Was very impressed with Valerie Goodman. Didn't have to wait long and I was a walk in. She was very professional, thorough and kind. She took time to explain everything to me and very patient answering all my questions. The lady sitting at the front desk is also very professional and kind. She always has a smile on her face. Dunkirk Patriot Care was phenomenal. I fell on the ice and hurt my wrist. I was in a lot of pain. They got me in quickly, x-rayed and with a follow up plan, within 2 hours. The providers were kind and professional.

staff was lovely. check in to check out was smooth and took less than an hour. i made an appt and was seen at the time of my appt.

My nurse practitioner was fantastic gave ne my diagnosis and listened to my concerns provided prescriptions and instructions like a true professional. Thank you ...Very convenient and helping me by doing my appointment on my way home from work my Practitioner was very good at her job.

My visit was a good experience. It was quick. I went in with the mindset I would have a long wait. Dr.bGoodman was very informative. I was in and out in 40 minutes.

When I got there, everything went incredibly fast efficient. They were kind and courteous and once I made it to a room, what I needed done may have taken 45 seconds. The doctor was phenomenal. Thank you.

I was Greeted by the friendly staff that made me feel like I was in the right place! They got Me back in a timely fashion, even though I was a walk-in! The provider was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that, I would be on the right medication and did multiple test to rule out other possible problems! I was very satisfied From everyone, from the front desk, To the MA’s and the Provider! I would definitely recommend to friends and families.

I fell and hurt my hand really badly and went up there to get it checked out. Everybody was super nice and I was taken back quickly. They were getting busier, but I wasn’t kept waiting too long between the doctor visiting and getting an x-ray. The doctor was super knowledgeable. I got note for work to telework the rest of the week due to my hand. My job needed more clarification on my note and Dr. Patterson took the time after her long day to rewrite my work note for me and email it. I just want to say thank you for the compassion, the niceness, and the time you took after you closed to take care of me!!

The NP Erin took her time understanding the prolonged illness my son was experiencing. Then provided a good medication analysis of what he should take to get better. The assistant also did an excellent job to quickly swab my son's throat for strep throat. Very pleased with the service that was provided.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and was in and out within in a little over an hour. Easy check in process. Once they called me back, staff handled what they needed to and was seen by doctor before long. I appreciate the doctor not throwing antibiotics at me until lab results came back to confirm. Great experience there and will certainly be back if ever needed!

The young woman at the front desk doubled as a tech taking vitals, etc. She was very upbeat and knowledgeable. I was impressed by her. There was no radiology tech available, but I did get seen very quickly and was sent to another location for xrays after being examined.

The staff was amazing. They had the best attitudes and I was seen quickly and they took very good care of me. This will definitely be my new spot to go to when needed.

I showed up a little early, there wasn’t a long wait, I was taken in the back quickly, I felt like they listened to me and my concerns, they were quick to do testing, quick with giving results and a treatment plan, explaining in good detail why the PA wanted to do 1 treatment over another.

Everyone was courteous( person at the front desk, person who took my vitals and Dr). Service was pretty quick. I needed stitches and was in and out within an hour and a half!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people do not respect privacy of minors. When you address them they act as if you have 8 heads. From the new front desk receptionist, medical assistants to certain doctors. The only good thing about this place is you are seen fast but when you are dealing with medical staff that disregards the HIPPA law then that outweighs a decent wait time.

The only reason for four stars not 5 is showing up feting really ill before 8pm closing and being told it was closed to walk-ins. That sucks. We drove 20 minutes to get there and were turned away. You need to make it clear your hours are not to 8 to 8 but 8 to 7:45 or 7:30 or whenever you turn sick people away. There are other urgent cares. When I came back the next morning with an 8:11 appt, someone who walked in the night before and was told to come back the next morning was seen before me. And also before another patient who had an 8:06 appt and she said she didn’t have an appt. I wasn’t seen anywhere close to 8:11. The care itself was personal, efficient and kind. I liked the person who did the triage and also the doctor. She was amazing. Getting to that was a complete debacle.

I was very satisfied with my appointment at Patriot Urgent Care in Dunkirk. I was able to schedule my appointment on line and fill out the forms, so when I got there I didn’t have anything to do except let them know I was there. The wait wasn’t long, everyone was very nice. The nurse practitioner was very thorough, and caring. It’s a very clean place, so there wasn’t anything not to like. I will definitely go there again, if I need to.

I visited Patriot Urgent Care in Dunkirk, Md. on Saturday, due to a knee injury. I was seen by Kassity Miller, PA-C. She examined my knee and was very thorough in going over the diagnosis and what I needed to do to heal and recover. I had a great experience with this facility.

My first visit to this urgent care facility and they did not disappoint. I was visiting my son and had a medical issue come up and I wanted a medical opinion. They got me in very quickly, realized the issue, and immediately gave me the remedy. They were very efficient, friendly, and capable.

Reception was mediocre, at best. However, the P.A. that I saw was knowledgeable, took her time to listen to my symptoms, and quickly diagnosed my odd virus. She was empathetic yet clearly happy to be helping people.

Set an appointment for 2:30. Yet a whole hour I’ve been in the waiting room…. Have not been seen yet. I’ve paid already but still waiting for the exam and all that. Ridiculous…. Not only that I had my original appointment to a local patriot and they didn’t have someone to do a certain exam. So I had to travel all the way to dunkirk. Cmon now. Get it together…

I can as a walk-in with a severe rash. I was greeted very kindly at the front desk and was told that they will try to get me in. Shortly later, I met with the doctor and she was fantastic! Being an out of town quest, I was treated very professionally with kindness.

I came in just before closing, and the receptionist said that they would take me in and as it turned out, I needed seven stitches in my forehead, and the physicians assistant showed me showed me up under the careful eye of the doctor. Then I went back two days later to have it checked, and then I went back four days later and had the stitches removed by another doctor talking through what she was doing with a physicians assistant. Very friendly staff and very friendly doctors very knowledgeable.

Best experience at an urgent care facility! I was seen right away, treated and out the door in 30 minutes. The staff was phenomenal and very attentive to my concerns from the receptionist to the physician. Would definitely use the facility in the future, if needed.
