Do not take your car here if you don't want to get scammed. I brought my SUV in for an alignment issue and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I called the same day and was given an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment, the guy took my keys, and I sat there waiting. And waiting. And waiting. It took over two hours just for them to tell me what was "wrong" and how much it would cost. When he finally came back, I was told it would be around $850. I was already annoyed, but since I don't have much car experience, I agreed to let them do the work. About an hour later, he comes back and says because my car is four-wheel drive, it's another $80. Fine. Whatever. Then I waited another two hours for them to supposedly complete the work. After I paid and left, I immediately noticed my steering wheel was still not straight. The next day I called and told them about it, and they told me to bring it back. I did. This time they only worked on it for about 30 minutes. The tech handed me my keys, and I asked, "Everything good now?" He said yes. As soon as I got on the road, I could tell nothing had changed. The steering was still off, and on top of that, my car smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke, and no one should be smoking in my car. I had to drive to White Marsh, and when I was leaving, my front passenger side started making noise like something was loose and about to fall off. Then I noticed my RPM and MPH weren't lining up properly, making it unsafe to drive at normal speeds. I was forced to drive slowly just to avoid causing an accident. Eventually, I had to get my car towed. Because of their incompetence, I had my car taken to a dealership where I could at least trust the work being done. Now I'm facing potentially thousands more in repairs for problems they either caused or failed to catch. At this point, I'm even considering getting a new car because of how badly this was handled. This place is unprofessional, careless, and feels extremely scummy. Between the long waits, changing prices, poor workmanship, damage to my vehicle, and the lack of accountability, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Do not take your car here.

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday at 8:30 in the morning to be inspected. My car was not inspected until 5 PM. I drove my car over the allowed amount of mileage to be re-inspected. I was told this when I dropped it off to get reinspected again at 8:30 AM on a Monday. I called at 4:30 PM because I’ve got no information about the reinspect. That’s when I found out, I went over the mileage. I come to pick up my car. They still want the extra $42 to reinspect my car. I asked why I didn’t get a phone call. The guy at the front counter lies to me and says he called me and left a voicemail. I pulled up my phone and showed zero missed calls and zero voicemails. He got loud ignorant and started calling me names. The inspector came out, got loud ignorant, and started calling me names do not take your car here.

I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire in White Marsh, especially thanks to Stephane. From start to finish, service was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done and then followed up a couple days later to make sure all was well. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and trustworthy. Stephane truly went above and beyond, and so I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

I discovered I had a flat tire after leaving work, and this place was the closest service center so I took a shot in the dark. Given that my tires had roughly 70K miles on them, and my flat had been previously patched, I asked if they could just replace them all. The gentleman gladly accepted and helped find a decent set in stock. I stayed and waited - the process took about 2.5 hours (granted, I had no appointment and there were a handful of people in front of me). Right as he started the service, he came to me and stated I really needed new brake pads - I guessed it before the words even came out of his mouth. I felt even better knowing that (1) he wasnt trying to sell me services I didn't need, and (2) he was genuinely concerned about me driving on them. Over the years, I've heard so many negative things about Mr. Tire, but the technician that night changed my mind (I think it was C. Johnson?), he even stayed after closing a bit to finish up the work. I would 100% recommend this place.

DO. NOT TAKE your vehicle here! My vehicle was left at the store to be serviced. After a diagnostic check, I was told of what needed to be done. I paid over $1,0000 for the service. I took my car for less than one week and my car would not start. I was told to bring my vehicle back to be checked again and my vehicle stayed for over five months. I was told over and over that they are trying to fix the problem. I spoke to the manager at the time, Al on several recorded incidents, and I was told a story time after time! One day I called to check on my vehicle and was told the manager Al was moved to another location. My vehicle was still not running and was in a horrible condition inside with the battery removed, and other screws taken out. I’ve had to call Customer Service on several occasions to solve this issue. I had to have my vehicle towed to another mechanic since my vehicle was not running. Do not go to this location or any Mr. Tire at all!!!!! They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’re doing!!!

I used to love coming here. But this girl Megan must be new. I asked how long my oil change would take and she said it won't be long and here I sit in the waiting room 4 hours later. They can't even give me a time frame much less an apology. I walked up front to have a look and the guy told me they were filling the fluids now. But my car is all the way up in the air. How could you possibly be doing that. Unreal and unacceptable. I mean it's not like anyone is in front of me. SMH!

This place was great. Megan the assistant and Kendall the technician stay after hours to change my blown tire. I was 2 hours from home with no spare. The service and professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommend!!!

