payed for an oil change and they didn't change the filter. Now my engine is totaled and wife was stranded because they're dishonest. Don't believe me? Here's a 2 month old filter on a "fresh" oil change Corporate pulled some legal technicality because I had to have my car towed somewhere it was free, and have now told me to kick rocks. Im a father of a 1 year old and my wife was stranded on the side of the road with her because of dishonest business practices. I'll be reaching out for legal guidance because this isn't over, but want the community to know to RUN from this place

We had an early appointment and dropped our car off the night before. We dropped it off in the evening, so it was dark. We put the key in the box. We didn't hear about our car at all the next day, even though we had an appointment. When we called to ask about our car, they told us that we dropped the keys in the wrong box and acted like this was common knowledge. Apparently, there was a sign inside the wrong Dropbox, but it was night, and no one was looking for a note. No one seemed to care about the drop box confusion; no one apologized, maybe they should take down the unused drop box.

I went to Firestone to replace a tire that had blown out on me. The customer service employee that helped me was very nice. He came out to my car to inspect all my tires. He recommended that I replace at least two tires so that they wear down evenly. That made sense and I agreed to go the route. He gave me several options that came with different prices. It was a little above the budget I had set to get this fixed. He tried his best to keep me in my price range. Once I settled on what tires I would buy they had them mounted and on car within 20 minutes I was very happy with this transaction. 2 days later I hit a curb with my new tire and destroyed one of them. I took it back to Firestone to find out that I opted out of the $7 insurance and that i would have to pay full price to replace this tire. I was so bummed out that I only got 2 days out of the tire and they could not fix because the sidewalk was damaged. Well the same guy that helped me the first time called his boss and found a way to go back into my original-transaction and add the $7 insurance to my tires. It was such a above and beyond way of taking care of me. I was super impressed and suggest to everyone that needs tires to go to the Firestone in Westminster MD 140 Village Shopping Center.
