We were searching for a 2-5/16" trailer ball with a 3/4" shank but to no avail. Mr. Hutchins was our Knight in Shining Armor by pointing us in the right direction and getting us on the road again. Kudos to Mr. Hutchins for being the kind, considerate, and knowledgeable salesman with a smile

We bought some panels and had them shipped to us, unfortunately they were damaged. Dave quickly sent replacements at no cost. As a fellow retailer I would rate the customer service and communication as excellent.

Excellent service, didn’t try and upsell me on anything I didn’t need I multiple trailers and won’t go anywhere else for trailer needs.

Had trailer skins in stock for the best price I could find anywhere in md. Friendly staff helped over the phone and with loading each panel. Definitely check these guys out for trailer parts! Have had great experience with Annapolis location also for tires and bearings being on hand but this store has everything.

Super friendly and helpful. Helped with replacing camper brakes and bearings. Also, it was just as cheap as online without the wait. Military Discount as well.

Little gem of a store that packs a little bit of everything you'll ever need for tow behind trailer.

I walked in with a trailer hub and the guys knew exactly what I needed, had all the parts, and were nice. This was a couple of years ago but I never forgot about the experience. It's really nice to talk to people who know what they're talking about.

They had the parts I needed for my trailer. The guy behind the parts counter even assisted with installation. It was really simple, just dust caps, but he didn't have to do it.

Anything you need for your trailer they likely have no matter what type of trailer you got, large or small. I had to wait a while for my turn as there was only one person manning the store, but when it was my turn he was very helpful & I left with what I came for at a reasonable price.

I've been here several times for hitch accessories and trailer parts. I went in today for quick links. They had exactly what I needed and it was on sale too. They have a great selection and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Centerville Trailer Parts is my go to for all of my towing needs and I highly recommend them to others.

The location is convenient but there is nothing convenient about the prince Frederick location. Every time I have anything ordered (because they never have anything that should be on the shelves) it comes in days and sometimes weeks late. I went in for u-bolts, axle, suspension, nuts, hubs, bearing and a couple other things. This is all standard stuff they “normally have in stock” but we’re “behind.” It seems they are “behind” any time I go in there. The last three times I went in there to get bearing they gave me the wrong size each time. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Go to the eastern shore. It’s worth the drive.

My boat trailer needed new wheels and tires since they were in bad shape. I found this place from a google search. I stopped by and got 2 wheels with the tires for a really good price. A couple days later we bent the trailer jack on our boat trailer. I went by and again they had what I needed in stock and at an affordable price. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and made sure I was getting the right stuff for my trailer.

I would never go back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I had them measure my trailer axle so I could replace the bearings in the axles I bout 4 bearing kits. I installed one. And the tire came off while driving down the road. The bearing was not the right one. When I went back. The guy Dave behind the counter states they don’t have the correct bearings and won’t refund the other 3 bearing kits because it’s been past 30 days. I’m just glad that the tire didn’t hit anyone when it came off.

I busted a leaf spring on my tandem axle boat trailer while on the road. I called to several places to see if they had what I needed. Every other place I called said they'd have to order the springs and I could pick them up in anywhere from 2-4 days. Well, I didn't have 2-4 days. I called Centerville and they had the parts I needed in stock. I discussed my situation with the manager (his name escapes me) but he recommended that I upgrade my springs. I have a 5k pound trailer he sold me springs for a 10k pound trailer. I was leery about doing it but he assured me that as long as I don't exceed the axle/wheel ratings that I would be fine. So I buy everything I needed to completely redo the suspension (even got 30% off the springs) and got it all installed. I did a test drive and the trailer pulled amazingly well (even better than before). Hard bumps in the road we're taken better than they were before. It's nice to have not only the parts in stock, but also knowledgeable sales people.

Very good store for trailer owners. If you need to replace parts on your lite to mid-weight trailers, they are worth a stop to visit. They carry a very good assortment and can be found on the internet.

I came in to buy a adapter for my trailer. It cost me $35 I checked the same part and company online for $16. The store is convinent, the staff is knowledgeable but I payed double just to ask a question and have it that day.