I walked in and asked if shop had time for an oil change. The guy said sure give me your keys, when I inquired how much it would be he told me $100 without even asking me what type of car I want it or what type of oil I needed. When I told him I would go to a different location because I get it much cheaper at another Mr tire he quickly changed his mind and said he could give me the synthetic blend for $50. I agreed and he tried to then charge me for a tire rotation which is always been free at Mr tire. He seems very intent on either making himself or Mr tire money on the side. I'm certain he did this because I am a woman and he thinks I didn't know any better. He's still insisted that the tire rotation was $30. I literally stood there and showed him the website for his location that clearly said it was free. That being said the staff did do it in a timely manner.

Im alittle bit confused by your store, I bought a tire there for 300 dollars, when I eventually needed one of the other tires replaced I decided to shop elsewhere to find a cheaper price, I went to downtown Baltimore and literally found the same exact tire for 60 bucks, I mean the guys there gave me a brand new tire for 60 dollars, can you please explain to me how that is even possible, how are you selling tires for 300 dollars while your competitors are selling them brand new for only 60 bucks ? If you can explain yourself maybe that would make sense to me at thus time

I have been going to Mr Tire for a few years. Unfortunately this last 4 visits have been the most unsatisfactory visits. After they fixed the car 4 times for the same problem it won't start!!!!! It sounds like crap and runs when it runs so bad. Never never had issues before they supposedly fixed it. I'm so done with them ! Would not recommend the Pulaski highway location.

I had an appointment for 8:30am to get both front lower control arms changed. When I arrived at 8:25am I was told that the mechanic wouldn't be in until 9am, and I told them ok I'm waiting til it's done either way. I let them know that I already went to the location in Essex and was told the labor would be $360 plus any taxes or fees and I was told to wait in the back. The manager comes in about 15mins later saying the labor would take 4hrs and would be $720 according to the computer but he would discount to help out so it would be around $580. Didn't like it but ok I just need it done, at this time it was 8:50am, After some time I was sitting there then he comes back with a statement for me to sign, the cost on the paper was $661 after the discount and fees/taxes, I asked him would it get done by 12 because I had an appointment to get tires and alignment at 12 and he said yes although it was now 10:01am. After getting something from IHOP and eating I was told it was about to be done after he test drives it, it was 11:30am. In explanation of the cost the manager said it takes 4hrs and labor cost is $179 per hr and I brought my own parts... If we talked at 10am and that's when they started working on it that means it took LESS than 2hrs so the quote Essex gave of $360 was correct but he(the manager) in Rosedale pretty much scammed me cause even with the supposed discount I almost paid double in cost when the actual time wasn't what I paid. NEVER going there again...

2 days ago, I scheduled my parents a four-tire change and added on a wheel alignment for this morning at 9 am. I called ahead to ensure that they would have the right tires available. When I asked how long it would all take if they stayed and waited - I was told a couple hours, which sounded reasonable. My parents were told directly by staff again this morning that they would complete the job in 1.5-2 hours. They did stay and wait today…for FIVE hours, without any apology for the long wait time. When I spoke with them again around noon (it had already been 3 hours by this point), they said they’d be done in an hour. It ended up being two more hours. We’ve gone to this location several times before for services but after today, I won’t be using this location again. Today’s wait time and being set up with the expectation that they’d be done in two hours is entirely misleading. If I had know it would take so long, I would have picked them up so that they could spend the day differently. Instead we spent the day communicating back and forth with my parents telling me that they thought their car was almost done being serviced. Today’s was extremely disappointing and was a waste of time for the whole family.

I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire thanks to Will and his team! He did a fantastic job fixing the tire gauge sensors, rear door, and rear windshield wiper on my new car. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the work. Everything was handled smoothly, and my car feels good as new. I really appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Will if you need quality, reliable work done!

Was happy how professional and and fast the people at these mechanic shop, took care of my muffler problem. Which other shops would have delay, it being on a holiday weekend. Be glad to recommend these Mr. Tire to others to get a fair price and a fast service.

I had the best experience with Mr. Tire. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable on what my Jeep needed. Thank you for amazing service.

Would give 0 stars if possible the guy Al or whatever hates being there he must hate it because the service is terrible and they got teenagers in there who can’t even reset the oil light in your car I had to do all of the changes and resets myself. Would not recommend also it took4.5 hours for an oil change that’s it nothing else lol this place is a joke

Don’t attempt to use a Groupon. Apparently they charge up to an additional $49.95. I am dyslexic and disabled and I didn’t see that on the Groupon site. When I made my appointment over the phone I told them I had a Groupon and they didn’t mention any additional fees. I even told them it was about $68 with Groupon and they did confirm that price, but didn’t explain any additional fees. Of course Groupon won’t initiate a refund because it is stated on the site and they’re all non refundable. This offer is very misleading and with dyslexia I just didn’t read it all the way it was written. I know that’s on me but I feel this should have been explained when I made my appointment. The guy in the shop was rude about it and didn’t seem to care much about providing decent customer service. Will never use Groupon or Mr. Tire after this misleading offer. There was also supposed to be a $20 rebate which he said I wouldn’t get either.

