I was stopped in a mall when my battery completely died. Their battery service technician was on the spot right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very clear about what my options were and finished the job quickly. The car started right up and I was able to go about the rest of my day without any further issues. We liked that the guy was really skilled and honest. This was one of the easiest roadside support experiences I have had and I would not hesitate to recommend their battery service.
We called to have a truck towed 2 miles. We were given a price of $450.00, then Robert advised it would be $500.00 total. We confirmed, and Robert stopped answering our calls. Poor customer service. An hour later, a driver called saying that "Robert" reposted our load in Truckstop for $1,500.00. It might be a huge coincidence, or Robert works as a broker too and is trying to resell our load.
I ran out of gas on a country road late at night, and there were no gas stations around for quite a ways. I ordered fuel delivery and didn’t know how long it would take but the dispatcher was reasonable and kept it straight forward. The driver had plenty of fuel to transport me safely to the next station, and checked that all was in order before taking off. He wasn’t in a hurry and appeared more interested in making sure I was able to keep driving without any problems. He also indicated they do car towing and local hauling, which is good to know for future reference. The experience was reliable and easy which is just what you want when you are stuck and simply need a quick fix to get you started again.
