I had to stop to get air in my tires last night as my tire light came on. I stopped off at 260, and the air machine did not work. Praying I did not get a flat tire in the dark. I went to 7-11 and also was having issues with the air machine. Mr. D Morsell from Southern Maryland Towing happened to be there. He came over to check on me and assisted me with putting air in my tires. Thank you very much, Mr. D Morsell. We need more people in the world like him.

When the tow truck arrived in a very timely manner, the driver introduced himself as Mr. Delonte Morrison. Mr. Morrison was very polite, professional, and experienced. The driver(Janine) was outstanding. My car would not start after my multiple attempts with help from my neighbors. I was going to have it towed to the dealership and Janine responded and hooked up her jump pack and started my vehicle. She recommended a local shop who was able to get my battery installed quickly and got me back on the road. No tow was needed; only a jumpstart and lots of money saved because of great service done by Janine who could of just towed my vehicle without taking the extra step of using her jump pack. I will always use and recommend Southern Maryland Towing to others in the future.
Southern Maryland Towing is a lifesaver! This morning, Janine came to the rescue when my classic 1962 MGA wouldn't start. Not only was Janine professional and friendly, but she also went above and beyond. She skillfully maneuvered the tow truck to carefully extract my car from the garage, a tricky feat in itself. Knowing how rare my car is, Janine even took the time to recommend some local auto shops that might be familiar working on older MGAs. In a stressful situation, Janine's expertise and thoughtfulness made a huge difference. I can't thank Southern Maryland Towing, and especially Janine, enough!
Amazing!! Trailer was originally dispatched to another company that did not pick it up all weekend so insurance company transferred service to Southern Maryland towing. The dispatcher who I spoke to was utterly amazing. She was the most polite and informative person I have ever spoken with. She explained the process I sent pictures over to her. She determined that the description of the trailer was not the description that the insurance company had given them so she corrected their description and, even though I told her I wasn’t stressed if they were busy today, I got a text within an hour or so saying they were dispatched to our trailer. Amazing service I would recommend them to anyone.
I thank them for towing my van the same day I called because it was by the side of the road and I had to bring it to my house as soon as possible. They do a great job. Definitely recommend.
They towed my car after our horrible accident. Left my window down for 5 months unnecessarily destroying everything in my totaled vehicle because we asked if they needed keys before ambulance took us. Accident was in zero way my fault and they held my belongings hostage for 5 months including tags, which I had to pay insurance on for those 5 months knowing I'd never drive that nightmare of a disaster again to avoid insurance lapse with DMV. Then my handicap placard was stolen out of my driver side door and took 8 months to replace while we are even more so handicapped. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES OR LET THE POLICE CALL A TOW BCUZ IT WILL BE SOUTHERN MARYLAND TOWING. Whether St. Mary's or Calvert. Bad business. Even worse attitudes towards victims.
They had me on the phone for 5 hours after losing my car. Will never use this service again and plan on filing formal complaints followed by legal action.
My tow truck driver, Shawn, was very friendly. Took almost an hour and a half to get to me, but it was overall a great experience. I would recommend Southern Maryland Towing.
Unfortunately, my car rolled into a muddy ditch after cutting off abruptly. The technician arrived within a very reasonable amount of time and was very professional. Job well done! Without hesitation, I would certainly recommend Southern Maryland Towing for any available car/towing services.
Driver was outstanding. I had run over a big piece of metal that was in the roadway and lodged under my car. Driver jacked up the car, checked for damage and removed the piece of metal. Wonderful