The service team was outstanding. My tires had to be ordered from the warehouse, they were to the store quickly. My service was explained thoroughly. I will definitely be a return customer.

I had my car serviced here in the past and had a good experience. The manager Tristian at the time of my visit was really helpful as well as the staff. All the staff members greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I recently brought my car here and it’s all new staff members. When I walked I was just looked at and I was not greeted, I had to initiate the conversation. I brought my car in for a service and a courtesy inspection/ multi- point inspection is given for free with any service and my car was not offered that. You’re told to sit in the back in this extremely small corner space with no tv or magazines basically hugging the person next to you. The place had a horrible smell throughout, I rather be outside or in another store waiting. It was one young black guy servicing multiple vehicles by himself with no help, I honestly felt bad. The young black guy that serviced my car was the only person that made me feel welcomed. This place needs better customer service, & more people.

al and his guys were pleasant and professional, a nice change from other businesses i’ve encountered in the tire world. i came in with a screw in my tire and of course it had to be replaced, not patched. but i appreciated the notice behind the counter explaining exactly where a puncture had to be in order for it to be plugged and patched. mine was outside of that, so there was no doubt. they got me on my way quickly and i’d definitely recommend them.

Please do not use this company. I had new tires installed and new tire sensors replaced on all 4 tires do to a tire sensor fault light being on. You would think that Mr. Tire could resolve a tire problem. I have taken my car back 4 times and the problem has not been resolved. I will be returning one more time then I will have to try to resolve my issue with the cooperation main office. Totally Disappointed ?!!!

RUN ??‍♀️ FROM THIS LOCATION! I went for a brake check because I was told I had “forever brakes” I was told I would only have to pay for labor when I needed pads changed. However, there is a mileage limit for that benefit so just a gimmick! I was informed I needed rear rotors and pads and ,lower control arms in the front , $1500 ! A few days later every warning light and malfunction warning ⚠️ that could come on in my truck did! I went to the dealer because I knew they would tell me exactly what was wrong and I felt Mr. Tire may do something to get more money, so they broke a cotton pin while putting the axle back on , stripped a screw, cracked a bolt, and destroyed my AWD sensor! $1100 later but at least I knew the repair would be done correctly and I would have a loaner while the repair was being done, currently waiting on a refund from Mr. Tire/ Monro a week later , the manager I sent the receipts and photos to is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t respond to emails, customer service reps are rude, and I was told I would be transferred to the claims department, which I guess is one person because I had to leave a voicemail. When a repair shop does faulty repairs accountability should be taken. If I’m unable to go to work out of fear my vehicle may break down because my dash lit up like Christmas they should reimburse wages, oh they are only refunding what the dealer charged me to repair the sensor and my rear BRAKES are still making noise, I won’t return to Mr. Tire, so I guess the attorney general and court are my only options.

3 months and $5000+ in repairs later after they performed faulty repairs on my 2018 subaru resulting in catastrophic damage, the car is now totaled. If you have a broken vehicle, you can bring it to Mr Tire on Pulaski Highway and they will astound you by breaking it even more. Definitely the most soul-shattering and dehumanizing experiences I have ever had with a mechanic shop, let alone a company or people in general. People get physically irate themselves just hearing the tale of the sheer negligence and lack of responsibility here.

Went to the tire center this morning with my tire rack supplied tires, spoke to Chris at the front desk he was very fair with the pricing for mounting and balancing tires supplied from a different company, I told him.my concerns on the TPS monitors I'm my 2017 Acadia, he assured me they could do it without harming the monitors, got the car back one monitor wasn't calibrated correctly to the cars computer, they immediately pulled it in and preformed diagnostics on the vehicle, I had originally thought they had broke the monitor however they reprogrammed the tps sensors and set the pressure, when I drove home the car was as smooth as the day I bought it. Great team at this mr.tire and friendly.

Brought my truck in for new tires today, Brian, the store manager was able to find the tires I was looking for on my truck and got them ordered and Larry took good care of my truck getting the tires mounted and balanced as well as knocking out an oil change for my girlfriends Jeep in the process! Great guys and great work!

I went there twice to deal with a flat tire repair. The first time, they mounted the tire backwards, but they didn't charge me since it took so long since they had to unmount and remount it again. The second time (I had limited options with Thanksgiving tomorrow), they charged me over 3 times the amount compared to what they were originally going to charge me at the first visit saying they had to reverse mount the tire (these are not reverse mount wheels!). My wheel ended up with tool markings, scuffs, and scratches because they clamped the face of the wheel into the tire machine. They also somehow broke my chrome valve stem cover.

I came in here with a (permanently) dead battery, and I was quoted a very fair price up front. I left an hour later, with everything working great. There was no upselling or other shifty stuff- just good, solid service.
