I took my IPhone 11 in to have the battery replaced. It cost under $80, and was ready in 1-1/2 hours. Very nice employees who helped me.

I scheduled a week in advance to have a FOB for my car made. The store had to order it, June 16th. I call today June 25, in the morning and the unprogrammed FOB had arrived. Nobody called me to let me know, as promised. I tell Chace I will go to the store around 5pm. I arrive at store early 4:15. There is one person all alone ,Tyler. He tells me it will be an hour.I leave my FOB and I kill 1 hour walking around and return and he has done nothing. I ask for my keys and leave. Stay away!!!!

Let me start by saying Alex was really kind and knowledgeable. He explained why my device wasn’t working in detail. It had water damage sadly there was nothing we could do😔 but he was super transparent and communicative during the whole process. Would stop by here again!😎

Went we to batteries plus in Prince Frederick Md. we ordered on line and they contacted us on the way to pick it up that it would be ready for pickup when we got there. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.👍😊

Horrible Experience! I have purchased at least 4 batteries from here. They are ok at matching a battery but understanding charging a battery and customer service, not so much…. I spoke to them Thursday at 5:40pm and explained I had a 2 year old battery that will not charge. After trying to charge it during the week with y older charger I then used the brand new charger (received Thursday) I got tried then said the battery was bad. He said they will need to charge for several hours to verify, which I understand. Since they were closing soon I told him I’d be there first thing in the morning. Friday morning @ 9:12 am an unpleasant woman unlocked the door. She checked the battery which showed 4 volts. I asked how long she thought it would take to charge and verify what I told her that the battery will not charge. She said 24 to 48 hours??? Are you kidding me! As I said to her you don’t need 24 hours to know if a battery is charging or not. (Car people please way in on that). She said if she had time she would check and call me. That didn’t happen. So I called at 2:45pm. A young woman said it was still charging and didn’t want to turn off to check? After 6 hours you should, but ok…. She said she would check later, but I never heard back…….. So now I have to go down there Saturday morning (miss my grand sons baseball game..) and deal with this. I give them time and show up at 10:30am. The young man says its still charging…………???.. Then brings it out and test it showing 5 volts….. after 24 hours.. So he looks and now tells me…. They do NOT have that battery……………WHAT!!! After I told at least 3 of them how important need the battery as I NEED my Car…. He said he would tell the manager…….It’s now Sunday evening and I have never received a call from them?? So I have no idea where I stand…. This place is a storefront for batteries, and that’s about it…. Buyer Beware!! So Monday came ... no one called... so I called them @ 1pm and the guy said it's been ordered but doesn't know when they will get it??? Wait what?? You get batteries all the time and you have no idea?? BS!!! Response to owner: This is ridiculous?? You can respond to my review, but you and your team have refused to call and/or let me know when I will get my Warranty battery?? As of today 9/20 (1 week later) I still DO NOT HAVE a battery and don't know when I will get it!!! You cost me $300!! Since you would not communicate any info on the replacement I had NO choice but to buy a battery from an auto parts store. They had 6 in stock..... I needed my car! You cost me $300!! So again, Where is my Battery????

Zach is amazing! While I was traveling, my phone quit working properly. I called and briefly spoke with Zach. Based on when I heard him say I felt he would be able to fix my issue. I drove the 30 minutes, walked in, and he said I can fix your phone. Literally in seconds, he had my phone fully operational again. He also took the time to check some of the settings. Thank you, Zack!

Brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max in for a battery replacement. During the replacement, their technician broke the OEM apple screen on the phone (screen worked like new, battery was degraded.) I should have asked for them to replace the device then, however I allowed them to put a screen on it on their dime. After getting home the phone was essentially useless as it would not respond well to touch and would get stuck in one spot that you touched. Dealt with it through the weekend and called Monday. I was told to bring the phone in. Brought it back, they attempted to reseat the new screen which upon removal yet again completely shattered. This time I’m told, sorry, we don’t have another screen in stock but our California store has one. So I drive from PF to California, wait yet again for a screen replacement. I’m told it’s working fine and I should be good to go. After about 12 hours the phone is glitching again. This time, it’s constantly turning off and restarting on top of just going white and freezing. Being out of town at this time and having a basically useless phone, I had to activate another just to be able to continue with day to day use. Attempted to get ahold of a manager several times over several days, I am told she isn’t in and she would call me. Finally I get ahold of her and am told they have no resolution at this time and she will talk to the owner. Given the difficulty over several days to get ahold of her I’m not optimistic for a remedy and will probably be ignored, out of a phone, and out of the money to “repair” what used to be a perfectly working phone.

I rarely leave a bad review and in fact, I’m a big fan of leaving great reviews and helping other businesses, as I have a small business myself. That being said, this business deserves the review I’m giving them. I was initially very pleased with their customer service, and the fact that they gave me a military discount. But what unfolded over the next few weeks has made me so upset with this company and very disappointed in them. I took my daughter’s iPad here five or six weeks ago for a screen replacement. They did fix the screen, but when I went to test it out and press the home button, it wouldn’t work. The employee tried it as well and came to the conclusion that the screen had been placed in there a little wrong and so the home button wasn’t working. They kept it and said they would call after they figured out what was wrong with it. I had to call them after several days of waiting for a phone call and I was told that it was indeed broken and they could either replace the home button but it wouldn’t be Apple brand and so the Touch ID wouldn’t work, or they would replace the entire iPad. My daughter informed me that she uses touch ID a lot and so I went with the iPad replacement. They agreed and the employee told me that he would place the order and it should be there in a few days. Fast forward a few days later and I still hadn’t received a phone call so I called them. The employee I talked to this time said he had no idea and to call back in a couple more days, so I did just that and was then told that it was “on the way”. I asked for an estimated arrival date and was told he couldn’t give me that information and so I waited for another week and called back to ask if my iPad had arrived. At this point, it had been a good five weeks total. This time I was told that no it had not been ordered and they were still “trying to decide which one to get.” I confronted him with the fact that I received conflicting information and was told it was already ordered and on the way, and he just sounded confused. I told him at this point I would rather just get my money back and take our iPad because it was clear that they were not going to order us a new one like they promised. He said he would have the manager call me back and I have yet to receive a phone call from her. I feel very disappointed in this store, and the lies that they fed me.

Really good experience. When they tried to replace battery in my watch and failed, they bought me a new watch. Only charged me for replacement battery cost. Great customer service.

I was trying to find a replacement bulb for a fiber optic scarecrow. Went to the Prince Frederick store and much to my surprise the young lady there said "We have that"! Made my day! If you need bulbs and batteries this is the place to go! Thank you! Scarecrow is working just fine! We are ready for Halloween!

Had a great experience here today (6/20/22). Went in about 1 to see about getting a new key fob for my 2007 CR-V. A young man helped me promptly and got a new key cut and programmed. However, when I went to leave after paying, neither my old key or the new key would work. The car kept shutting off after starting. So I went back in and explained the situation. The young man grabbed some device and came back out and worked for a while (in the hot car) to figure it out. He eventually got it squared away and was very apologetic, though it wasn’t his fault. Great customer service.
