I was having issues with my car. I was charged less $ for checking out the issue I was having. As a female, I could have been told, yep that's the problem we'll take care of it and charged $$$$. BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. I was told they could not find anything wrong. I appreciate Firestone for their honesty and fairness. :)

I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Satarian. He handled my oil change and was honestly one of the most helpful and professional techs I’ve dealt with in a long time. He applied my discount without any hassle, didn’t overcharge me, and didn’t pressure me into services I didn’t need—which has not always been my experience elsewhere.
I actually thought my appointment was at 11 and showed up early, but it turned out it was scheduled for 12. Even so, Satarian had my car pulled in and started by 11 anyway. He clearly explained how long it would take, how many customers were ahead of me, and kept the communication honest and upfront the whole time.

Staff is always friendly no matter there circumstances such as being short staffed. They treat everyone the same and gives you exactly what you ask for without being pushy to get other things done. I love this location at Yellowbrick Road!
Andre was so great to us! We got a flat on 12/23 - we were waiting for a tow for quite some time on 95. I called the Firestone in Rosedale to see if they had the tire size we needed and if they would be able to service our car that night. The system showed they had one tire in our size and Andre went to confirm in the inventory. Even though it was close to closing two days before Christmas, Andre told me they would make sure to get the new tire on for us!
Upon arriving (right at closing!) Andre and Will were both helpful, professional, efficient and kind. They got the new tire on, getting us back on the road quickly!
As a long-standing customer of over 15 years, I have experienced both positive and challenging situations with Firestone. I find the waiting times to receive updates on my vehicle's status to be excessive. Furthermore, a persistent noise in my truck has yet to be diagnosed by your team. On a recent visit for a tire repair, I waited three hours only to be informed that the repair was not possible and that the necessary tire was unavailable. Additionally, I have noticed a lack of promotional offers or specials.
I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve the service provided to loyal, long-term customers. I have also observed that some employees exhibit a nonchalant attitude towards customers.
Put all season tires on my 2023 high performance car. The tech decided on his test drive after to do multiple full throttle accelerations while the engine and oil were COLD causing possible damage and wear to my car with 5700 miles on it. 0mph to 93mph twice! In a 35mph zone no less. Breach of trust. Potential engine wear/damage. Debating next steps
Needed my license plate light bulbs replaced, when I called Andre told me to bring my car in. It was 6:15 pm. Once he replaced those we noticed a tail light was also out he then replaced that. Very polite and helpful.
They were recommended to me by my children who have used them, but my vehicle deserved a decent set of warranted tires and an oil change, and other than oil changes has not need service, but Im still on edge because a stabilizer warning popped up, but has not come back just. Andre set me up, and his team mate worked with me as best as he could, and when Andre was about to leave he literally went in and tried helping them out. He thanked each and every employee for their time and committment, and I told him that that was very very honorable, and thanked them. I am going to send them lunch soon because Andre said that he was going to too.
We had a blowout on the freeway and were strangers in the area. Andre and his team were courteous and helpful. They got us in and out so we could continue our trip.
You replaced the tire, then the control arm, then the strut - and now the spindle. That s four separate repairs for the same front-end issue, which should ve been identified with a full alignment and suspension check from the start.
Firestone s motto is "Complete Auto Care," but this process hasn t felt complete - it s felt piece-by-piece, and expensive.
I still dont know why a full diagnostic wasn t done before the first repair at a business that promise Complete Care.

I needed to get a headlight bulb replaced and made an appointment online. Fortunately while doing so I found coupons for tire rotation and fluid top off for $10, and a discount on windshield wipers, so I had those done as well.
I was impressed with the text reminders, and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was I was told it’d be about an hour, but it ended up being twice as long. Would definitely go back again though.
If you want your work done quickly....you have sit in the shop apparently.
Zeke called at 12pm to say my car was ready after a battery change. Its 615pm.....im still waiting
